Wicked Games (Hidden Valley Elite Book 7) by Isla Vaughn – Review by Hannah Porter

Wicked Games (Hidden Valley Elite #7)Wicked Games by Isla Vaughn
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

OMG! I was super duper excited to read this next installment of this series. This one follows Shane from the previous books. This one was just as fantastic as the other. No, i think it was better, TBH. It’s filled with so much deceit, lies, emotions, drama, betrayal, spicy romance, and ups and downs that  it’ll leave you dizzy and want  more at the same time🥰. Some of these characters are a real piece of work (not gonna name names you’ll see lmao) but that’s just extra kudos to Isla Vaughn for creating them so well that you’ll feel such strong emotions toward them. Get ready to be left on the edge of your seat because this one leaves you on a cliffhanger 😬😬😭.I can’t believe that this series is about to end. I’m gonna miss the amazing characters  and the complex world this brilliant author has written, but with that being said, I CANNOT WAIT to see how Shane and Winter’s  story ends. Bring on the Wicked End 🥰

This is my first time picking up a story by these authors Giselle Nevada and Jennie Chen. Reading I thought it was a really good book to have in your book collection. I think its for all ages but especially for Little ones. This book was really informative about how to play and respect the boundaries of yours and other dogs. I really liked the artwork, it was very colorful. It caught and kept the attention of my little one🥰. Definitely going to be buying my nieces and nephews copies so they can also learn from this information. We are a family of dog lovers here ❤️ looking forward to reading more from these amazing authors.

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This is my first time picking up a book by this author, Seelie Kay and I quite enjoyed it 🥰. I made quick work reading this story. Even though it was only 13 chapters long this story was filled to the brim with a whole lotta greatness. Jessica Knight and Connor O’Brien meet cute started out with a BANG! 😂jk jk it was just a bump, even though Mr Connor would’ve loved more. The tense suspense, danger, romance, and the back and forth between the two keeps you entertained the whole time reading. I am really looking forward to reading more of Seelie Kay’s work. It says her favorite writing trope is kinky lawyer stories and im kinda loving it 😍

The Mating Call (Long Claw Pride) by Brooke May – Review by Hannah Porter

The Mating Call (Long Claw Pride #1)The Mating Call by Brooke May
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

After reading the Code of Honor Books by this author I couldn’t wait to jump into another series by her 🥰. I just had to read these. I love reading supernatural books, especially shifters’ stories. This might be the first time reading one where the main shifter was a mountain lion, and I quite enjoyed it. Just like the other Brooke May wrote, this one kept me engaged til the very end. It was well written with a unique take on the mating bond. I couldn’t help loving the mated pair Lane and Cheyenne. Even though they both have personal stuff to get over, I think the fates got it right putting those two together. I can’t wait to read the next book of this series to escape to this amazing world again 🥰

Wooot Wooot back again!! This is the second book of the Long Claw Pride and I could not wait to devour it 😀 and I felt like I finished this in a snap. It was sooo goood but I wouldn’t expect anything less from this brilliant author. I was so happy to go back into this shifter realm, even if it was just for a short while. But Omg even though I loved the first one, Trigger and Laramie are my favorite ones so far. This book has literally everything you’d want in a paranormal read but so much more! The characters the author build will have you loving and disliking them (Cough cough enter said characters name here😂) and With a twist that even i didn’t see coming 🤫. I absolutely cannot wait to see what Brooke May has in store for us next. I’m counting the days!!!

This is a longer story, taking me about a day and a half to read but it’s a fantastic read 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 she really held my attention the hold time, especially with every twist and turn and emotional ups and downs there were in this book. Also this author’s take on the mating bond was unique and I loved it. I definitely prefer Jasmine with Blake vs Luke🥰I’m looking forward to reading the other 2 books in the series.Hopefully, they’re just as long. l really enjoyed the world this author has built. Back again reading another book from this fantastic author. After reading most of the talisman Series, I was super excited to read a prequel in the series.I do love getting the origin story. I made quick work of this story. It was only 11 chapters or so, but even though it was a short read it was Still just as great as the other in the series. And just as the author says in her synopsis. This is a good place to start your journey reading these books. This follows Riley and Lynnette and the events that took place that ended up with them mated together 🥰 I look forward to finishing the rest of the books and any new ones that hopefully come out.

I Picked up this book by Natalina Reis for the first time and I was not disappointed at all. It’s not my usual cup of tea, but this book was incredibly intriguing that kept me engrossed the whole time I was reading it! What was also brilliant and I loved was that the author included a map just in case you need a reference. The author has such an amazing way of building a world that pulls you in and keeps you there til the end. With fantastic characters, actions, danger, secrets, and a range of emotions that jumps off the pages I can’t wait to read House of Blood and Pirates and all the other books by this author Natalina Reis.

This is the third book of the North Fork Series. After reading the second book (which I really enjoyed) I went back to read the first book which is Fire Me Up. I know I didn’t have to, to understand this but the author tells such a good story. I just had to pick up the others’ stories from her. This one was a quick cute read with some steamy scenes you’ll love and a few twists you don’t expect but will enjoy. Wynter and Caleb even though they come from different backgrounds, I think they are perfect for each other and are soooo adorable together. Also omg who doesn’t love doggos 🥰🥰🥰🥰I’m looking forward to reading more books by Alicia Street

This is my first time picking up a book by author Nicole E. Kelleher. although period pieces aren’t my usual favorite story topic, I had to give this one a try 🤣the cover and synopsis drew me in. I found myself really intrigued by the storytelling and the details used to create this tantalizing world. This was a fast paced read for me, finishing it in what felt like a snap of a finger. This book has everything you’d expect in a period piece but way more. Like this book is so good it really has me rethinking if I dislike this topic or not. 🥰 I will definitely be going to go read the other two books in this series Heart & Hand, which includes the Queen’s Dance and The Naked Moon. I Can’t wait to sit down and read them.also i really like Anna she’s a strong heroine

Ignite My Heart (North Fork Series Book 2)Ignite My Heart by Alicia Street
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This is my first time reading a story by the brilliant author Alicia Street. This the second book of the North Fork Series. I read this first but it was okay because it can be read as a standalone, I didn’t feel like I was missing any backstories. I truly enjoyed this author’s writing style and how the characters and story came together in the end. Blake and Morgan had so much chemistry between them even though both of them were reluctant to act on it. Also I loved how great Blake and Ciara got along with each other. And man on man Fawn ( Ciara’s mother) is a real piece of work.
I will be going back to read Fire Me Up the first book while i wait for Melt My Heart ( the third one) to come out in a couple weeks 😍

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Man ohh man after a much anticipated wait I finally got to gobble down every last word in this book and I did it in one sitting lmao. After that cliffhanger that left me wanting , no needing more. Picking up and reading this was a no brainer and hot damn this Isla Vaughn did not disappoint in the least. I just had to know how Phoenix and Aspen were going to get their Happy ending. Just like all the previous books in the series, this one was just as freaking AMAZING. Passion, drama, secrets, lies and jealousy. With twists and turns that’ll leave you upside down and on the edge of your seat. Also this story made me love Aspen even more.
This will always leave you wanting more, point and case I’m literally counting the days til the next release withWinter and Shane’s story🥰 Whoooot whoot now bring on

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Shadow’s Fall is the third book in the Shadowstalker series by Natalie Johanson. The first being Shadow’s voice and second is Shadow’s past. I made the mistake of reading this one first so i was a little lost, but have no doubt I will be going back to read the first two then will most likely reread this one. This is my first time reading a book by this author and even though I started on this one I was still super impressed with her writing style and loved this imaginative story. It was a dark fantasy book with strong emotions, magic, crazy good action, romance, and many secrets. I really enjoyed Rose. She was a real Kick ass, take names later kind a girl and I lovvvve it
I already can’t wait to read the next installment of this Shadowstalker series after being left with this cliffhanger 😣

I read this story tonight with my child, my little one stayed intrigued almost the whole time. This is my first time reading a story by Terri Sabol. I really liked the message this story has( what it’s like to lose a beloved pet),but it also made me sad as we just recently went through something similar with our dog, and he crossed the rainbow bridge. I will definitely keep the story for reading later as my child gets older and we have more pets 🥰I also like the design, it was very colorful and eye-catching.

Hints why I ran to read this after reading the prequel Cruel Start which I highly recommend reading first before starting this one so you really understand what’s going on. When I tell you I read this sooooo fast I felt like I was in one of those fast reader competition😆😭I just couldn’t stop, I just needed to know what happens next. Then I got to the CLIFFHANGER omgggg whyyyyyyyyy. And with werewolves, vampires and humans what not to love lmao. Now here I am waiting not so patiently for the next part of this series. My rating: 5 of 5 stars

As this is my first time reading work from author Toya Richardson and I gotta say I am Mesmerised 😂 but no really I truly was. This author has written such a unique and captivating story that I for one could not put down.I don’t think I have ever read a book yet that has the Hybrid as a vampire/angel. That in itself was amazing, everything else was just icing on the cake. But the demon Gutstov is a real piece of work ill tell you what. And Antoine and Donna are in my opinion perfect for each. Lol i mean his waiting over 600 years for his fated mate i’m glad the chemistry between them is there and growing stronger.Although this can be read as a standalone, I am definitely going to go read the first book in this series Captivated

Yes after reading the last book with Bridget and Fynix, with that little tease at the end with Daphne and Lev. I just had to run and read this book. OMG this was even better than the last. Although I really liked Bridget and Fynix, Daphne and Lev are my absolute favorite. Their semi-enemies to lovers is filled with so much passion and angst it was almost tangible. The authors really make you feel like you are the characters making us feel all their emotions lol i love it. I would definitely clear your day cause this would make you want to finish it all in one go and leave you frustrated when someone or something interrupts you.i really hope this isnt the end of this world. I would love to see it continue somehow 🥰 I would 100 % recommend reading not just this one but both of the bools in the series.

Continuing on from the last book’s cliffhanger. And mannnnn danger is Tamaska middle name 🤣🤣 cause boyyy it’s always finding her . She sure is keeping Kodiak real busy trying to keep her safe and her fighting him is not making it any better lmao. Although it’s challenging, I’m super glad the chemistry between Tamaska and Kodiak continues to grow more and more. The author did a great job with writing these characters and building an amazing world. This one also does answer some questions you might have had from the first one. Still I’m going to go back to read the third one again now that I have a better understanding of whos who and what happen 🥰🥰🥰

So after reading the third book.I wanted to come back to read the first. And I’m not disappointed🥰 I got to really see how the characters got to develop from this to the third. It’s funny how She hated dogs and he hated humans.🤣🤣🤣 but ended up together. Opposite subtract, right? Tamaska started out way more headstrong. Even though The author touched on the blood opal, it’s still a mystery to me. So that means on to the next book. I can’t wait to see what happens because this one ends on a cliffhanger.
I recommend reading even though it’s slow-paced it’s still great.

I love a good werewolf book but this wasn’t good… It was A GREAT ONE!! It’s got everything you’d want in a supernatural story;danger, action packed, vampires, wolves, amazing characters, romance, and nail biting suspense that’ll leave you guessing. And don’t forget about the cliffhanger the author leaves you on. Like omg what is Amdis going to have in store for them next. I need to know I hope it only brings Kodiak and Tamaska closer together and to the pack. I got this invested and I started on this book ( the 3rd one )can you imagine, I still have the other two books to read (but i also highly suggest y’all read those two first before this so you’ll have a better understanding of whos who) Im sooo excited for the next book. Can you imagine finding out the guy you spent two days in a cabin with, (then start having feelings for) is a famous country star. That’s what happens in this story. This is my first time reading this author Cat Treadgold. She has created a wonderful story world that takes place in the 90s ( the best times lol). Capturing what it was like back then in great detail.(it’s crazy how far tech has come within the 20ish years). This is a slowish pace book, but it’s still a fantastic read, with passion, suspense, fame, and jealousy just to name a few. I can’t wait to read Ali’s twin brother Liam’s story(The Guardsman). I hope we get to see more of these characters.

This book is about Master Campania and Willow. And just like the other book from this series the author keeps you entangled with this amazing world she has created, with the suspense, action, danger, drama and spicy scenes between Willow and Campania. She makes you want to turn the pages faster than you can read it. I loved the vampire/ witch combo and I really enjoyed seeing some of the previous characters pop up in this one. characters. I’m so looking forward to the next one and kinda sad because I think it will be the last (this being number 7 out of 8 means there’s only one left right?) I really hope not though 😭 i don’t want my escape to this world to end.

Gwyn McNamee I am truly truly obsessed with your books and especially this series. I absolutely count the days for the next book. I wish time travelers was available just so I can go read the rest of the series already 🤣 the waiting is excruciating, I need to know what happens. Who did that to her shop? Who and what is Allie hiding? (I thought it was Cassius but nope lol not him. I am really interested to see how that plays out I wasn’t expecting them together but it makes sense) but lowkey I hope its pope they would be cute together. Who is Damon? I feel like he’s important (maybe he’s Falco). And man Roselli is he going to be like Luca or is he going to be like Luca’s dad? I have these and so many more questions 🤣 I need to know the answer to. But as for this book I did love it just as I loved all the other ones ❤ ️.I still think it’s awesome that your characters have real world disorders and issues. 😭😭even if what happened to Jude breaks my heart and was hard to think about because it happens in real life😭😭. I’m happy you paired him and Angie together. They are perfect for each other.

Ps I need a Family tree made or I’m gonna have to make one lol. I need a visual reminder of who was born to who.
