THE BOW (HER THREE IMMORTALS Book 3) by HAZEL STORM – Review by Shelly Kittell

The Bow (Her Three Immortals, #3)The Bow by Hazel Storm
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Hazel Storm has done it again. The Greek God series is one of my favorites. Funny, snarky and spicy…three of my favorite things. Vanessa, Grey Raef, and Aroz are at it again. The locations are great: good Hell, bad Hell, Overworld, and the Underworld. The new adventure to thwart Grey’s mother has them working together (or so they think). Not all is as they think. A few twists may appear. Witty, funny and always a few chuckles, another definite winner. Highly recommend.

Brilliant series and author
I’m loving this series. It has everything I enjoy in a paranormal romance adventure. Even though it had been a little while between books, I was instantly transported back to Vanessa and her world of Gods. There is just so much to love about the story: the characters, the world building and the pacing are just spot on. Hazel Storm you are truly a masterclass author. This is a series not to be missed and really must be read in order. Can’t wait for The Box.

Wow!!! This book started with a bang and kept on going. So many unexpected events going on. Vanessa is on a mission for Grey’s mother, the queen of the Underworld and finds herself back in the Overworld. She is back with her love Raef while the clock is ticking for her return to the Underworld. She has 24 hours to complete her mission. Aroz and Raef work together to help her. She has been threatened with everlasting death even though she is already dead. An accident during the mission has Aroz saving Vanessa to the Upperworld to his hidden palace. What happens in the palace is beyond imaginable. I am so excited to read book 4. What an extraordinary read. Bravo to the author Hazel Storm. The books just keep getting better and better.

The Bow: A Fated Mates Greek Myth Paranormal Romance by Hazel Storm is the third book in the Her Three Immortals series. Personally I would definitely read this series in order as it is a continuation of the story from the previous books.
I am really enjoying this whole series. It is so exciting to read and just keeps getting better with each book. I always find myself highly entertained by each book and I can never wait to start the next one.
It is the same with this book too. I couldn’t put it down once I had started. I had convinced myself this series was a trilogy and was so pleased to find out that there will be at least another book in the series. This is a fantastic instalment to the series and I am already itching to read book 4.

This is the third book in this series which I have enjoyed since the first book I picked up. This series keeps getting better and better for sure. This is an author that I have enjoyed from the first book I picked up of hers. I enjoyed being pulled into her story but the characters and the journey they take me on. This book is no different. I was pulled into this story from the beginning and was kept engaged to the end. I also enjoy how the characters are connectable and make the story easy to read. The author’s use of details gave the story life on each page. In this installment now that she has the heart of the God of the Underworld she has another problem, his mother. What happens next, you need to read this book and find out. I had a hard time putting this book down as I wanted to know what happened next to this main character. I enjoyed the growth of this plot throughout the story. I highly recommend this book.

First of all, I am soooo happy to find that this instalment isn’t the end of ‘Her Three Immortals’ series- as I was worried it might be after finishing at the previous book. I squealed with delight when I got to the end of ‘The Bow’ and realised there would be another addition to the series!!! I’m one happy book worm right now!!!
The Bow is the third addictive book in Her Three Immortals series by Hazel Storm. And as you have probably figured out- I LOVE LOVE LOVE this series- it is really fantastic and entirely addictive. Hazel Storm earned herself a spot on my favourite authors list and I will happily devour anything and everything she produces!!!
The Bow continues from where we left off at the end of Book #2- so if you haven’t read ‘The God’ yet, I highly recommend that you do so before starting on this story.
It is a brilliant paranormal romance- with more than one love interest- making this a delicious RH story that sizzles right off the pages. This fantasy is full of adventure, action, suspense, interesting and endearing characters (as well as some more detestable cast members), originality, imagination, wonderful world building, magic, drama, danger, Gods/Goddesses, mythology, fate/destiny, trust, emotion, and an intriguing prophecy.
In this instalment, we get to learn so much more about the characters, the Underworld, the Overworld, and the Upperworld. Vanessa has been assigned a task by the Queen of the Underworld- with her very soul at stake if she fails. The assignment sounds simple- but things definitely do not go according to plan- and Vanessa finds herself a prisoner in the Upperworld. So, how is she meant to complete her task if she can’t find a way to escape? With the clock ticking, she is running out of time! But she’s not the only one who needs help! What happens makes for another enthralling read!!
After reading the end of this story with the added tantalizing sneak peak of the next book, which looks set to be amazing by the way- I am excitedly awaiting the release of “The Box” (Book #4)- releasing in November 2021!!! Can. Not. Wait!!!

Thank you, Hazel Storm!

The Bow (Her Three Immortals, #3)The Bow by Hazel Storm
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I truly am unable to get enough of this author’s amazing series. I have been hooked since I was introduced to the amazing characters and story line in book one. Hazel Storm knows how to weave a tale with such interest and certain specialties as I call it that really draws the reader in! Loved this installment!

I loved Vanessa in this gripping novel. She has grown so much as a character since the first book, she really is a bad ass and she ha gone through, well a lot! She’s a fighter and even won over the darkest soul to love her. That took more that just a bit of work. When she is sent to the mission to meet his mother, I found great relation to that ordeal. I have been there too many times. I loved the fact the author put a strong relation many readers can think on that they have been where Vanessa is.

In this book practically, I loved the scenery and how the author described everything. The adventure to well what Vanessa had to complete, perhaps I say to gain the mothers acceptance, was less than ideal, but certainly made the story more powerful in many different attributes it brought! I could not put this one down, I thought the last installment was gripping, but this one really held on to me even more tightly! There’s so much happening, and all things are different perhaps in how they seem , just maybe? I could go on and on how much I loved this specific installment. To me, it was the best one yet! I anxiously am awaiting the next book installment for this series, it needs to come out, I am more than eager haha!

The author’s word play in the past books were good, but this one really took the cake. The author really took what her recognition has been with the past books and really made this one topping off the first two books. I am left with no words, to describe how remarkable this read was. l long for more, and I know this is one I will gladly cherish for a long time to come. I highly recommend this book, as well as this series, this one is the best yet in the series, in my opinion, and each book gets better and better for me in the series, the author is truly remarkable and talented! I LOVE their books, and this one was beyond amazing!

THE GOD (HER THREE IMMORTALS BOOK 2) by HAZEL STORM – Review by Alexandria Richard

The God (Her Three Immortals, #2)The God by Hazel Storm
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

4.5 out of 5. A cute “why choose” romance that takes Greek Mythology and turns it on its head.

I typically find the second book in a series harder to get through than the first but this book had me reading through to see what happened next.

The God picks up where The Don leaves off, with Vanessa transported to the Underworld, Grey’s domain. She is concerned about her brother and mother, but knows what she did was the right choice. Now if only she can have the three guys circling her the way she wants, but Aroz can only partially appear, Grey has left her alone in his home, and Raef can’t travel to the Underworld. What’s a girl to do?

I enjoyed the further exploration of the relationships Vanessa has with each of the men. Grey takes front and center of this book, leaving me to assume one of the other men will do so for book 3.

Grey certainly lives up to the “asshole” category Vanessa has for men, basically ignoring her and running from her anytime she gets close to him. In the end though she literally turns everything Grey knows on its head and confronts his way of thinking. I enjoyed finally getting to see a softer side of him, as well as what goes on behind the scenes of Elysium.

I really enjoyed the addition of the new side characters. Gorgonita, Medusa’s daughter, whose essence has been housed in a handheld mirror, is integral to the storyline and acts as a bit of side-kick to Vanessa on her escapades throughout Elysium. I loved the addition of PK and her calls for food.

Can’t wait to read book 3 to see what’s in store for Vanessa and her men, uh I mean Gods.

The Don (Her Three Immortals Book 1) by Hazel Storm – Review by Alexandria Richard

The DonThe Don by Hazel Storm
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Despite the title making this book seem like a mafia book, it’s not. Grey is the “Don of the Underworld,” come to earth to barter vices so he can collect 100 souls. Once on earth Grey meets Vanessa, a hairdresser who seems otherworldly, and is desperately trying to find a way to save her 12 year-old brother who has been diagnosed with terminal cancer.

This is a why-choose romance, where we’re introduced to Grey, Raef, and briefly, Aroz, all sons of an all powerful god, Zeus, though he’s not specifically named.

I’m typically a fan of the Greek Mythos, as well as why-choose or Reverse Harem romances, therefore I’m really enjoying this series. I enjoyed getting to know the men and see how they reacted to Vanessa. There’s of course Grey, and his abstinent ways. He comes across as an ass at times but he has his reasons. Raef is like the perfect billionaire you didn’t know existed, and only does in romance novels. He’s sweet, caring, and oh no hot for Vanessa. Then there’s Aroz, who just wants to see Vanessa so he can know who is making his mother crazy, but of course he messes things up by shooting one of his arrows. We’ll just have to see what transpires next with him.

While there are some spicier scenes I enjoyed the fact that it wasn’t overdone and was more of a tease to whet the appetite. I can’t wait to see where this series goes and how it all plays out in the end.

Book 1 does end on a semi-cliffhanger, but there is a sneak-peek of book 2, so not a complete cliffy.

The God (Her Three Immortals #2) by Hazel Storm

This is another great read by Storm. The author had me hooked from the beginning. I had a hard time putting it down. This is the second book in the Her Three Immortals Series.

Vanessa is dead and now living in the Underworld. She has made a couple of friends. She has also brought color back to it. Grey has kept it grey for way too long. The quote I chose for Vanessa is: “I’m here because I’m dead and got lucky not to be voted to go to the middle ground, or worse, the hot-pit haven. I am not that important, Gorgonita. Go ask Charles A**hole Radcliffe in there, and he’ll tell you just how insignificant I am.”

Grey doesn’t usually make deals, but Vanessa wormed her way in. Not only to his world, but in his heart. He isn’t sure what to make of her. The quote I chose for Grey is: “Where do you suggest she hid my brother’s soul? I searched every square inch of the Underworld for him myself.”

Highly recommended for Paranormal Romance lovers.

The story continues where book one finished. Vanessa is in the Underworld, stuck in Grey’s penthouse of all places. Grey is not particularly happy about it. His attraction for her scares him so he avoids her like the plague. Being alone, Vanessa makes some interesting friends. A serpent haired gorgon who is stuck in a mirror and a giant caterpillar who is always hungry. With the help of her new friends, she quickly learns about Elysium and realizes that she has a new talent, one that can get her in a lot of trouble with the Queen of the Underworld ( who happens to be Grey’s mother). Accumulating problems, Vanessa embarks on an interesting adventure.

It was an original story. One that I found to be lighter than the first and quite hilarious where the caterpillar was involved. I loved all the new characters that were introduced in this book. I’m looking forward to reading part three.

Didn’t fail to follow in the unique glow of its predecessor. Always very interesting and I love how the writer writes the chapters in each characters perspectives. This is a great book for anybody who likes world building, unique and strong characters, and different types of attraction.

The God was a great 5 star read.

I was excited to get the second book in the series. We start where book one left off. Van finds herself in Grey’s penthouse and he isn’t happy about it. There is something about her that pulls him in and he keeps trying to resist her. He runs away to his office to try and keep space between them.

She arrives with gold on her from the love arrow that Aroz shot her way. Supposedly this arrow will make you fall in love with the first person you see, but does it really work?
There is this awesome mirror that Van can see her loved ones back home on. I loved the mirror’s back story and what Van did for the mirror. So sweet.

Overall I really enjoyed this book, we get several POV’s and all of the secondary characters added a great element to the story. We get several steamy moments. The story does end with a slight cliff hanger. There is so much going on in this great read, the author pulls you right in with her writing. I can’t wait to read the next book in the series. This book drew me in from the first page. I didn’t read the first book, which would have helped a little, but you didn’t really need to! This book had action, love, and main characters I wish were real. Just the sort line and all of the secrets that you find out about the characters are like nothing I’ve ever read before. This story left me wanting more. I loved how Hazel Storm made Vanessa stand out from the beginning and how she felt like she didn’t belong in the underworld which I can really relate to in my real life so it made me want to find out more about Vanessa. Vanessa what what really roped me in I wanted to find out what made her so different, why does she stand out, why is she the way she is. The story is just incredible and so well written that I felt like I was there watching everything happen in real time with Vanessa and Grey. I can’t wait to see where their adventures take them next!

The God is the second in the series “Her Three Immortals” is just as good as the first. Vanessa would do anything for Piper even sell her soul and end up in the Underworld in none other than Grey’s own apartment in Elysium. The whole area is void of any color except for white, black and grey. She has somehow brought a soul echo into the Underworld with her and it ends up helping her find her own color and a way to bring color to the whole area. With the help of Gorgonita the mirror, her grandfather and her soul shadow she brings back love and color. Another amazing book by Hazel Storm, can’t wait for book 3 to see what happens to everyone!

THE GOD (HER THREE IMMORTALS BOOK 2) by HAZEL STORM – Review by Hansini Wasalamudalige

The God (Her Three Immortals, #2)The God by Hazel Storm
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

‘The God’ is the second book of Hazel Storm’s Her Three Immortals series and a worthy sequel to ‘The Don’. It continues to follow the journey of beautician Vanessa Maan as she finds herself even more tangled in the politics of those who rule over Earth and falling deeper for the trio of handsome Gods from the last book. Unlike ‘The Don’, ‘The God’ largely shifts its focus away from the mortal world to the Underworld where the souls of the dead reside. This was a welcome change as it provided deeper insight into the intricate and vivid world that Storm has crafted. It was very interesting to learn more about how the Underworld functioned and how it shaped Grey, the overseer of the realm, into the man- or should I say God- he is today. Seeing him in his natural element allowed for greater development of his character with more and more facets of his past thrust into the light and the strengthening of his dynamic with Vanessa.

Speaking of Miss Maan, the change in setting also served her and her story well. Suddenly isolated from her family and friends and embroiled in the inner-workings of a realm run by the other-worldly, Vanessa is forced to fend for herself in circumstances virtually unknown and she comes out a much stronger character for it. Having a protagonist with little knowledge of the world around her provided a smooth vehicle for the audience to learn alongside her and thus does not make the book feel like it was bogged down by exposition. That’s not to say that Vanessa is completely alone however- she quickly befriends strange and mystical creatures such as Gorgonita, Medusa’s daughter eternally trapped as a mirror, and PK, a feather boa of a capitallar who’s hunger is seemingly insatiable. They serve as charming companions who bounce off of Vanessa nicely and are great additions to the cast as well as the lore binding the mystical realms.

The mark of a great sequel comes in the form of consequences- namely evidence that events of its predecessor has relevance in terms of its impacts on characters and the story of the sequel and that the themes and concepts of the former are continued to be explored in the latter. ‘The God’ does not disappoint in relation to this aspect- the plotlines and threads present in the first book are delved into more thoroughly and some discoveries even shine a different light on the events of ‘The Don’. Old characters are not suddenly cast aside, become obsolete or are forgotten- it’s clear that Storm did not put them into her first book willy-nilly and had done so with a greater purpose in mind.

Overall, ‘The God’ is a great continuation of ‘The Don.’ It doesn’t lose the heart of the first novel, nor its dark and steamy nature. If you’re interested in seeing the next step in Vanessa’s journey or in getting a more profound look into the mechanisms that push and pull at Storm’s manufactured realms, then this book will not disappoint.

These books have really sucked me in by the ever so talented Hazel Storm! THE GOD is the second book in the HER THREE IMMORTAL series so I would highly recommend that you go get book one, THE DON before you dive into this one. That one is just as fab, but we pick up right where we left off in that one so you may be a tad left in the dark if you don’t start there. These books take one of my favorite subjects of Greek Mythology and really plays a wonderful spin on it that just is done so wonderfully that I can’t help but love every single moment I spend with the characters. The romance is done well and believable so that is always a plus for me as well. I loved this addition and will definitely be back for the next book that looks like it is due out very soon!

When I first picked this book I thought ‘The Don, has to be mafia, download’

Boy was I wrong but in a good way. This book includes, Gods, Demi-gods and if you know more about mythology then I do(and you don’t have to Google during the book) it pulls in real stories and ties in great characters.

⭐️ Raef 🥵 is my favorite right now.
⭐️ Grey(Hades) is ok, he’s more of an alpha-hole in this book but I have a feeling he softens up.
⭐️ Vanessa is the H and I love 🥰 her from the moment she was introduced; such a heart of gold and her family is #1.

I can not tell if this is going to be a RH, which would be fabulous, 🙌🏻 Or a love 💕 triangle.

Either way, I am here for it and I can not wait to keep reading this series.

The Don (Her Three Immortals Book 1) by Hazel Storm – Review by Ashley Hasting

The DonThe Don by Hazel Storm
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

The Don by Hazel Storm is a MUST READ! Vanessa is seriously a sweet soul who loves to do facials and hairstyles for older women at the hair salon. She has this inner light in herself that gives the older women a younger look by a little bit, but because of this, a few Goddesses have been given the news and want to make trouble for a human. Due to this, Vanessa runs into three Gods who are sexy as all get out from the descriptions given to us by her. With all the mischief they get into with meeting this one woman, it makes it a great read! Please check this series out! 🙂
