Man with the mafia was such an enjoyable book to read. I am a sucker for books that draw you in from the start and has such realistic characters and side characters. I love the little Italy feel of the neighborhood that both Vincent and Deirdre live in. Vincent is a man that has grown up in the area and has ties to the criminal underworld. As a lawyer he struggles with his connection to his family that are involved in the mafia. One day he meets Deirdre who is a transplant to the area with her own set of secrets in her past. These two have an instant connection and feelings for each other. I loved the dance of their relationship. What happens when all of their secrets are out in the open. This was a very entertaining book to read.

Rewind by Rowan Shaw is the first book in the Rewind series, a series I can’t wait to continue. This was my first book by this author, but I can honestly say it won’t be my last as I thoroughly enjoyed this one! From the very beginning I was hooked; I was so captivated by Enzo and Florian and their incredible chemistry. Their story is full of ups and downs with plenty of emotional moments that had me sitting on the edge of my seat waiting to see what would happen next. On top of the addicting storyline this book is full of very steamy moments and who doesn’t love those!?
I can’t wait to read more form this author in the future and I would absolutely recommend this book to anyone looking for their next M/M read!

Bedlam ( A Twisted Hearts Love Story, #1) By Autumn Sand 5 Stars!!!!!
This has been a long wait for me to read more from this author. I was not let down. I really find that the author has a reader grabbing writing style. I was hooked from page one and couldn’t wait to see how things would unfold.
The drama that unfolds around Anaya and Tony really draws the reader in. The way that plot unfolds as even her closest friend betrays her. I really found myself eager to turn the page to see what was gonna happen next. I could feel the family tension between Tony and Iggy. The author really brings the characters to life and I felt as though I was actually in the book and seeing the story unfold. I will definitely be reading more from this author in the future.

This is an emotional story but also has a sense of humor added to it. This is a story about love and friendship. Luna’s father has kept her hidden until now. She calls her best friend for a place to stay but problem is Noah is there too. A trip to Vegas turns out to be a little more than expected when she wakes up married to the one man she has always loved. These are great characters. They made me feel as if I was part of the story and made it feel real. Highly recommend this book.

Emeline and Cappy’s story..OH MY!
I fell in love with this author reading her Southern Promises Series, and by the way if you haven’t read that then go grab them, they are beyond awesome. I was so excited when I saw she had a new series out and I was not at all disappointed..Not sure if I can put in words what it is about this authors writing that draws me in and doesn’t let go literally till the end…I loved these people and the story about their bond as teens and how they came back together as friends dealing with the loss of a character who quickly became one of my favorites in this book. The scene with the box and the missing ring literally took my breath away and that’s when Pop completely won my heart.
I love how she transported me right into the story, I could see everything clearly and feel like I was right there in the same room with these people. I’m so excited to get my hands on the rest of this series, I loved Ginger in this story and can’t wait for Stars Fall From The Sky and completely curious as to how she is going to handle the Fiona story.
Grab this book, it is amazing and I’m sure you will love following Emeline and Cappy’s story as much as I did.

Man with the Mafia was a fantastic read, I love a good mafia romance story and this was definitely one of the best that I have read. I think I was probably already hooked on the story before I had even started, the burb was intriguing and I really loved the front cover, which is something I don’t usually take much notice of. The author had a really engaging writing style which meant I really did feel like I was part of the story. The characters were well thought out. I really liked Deirdre, she was stronger than she thought and she had a great feisty side to her. Vincent was exactly what I hoped he would be and more! I think I fell in love with him straight away. I loved the connection and chemistry that the two of them had and I loved the way the author intricately woven unknown connection between Deirdre and Vincent into the story that constantly had me guessing! If you are looking for an amazing mafia romance story then you should absolutely one click this book today, it was exciting to read with amazing characters and a storyline that will keep you guessing. I can’t wait to read more from Ms Falasco again in the future!

Man with the Mafia (Man With, #2) by Debra J. Falasco
4out of 5 stars
Man with the Mafia is the second book in the Man With series written by Debra Falasco and it’s the first book that I have read by this author. The story started out slow but it got better. The characters are well written. I loved the banter between Vincent and Dee and the secondary characters where awesome.
Vincent Manetti, is a dark, brooding Italian attorney and is very good at what he does. Vincent grew up in the neighborhood he takes care of his own but, is very closed mouth. He doesn’t do relationships and isn’t looking for love until he sees Deidre Collins. Deidre Collins is a romance writer and is new to the neighborhood, she left her home and great friends behind in Virginia Beach to get a fresh start. Her last relationship ended badly and she is left with some baggage. She just want to settle into her new home, make new friends and write. She is not interested in anything else. But fate has other plans she keeps bumping into Vincent. He’s a stoic Adonis with a sly sense of humor and a bossy disposition is a dominating lover in the bedroom but a caring soul and she is scared because he reminds her of her past. She lives by honesty and telling the truth. He is a harbors secrets but is honest to a point. Are these two fated to be together like Deidre thinks or is fate a b****. This story was a great read and some twist that will surprise you… I recommend this story… By Tracy @tracym

I give Reset to One (Paranormal Talent Agency Book 2) by Heather Silvio, 5 stars.
This time, it’s all about the vampire Evie. We met her briefly in book one, but now we see all of her. To pass her immortal time away, she does what’s fun to her. That just happens to be acting in crazy, wonderful Las Vegas. When she happens to run into fellow actor, Ryan, there is something about him that draws her to him. Sure, he seems troubled by something, but it’s more than that. So she amazes herself and asks him what’s wrong. Turns out his good friend is being charged with murder. Evie doesn’t like to get caught up in the human drama, but next thing she knows, she is offering to help. Seems like a simple case to her. But of course things are not that easy. More is going on and just what will it take to get to the bottom of it? Oh and did she mention that her ex husband is mysteriously in town? Just what is really going on?
This is a fun, paranormal romantic mystery. If you have already read book one, you will know exactly what I mean. You do not have to read book one first, but I highly recommend it. Some of the characters from book one make an appearance in this story. This book is not very long, but just the perfect size to get to know Evie better and work to solve a mystery at the same time. Las Vegas is the perfect setting for this too. I quite enjoyed this book and Evie right along with it. New and exciting, it smoothly fits in with book one, but is still different enough to stand out on its own.
I highly recommend this book and series if you are looking for a short, enjoyable read.

I have read a few books from Randi Perrin and none of them have disappointed me and neither did this one. The story is wonderful and all of the characters were great.
Chloe and Locke are a great couple with excellent chemistry. Chloe, is an independent, courageous, and strong woman, and Locke notices this about her and it is one of the things that draws him to her over and over again. She is not like any other girl he has come to know. Chloe, has endured much in her past and that has made her the strong woman she is today, and I admire her for taking a hold of her life and putting it back to where she wants it
I know Locke didn’t really plan to have a relationship with Chloe, but because of all her independent attitude, her beautiful looks, the fact that she knows how to spar and her tricky past, these all sealed the deal for him even if he didn’t want to admit it to himself. I can see Locke really grows to care for Chloe and wants to protect her.
Great read by Randi Perrin, I will say it again, I love all her stuff and this is no different, I definitely recommend giving this book a read.
A great read about second chances. Florian’s world is turned upside down when he finds his girlfriend cheating on him with someone else. Depressed, he goes to a new nightclub and bumps into his old flame from school, Enzo. They pick up their relationship from where it ended after the accident and are deliriously happy. But when hate crime threatens their happiness. are they destined to repeat the same events as before? A great read. Well developed plot with twists and turns that I just couldn’t put down. Well developed characters like Enzo sweet and kind but also standing up for himself or Florian going for what he wants but also haunted by the past. Great cast of supporting characters like the overprotective friend in Patrick or the supportive Heloise or the annoying Cyrille. I loved the visual detail throughout the novel like with the park with its trees and gardens and ice cream for a homely feel. Or the inside of Enzo’s house with its pastel colours and soft furnishings for a sense of comfort. Or the trip to Paris later on full of life and people and things to see, gardens and kitchens and old bookstores. Also loved the use of sound throughout with its peaceful absence or uncomfortable yells whih were wonderfully written. I loved the use of French culture and life and language in the novel giving it a sense of character The portrayal of the deaf community was perfectly written in Enzo and his school as people to be respected and listened to even if they are different, as equals in society. I loved the use of sign language in the novel which was a wonderful addition The switch of perspectives worked well to display both sides of the story and were easy to follow with names in chapter titles. The flashbacks worked well to inform what happened eight years ago and didn’t disrupt from the narrative of the present. I also liked the use of suspense with these, as the accident is explained slowly, making you want to read on to find out what happened. Overall, a great read and I would give it five stars.

Man with the Mafia (Man With Series Book 2) by Debra J. Falasco is a wonderful romance story that is full of drama and suspense, secrets and lies, intrigue and danger. There is also lots of chemistry and passion that will have your heart melting. The characters are complex and completely loveable. The story is told in multiple POV’s which I love because you get to know exactly what and who the characters really are. It is one story that I did not want to put down and I had to know where it was going and what the outcome was, that is how invested in these characters I was. Even though this is the second book in the series they can be read as standalones. I love Debra’s descriptions of the old Italian neighbourhood and it’s occupants, especially the grumpy old men.
Vincent Manetti doesn’t do relationships, he a highly respected lawyer and spends some of his working week in his old neighbourhood. When a tiny thing of a woman literally falls into his arms, his life changes forever but can he keep her safe.
Deirdre had to get away from the constant hell she was trying to get over but leaving meant leaving her friends behind. Being in a relationship is the last thing she wants or need, but one man is determined to change all that and protect her do matter what the cost and she is helpless to say no.
I really enjoyed the story and I can’t wait to see what Debra has in store for us next in the third book.

Rewind by Rowan Shaw a five-star read that you will want to rewind and read again. It was refreshing reading this story, its set In France and I don’t get to read many stories set there, so it’s nice to see a different place. This is a beautiful but heart-breaking story, the one thing I did adore most was the way the author dealt with deafness and tragic circumstances, they really pull you into the story, making you feel the depth of pain, but showing you that there are ways out of the pain giving you pathways you may seek. I know not everyone likes M/M and if you don’t try to look past that as his is a beautiful story that you need to have in your life. Enzo and Florian have a love that will make you see past their gender.

Wild Heart (Hollywood Hearts Book 4) By: Belinda Williams 5 out of 5 stars
The story Wild Heart (Hollywood Hearts Book 4) by Belinda Williams is a wonderful book that I loved reading. It pulled me in from the very beginning and didn’t let me go until I had finished the final page. I loved reading about the characters of Faith Martin and Cole Cooper. Faith is an actress who is strong, independent, and stubborn. She also is in the need of a change. She finds herself in Sonoma Valley, CA where she finds a man from her past, Cole. Cole has carved out a life for himself as a stuntman, rancher, and winemaker. He has now found himself again face to face with Faith. These two have a past. She now has an opportunity to star and direct an action film. He is asked to be the stunt coordinator. What does the future hold for Cole and Faith? Read this book to find out. There are moments in this story that are mysterious/suspenseful and had me wondering what was going to happen next. As the book progressed, I found myself caring about Faith and Cole and wanted them to find happiness. There are many other characters that I enjoyed reading about. The story had my emotions going up and down the entire time I was reading. Faith and Cole’s story is one that you don’t want to miss out reading. Highly recommended.

Two years ago, my dad had packed us up in the middle of the night and we’d left town. We weren’t allowed to contact anyone or look back – until now. I’d run away, going back to the only security I’d ever known with my best friend Levi and his family.
Coming home was hard. Although I got to see my best friend again, it also meant seeing the man I’d been in love with since I was six years old – Noah Townsend. Working for him brings us into close contact and makes my no fraternization with the family members of my friends rule difficult.
One trip to Vegas to visit his friend Sven and a lot of alcohol later, I woke up Mrs. Townsend.
The problem was, I didn’t wake up in our hotel room or with him beside me.
Noah
“Don’t touch my best friend” my brother told me. It’s like being told not to push the button – you bide your time until no one’s around and then pounce.
Now that Luna was back, I was pushing the damn button, and I didn’t care what he had to say about it. She’s mine to protect, mine to love, just plain mine.
My trip to Vegas wasn’t for the reasons that I told her it was, and there was little room for things to go wrong. But I woke up the morning after our wedding and she was gone.
Luna is my wife, my world, my boom, and I will find her.
I’m a British author who grew up all over the world. My parents were diplomats, so we were posted to all of the corners of the earth and it was a blast. Some wouldn’t seem so awesome if you heard about them, but my parents always made it a fun experience and it molded my brother and I into who we are today.
I live in Wiltshire in the west country of the UK. At random times of the day, I’ll hear a moo from the fields around me, or get a whiff of that…uhhh…’country air’, and I love it! I might not have grown up in the UK, but I’m a British girl to the bone (regardless of the suspicious whiffs coming in from the fields).
I’m a single mother with a son who is nearing his teenage phase. Maybe he’s reached it early? Who knows. But he’s awesome and has a personality and sense of humor that I can only attribute to my family. We’re slightly bonkers, we have a wicked sense of humor and we find the positives in every situation. I’m so proud to be his mum and to watch him grow and mature.
Writing was something that I’d always done. I had a teacher in the third grade who always set us the task of writing a story and making it into a book every weekend. After I left school, I kept this up and wrote as often as I could or just plotted out books. This evolved into me taking the plunge and publishing my first book in 2016 and I’ve been typing ever since.
I’m proud to be an Indie Author, and I absolutely love writing out my crazy Providence characters and the more complex ones in my other series’. It doesn’t matter if it’s romantic comedy or something with more suspense – so long as it has a HEA I’ll do it!
I’ve got so many more planned, so the best is yet to come.

HOLY COW! I was intrigued from the beginning but did not expect it to be so freaking good! A Person Could Disappear Here is a novel written by Terri George. This book is full of suspense and mystery. I loved every minute of it! Abbey is from London and has met a man on Facebook whom she is going to fly to Denver to meet. His name is Jensen. We don’t know much about Jensen except that he is handsome and is super perfect for Abbey. Everything goes well until they go into Nebraska to meet up with Jensen’s grandfather who is getting out of the hospital supposedly. That’s when everything goes wrong. That’s when Cristina, Abbey’s bestfriend steps in and starts her own search party to find her since she did not come back to London. However, that’s when EVERYTHING starts to become twisted and crazy! Like I said before, I did not expect things to turn out the way that they did. I seriously couldn’t put this book down and I in fact wanted to read more. But I was glad the end turned out the way that it did. I can’t wait to read more from this author if they are going to be just like this one!

From start to finish, a fantastic book from Autumn Sand. I was spellbound on the first page and couldn’t stop reading until I finished the last sentence. The characters were strong and relatable. There was intrigue and romance. Strong chemistry and connection. Plot moved well and was never stagnant. Continue to really enjoy Sand’s writing and this series in particular. Very well written.

Russell can’t just be good at the news…no of course not. She has to also be a powerhouse with a pen.
Our heroine, PJ Santini, is so incredibly well written, she feels like my best friend, or the version of myself I wish I had the guts to be. Sassy and snarky, everything is told as it is by our girl. This latest installment in the series is another fast paced escapade with suspense, humor, hi-jinx, and just plain fun.
I cannot say enough about this book, this series, this author. Hands down one of the best books I’ve had in my hands in a while. Loved it!

A Person Could Disappear Here by Terri George is a thrilling suspense- with plenty of mystery, drama, emotion, intrigue, danger, despair, determination, courage, strength, hope, friendship, and surprising developments. This fairly dark read is gritty, raw, disturbing, intense, and brutal in parts. There were scenes that were quite difficult to read- but the compelling nature of the story made me want to know what would happen- and I needed to know how things would play out in the end. This is my first read by Ms. George, so I was very unsure of what I would find once I opened the book. but after finishing this story, I definitely want to explore more of her work now . A lot happens in this complex story- especially emotionally. Things I won’t go into in any detail, because I don’t want to spoil it for you. But I will say that Abbey takes a chance on love- a chance that places her in a very dire situation. We are led through a story which puts a focus on the dangers of social media, on-line relationships, and much more. It is a very thought provoking read that really gave my emotions a work-out. Everyone needs a friend like Cristina- that there is true friendship!! Abbey made my heart ache for what she endured. The story is told from both their POV’s, so we get to really ‘see’ what’s going on. It is apparent how much attention to detail, meticulous planning, and research went into this story- all the hard work made for a very gripping and believable story. I am looking forward to more!

Wild Heart is the fourth book in the Hollywood Hearts Series by Belinda Williams, This is Faith Martin and Cole Cooper’s story, and what a ride it is! It is a sexy and fun story that has lots of action, romance, mystery, and drama- all set against the backdrop of Hollywood, movie production, and stardom. It is a wonderful second chances story that had me avidly reading right through to the end. The characters are really well developed, and very likeable individuals- who continued to develop and grow over the course of the story. I was very much invested in them and the outcome of their story. A very engaging read and a great addition to the series. I can’t wait to see what Ms. Williams does next.

Garrett was a great 5 star read and book two in the Dark Water Security series. Madison continues to pull me in with her writing, I was excited to get Garrett and Hopes story.
Garrett has a new job with Dark Water Security, he will be a live in security person. He will be sharing a living area with someone else who works for the guy. What he doesn’t expect is to come face-to-face with the woman who walked away after one night two years ago, the woman he hasn’t been able to forget about since.
Hope is shocked when she sees Garrett, it sends her into a near panic attack. Seeing him brings back memories of what happened that night two years ago. Something happened after Hope left Garrett, but what? Can Garrett finally get the answer he’s looking for?
These two reignite their connection the more they spend time together. You can feel it coming off the pages. Overall I really enjoyed both characters very much. The secondary characters were great and I can’t wait to read the next book in the series. If you’re looking for a great new series, I highly recommend this one.

This whole story was about acceptance but the only acceptance you need is your own. I don’t see how people go through life worrying about what other people think of them. People will judge you no matter what you do. So why not live as yourself? I don’t understand the cruelty people display over finding out someone is gay. Florian was looking for someone to love every side of him but he was stuck in a miserable life. The fact that he felt that he needed acceptance showed me more about him than anything else. I don’t normally read Male on Male stories. But this one was a nice read and I didn’t feel forced to accept anything other than what I believe. Review by @gguerrero89
Broken Pieces was an emotional four star read. This is my first read by Judith B. Pinkard and her debut as well. This is a heartbreaking biographical novel.
This is a story that really makes you think about life choices. Helen and Ernest are in a life altering accident with there friends and baby Judy. This is where Helen’s life spiraled out of control with addiction and coping.
We all have a story to tell, and we all suffer in various ways. However, the ability to use pain to help others is our duty-a transcendent obligation.
Judy’s story was familiar in some ways that I could relate slightly. There were other times my heart went out to her. There are some shocking twist and turns. It took a lot of courage to write this story and I hope it also gave some peace to Judith as well. This is not my normal genre to read but I really enjoyed reading Judith’s story. Thank you!

Flirty Dancing: A Spicy Romantic Comedy About the Afterlife (The Green Room Chronicles Book 3) By JD Frettier 5 Stars
Flirty Dancing: A Spicy Romantic Comedy About the Afterlife by JD Frettier is the third installment of The Green Room Chronicles. Kitty has a horrible accident and ends up in the Green Room. Kitty meets other women that are currently in the Green Room and befriends them while she figures out what to do to help her family that she left behind. If you are into a quick, spicy read, then this is the story for you. I recommend reading the first two books in the series so you can understand the storyline.

Wild Heart was a witty and romantic read. This story was an easy read and quite addictive. The main character Faith was witty and funny. She also had a dark past and was not a fan of sharing that with her closest friends. Running into her ex and starting a movie with one of her closest friends seemed to make her open up more. She ended up being a very likeable and realistic character. Her ex Cole was fascinating. I easily fell in love with his character despite the bickering between Faith and himself. This novel was positively delightful and I definitely feel it deserves every one of these stars. I highly recommend it!

Broken Pieces by Judith B. Pinkard is a biographical story. This story tells a tale of love, broken pieces, and piecing the pieces back together. The story had me on a roller coaster of emotions. The story is raw at points and tender at others. I am glad that Judith Pinkard put her story out there for everyone. There are inspiration and faith she has put out there for the masses. The story had me thankful for my family and loved ones. I am so glad I had the opportunity to come across this book and read this story.

A Person Could Disappear Here By Terri George ☆☆☆☆☆ This is a novel loaded with suspense and mystery. This is not a romance, while some would think so.
Abbey has been chatting with someone she met online. After awhile she decides to take a leap and meet him. So she travels abroad to meet Jensen. Jensen is not who she thought him to be. But that is only a small part of what you will find in this story. No Spoilers Here.
Terri George has written one of the most suspenseful stories I have read in awhile. She starts this story right in the beginning. Fast paced and terrifying at the same time. Her female characters are strong and determined. All I can really say…. Is not all things are as they appear. Not all people are as they appear. This novel will not disappoint! Job well done Terri George! I look forward to reading more from this author.

Man with the Mafia by Debra J. Falasco is the second book in the Man With series. Deirdre is starting over in a new city. The last thing on her mind is looking for a romantic relationship when she meets Vincent. The two are amazing together but Vincent knows something that could break them apart. Will the two be able to fight through these issues? This is a good read that kept me wanting to read more. I enjoyed the characters and the story. The secondary characters are good also and make me want to read more from the series. I also liked that Deirdre is a strong character and wants to be an independent woman. Vincent means well but has a past of his own. I like that they have flaws and are not perfect people.
