Jorja does not appreciate the way the cops have investigated the deaths, so she finds herself knee deep in her own deadly and dangerous investigation. From a rich eccentric’s museum to a black tie affair at an art gallery, the people involved will shock and amaze you as well as the police corruption that seems to be running rampant. Such a fantastic read and while this is my first Jorja Knight book you better believe that I am going to read each one in the series. What a strong female character that follows her morals and stays with her intuition to solve the deaths until the very end, including when her life is in danger! Fantastic book!!!!!

This is the first book I’ve read by the author. Murder on Oak Street is the first book in A South Shore Mystery Series. The book had me hooked from the beginning.

This isn’t the first book I’ve read by the author. Kamana Wanalaya for the Holidays is a fun little read. I love holiday romances and this one was my favorite of the season.
Tenley or TJ on PAR as she’s known on her podcast. She doesn’t really believe in love. She is practical. So when she’s offered an all paid for trip to Hawaii she takes it. She wants the cash, but that doesn’t mean she’ll get it. The quote I chose for Tenley is: “Yeah, but when it does happen. They just readjust or put them back on. They don’t break to the point of being unwearable and now everyone is enjoying the let’s-look-at-Tenley’s-boobs show.”

This was an interesting book especially since I read this one without reading the first two books in the series so to say I was confused when it came to the backstories is an understatement. I still pushed through the book and tried my best to understand what was going on. The book itself was entertaining, but I still plan to go back and read the previous two books, and most likely read this one again just to make it all make sense! From what I gathered from how the book was written, the book focuses on Soraya who is now in charge of leading The Circle. She finds herself in quite a bit of situations of having to go and save people, replace those that were lost, and strengthen the ones that she still has. There is a lot going on with magic, a good vs evil point of view, people being removed from the land due to the color of their skin, broken relationships, and so much more. The characters are very well thought out and entertaining and you may find yourself relating to a character or two in this story. It’s hard to put down this book but, as I previously mentioned, it would be extremely beneficial to read the previous books before indulging yourself into this book!

She gets her family to help her out and they build a Barefoot Park. I couldn’t choose a quote for Amaleigha because the entire book gives you exactly what you’d need.

I really enjoyed this romance. There is just the right mixture of hot steamy passion and danger to make this a great read. The characters are really well written and I love the connection between them the constant flirting and teasing really adds to the story. I could understand both sides of the arguments when it came to certain areas. Kate is a strong and independent woman so when she meets Chase and he trys to take over and protect her I can understand her resistance but at the same time I also understand Chase’s need to protect her. The twist in the story is one I did not see coming and I was very surprised at how it worked out.
Kate is tasked with working alongside Chase to build a new medical facility. She has always said she would never mix work with romance but when she falls for Chase she doesn’t even realise who he is. Now it is too late for her to walk away but little does she realise that just being with Chase puts her in danger but not for the reason you would think. Overall, despite the push and pull there is no denying the love and passion between Chase and Kate and I can’t wait to see what the author has in store for them next.

I thought this book was well written and captivating from the beginning. Lily aaa left. Hardware store when her estranged father passed away. She picked up the few items she had and left her family In London to travel to Montana and see if she could Find out anything about her father. The first person she sees is Jake. A gorgeous, muscles cowboy who seems a bit arrogant. She’s immediately attracted to him but, dislikes him at the same time. Luckily for Lily it’s a small town and everyone is friendly and willing to help her out. Lily has daddy issues. Jake has mommy issues and well they can be a match made in heaven or a recipe for disaster. Lily’s new best friend just happens to be Jake’s sister and she warns Jake to stay away from Lily. Jake finds it hard to stay away from her and can’t stop thinking of her. Can he be the man she needs or will she just be a passing fling for him? Sweet read that can and will capture your heart. Do good guys still exist out there or is Jake just acting like one?

Snow in Love was an enchanting read. It is a story about two paralympic skiers who find themselves during training and by finding themselves are able to find love. I enjoyed being transported to Aspen to revel in the glistening snow while reading the story of two mismatched people find themselves and one another despite the pain of their past and present.

Freedom Rings is the third and final book in The Circle Series and I highly recommend reading the previous books if you haven’t already as they give a better understanding of what has happened and you get to know the characters better plus they are just as good as this one. The authors style of writing blows me away and her characters are real, relatable and fully developed plus they bring the story to life and made me feel like I was apart of the story. Get ready for a ride like no other as secrets are revealed and friendships are tested while lives are at stake. I highly recommend reading this book to find out what happens next. This is one you don’t want to miss. I look forward to reading more from this Author.

This is the first book I have read in the series. I thoroughly enjoyed how the reader found out things about what had happened in Adrik’s (also known as The Beast) past as he revealed them to his love interest. It’s sweet how they both have this desire for each other, and although he has worked for the family for years, Adrik has attempted to maintain his professional distance from Annika. The two have their individual traumas that both eventually feed into the events that unfold when Adrik and his best friend Tim are the two Bratva members assigned to be Annika’s personal guards when she begins receiving threating text messages. I am excited to go back and read the other works in this series! I have not read a book written by Mrs. Georgeson that didn’t have me hooked!

I’m not sure if there are spoilers in this book for the others in the series. At the beginning of the book the reader is introduced to Tenley, whose podcast is called TJ on Par. She wants her listeners to not mistake love for convenience, and views marriage as a business contract. TJ Mack (Teagan) is the self proclaimed guru of romance. Teagan says, “We fall in love by chance, but we stay in love by choice.” Tenley is challenged by Reagan to spend a week at Kamana Wanalya, which is a resort in Hawaii where he grew up. I loved this sweet story, and the way the characters were written kind of made me root for them all. I found myself wanting to know more about the side characters, so I may continue reading the other novels in the series. At the end of their time in Hawaii what new discoveries will be made? This is a beautifully written and illustrated story. It is a story of a mother’s wish for her child, passing the wishing wand from one mother to another – all the messages are just the same, a wand to vanquish all the struggles of a child’s life. It is a beautiful story, primarily written for the children to understand the struggle and the love of the parents. But the book adds a lot of meaning to an adult, or a mother or father who want the best for their kids. The language is poetic and lyrical. It was a very soothing, heart touching book.

Her friends and family join in and together they make a big difference in the community! A cute story to remind children that you can start making a difference to this world at any age. The illustrations were very nice and the plot was neat. I loved the concept.

This author has really wowed me with her contemporary romances before but this one definitely takes the cake. The story really pulled my heart strings and took me on an emotional roller coaster ride. I smiled, I cried, I even laughed, but the characters and the plot were just simply amazing. One thing I really love about this author is she really has a way of writing characters that pull you straight into the story and you feel every emotion that they do. This book really had it all from romance, emotions, amazing chemistry I just simply couldn’t put it down.

I read this book to my 3 year-old and he loved it! This is the pirates vacation in the vacation series. It read like poetry but not too sing-song that a child would get bored. I wasn’t sure how I felt about the book at the beginning as there were a lot of moving parts. At times, I had a hard time following the storyline. As the book progressed, characters made sense. The author did a great job at generating strong emotions for each character, whether it was love or disgust. The ending took me by surprise and it wrapped things up well.

I have come to love reading books from this era and was happy to find a new author to enjoy. This book was well-written and has a way of holding the reader’s attention. An easy read, wonderfully written and has mostly wonderful characters. Laurel is a young lady just coming into her womanhood when she fell in love with Viscount Laurenson. They are quick to marry due to her husband leaving for war in Spain leaving Laurel to deal with Robert’s twin sister Rhonda. Laurel is left at Landings, a brand new inexperienced bride, and at the mercy of Robert’s twin sister, Rhonda, a jealous, spoilt, spiteful woman. Rhonda has been in charge of the Laningham household for so long that it is hard for her to give up the reins to the household. When Laurel figures out that she is with child the jealousy becomes worse from Rhonda. This love story with a twist of mystery is absolutely a must-read if you enjoy period time books. I can’t wait to dive into more books from this author.

One coin could lead to so many things if you know where to look. Gabriela happened upon one, a 1945 French coin to be exact, on a walking path. Due to this, it unlocked a new adventure that was going to be hard to handle for her. In comes Richard, our lovely American spy, who investigates this mission that ruined his vacation but gained him an interest. Their connection is amazing to hold in to. Great listen!

This book is the 3rd book in the ‘Servant of the Gods’ series but can technically be read as a stand alone. There is a nice recap of the previous novels within the book.
Evan is a descendant of Zeus, he was made solely to stop the demise of the Greek deities by defeating Kronos. Kronos is dead set on destroying Olympus and all the gods who live there to become the one and only ruler.
The novel starts off with Evan and his companions on an Amazonian island, they have no recollection of why they were travelling the waters. The queen made it so the men were breeding machines to ensure her people’s survival. The queen took Evan as her consort and there seems to be a little bit of Stockholm syndrome. Evan finds out what the queen has done and is angry but can’t get her out of his mind, especially since she is pregnant with his child.
Once the men’s memories were restored they left the island and continued on to Krete where the last relic is supposed to be. It is a long journey with lots of obstacles and Evan is being tested by both the gods and Kronos. Gods are known to be fickle and Evan doesn’t know who to trust anymore. Evan just wants to go home and he will do everything he can to do so.
I really enjoyed this book. It was action packed, filled with characters from Greek mythology (which I am a fan of) and drama. I recommend reading this book 100%!

I love when i discover a new author with a hidden gem of a story line! I loved reading this love story. I identified completely with the ups and downs of love, and of course the romance. The two main characters will have you looking forward to each chapter! So what happens? I cannot tell you, please use your imagination while reading and enjoy this one for yourself! Be careful, you are going to want to read this one all night staying up for the end of the story! My heart is so full.
