This book really surprised me. The characters are witty and their personalities jumped of the pages.
I absolutely loved that the Female MC was strong and independent. Especially when she runs in to save the day. She didn’t need a hero coming to her rescue, SHE WAS THE HERO.
The storyline was witty and funny with some sad parts in-between.
The secondary characters have their own underlying story. Definitely hoping to see some more stories from these characters.
Great read!!

Forbidden love tropes are my absolute favorite!!! Add a broken man who needs fixing and I’m hooked! I truly believe that our soul mates are suppose to have such a significant impact on our lives that we are forever changed and this book just cemented that believe. This book is superbly written with well developed characters and an amazing storyline. I did not read the previous books in this series, so it can definitely be read and enjoyed as a standalone. But I loved this author’s writing so much I’m going to read the other.
This is a great short, powerful Novella. Really hits you with the feels right from the start. The characters are great but I feel there could have been a little more character development that would definitely make this a 5 star read.
The storyline is great and there is really a lot of potential to make this a great Novella series that might be latter put into a box set. Just an idea
Finding Bryce is a quick action packed read with great character development especially for a novella. Two people who are in very different places in their lives become forever entwined by one night of passion. The danger and suspence will have you on the edge of your seat.

Historical Romance is fast becoming one of my favorite genre’s. And this exceptional listen definitely contributed to it. Physically and emotionally scared Bea decides to go to Texas to pave her own path away from the New York social scene. There she meets this strapping (always wanted to use that word) gentleman, who unbeknownst to her also fled the New York society. Together the heal each other’s scars. What more could you ask from a love story!!! What made this such a great book was the amazing character development and the authors extraordinary writing style.

WHOOOOWHEEE That was one hell of a rollercoaster ride. Enemies to lovers is one of my absolute favorite tropes but this book….. this was the best Enemies to Lovers I’ve read in a long time. The author took me from highs to lows in seconds and the characters!!! The emotional development of the characters is superbly written. The storyline with the little extra danger thrown into it was a perfect fit. I also loved that the book didn’t immediately cut off after they got their HAE it went on and gave an extra little HEA. Great read!! Highly recommended.

When an author does a fairytale retelling it can go wrong or like in this case it can go AMAZINGLY RIGHT.
This modern day retelling of Cinderella was done with respect to the original. The storyline took some twists from the original that just made this book even better then I thought it would be.
Be warned there is some heartwrenching parts that will make you ugly cry. But it’s totally worth it.

This is the first non romance book I’ve read in a VERY LONG time. And it is now in my top 5 reads for 2022. The research, time and care that went into writing this book resonates through every line. What was extra special about this book was that it’s a story not really told. We mostly hear about what the Jewish community went through during WWll, and easily forget that other countries were kept captives in their own homes. Michelle’s story is something really special and extremely eye opening. The way that her faith carried her through this trying time is something I will always remember.
This is a must read for any Historical Fiction Fan!!

After reading this book there’s NO WAY you’ll be able to say that you do not believe in kismet. Two children meet by chance, then just when they admit they’re feelings to themselves BAM!! a brutal event rips them apart….. But luckily fate has a different plan for these two…. A chance meeting brings them face to face and then….. well you’ll just have to read it to find out.
This book should be turned into a movie!! It was absolutely amazing. The storyline is absolutely perfect and the characters are beautifully written. Definitely on my top 10 list for 2022

This was a spur of the moment read… and boy was I surprised!!! I feel that the cover doesn’t really do this book justice. The story is superb and the characters are great especially Wheels aka Aimee. She’s a strong independent woman who saves the handsome prince, nit onc, but twice.. who saw that coming?
Excellent character building. My only critique is I would have loved to hear more about Aimee’s back story

If you’re looking for a fun short vacation read this book is perfect for you. It has the complete story line of a 300 + page book wrapped up in 150 pages.
Two broken people find each other at the perfect time. Bella needs someone to love and protect her and Levi needs someone to love and protect but also someone to push him. They are perfect for each other.
Great storyline, superb character development. I’m excited to read the next one.

I absolutely love a strong, asskicking, take no prisoners FMC. Mia delivers, but not only that she also has a soft side. Even strong women need to be loved……that’s when we meet Castor, her soul mate.
The thing that I loved most about this book is the suspense. Everytime you think, okay now she’s saved BAM, something new and more terrible happens. Great second book from an amazing series.

I was introduced to this series through the audio books.
I listened to the first 3 and then I was waiting for the next books to be released in audio. But then I was so excited to see all 5 books in one, I just had to get it.
Here are some thoughts on the books
Book 1 K.G Fletcher’s writing has this way to transport you into the here and now of what the characters are experiencing. Em and Cappy are two characters that I couldn’t find one fault in. I absolutely adored their friends to lovers story especially because it’s a few years later and they still had this spark between them. It makes you believe that love does last.
Book2 Two broken hearts, ripped apart their loved ones. They come together and help each other cope with their loss….. with this heartwrenching romance, it gave me all the feels and I couldn’t stop listening. The storyline was amazing and these characters where even better then the first book in the series. Ps. the little twist mmmmm……
Book 3 It just goes to show you, the saying “never judge a book by its cover” is so true. In this case it’s a character. When K.G. Fletcher introduced us to Fiona in the first installment of the Reigning Hearts series, as Thomas Capshaw’s girlfriend, I absolutely hated her. BUT when I started listening to A Sun So Bright the depths of Fiona’s character was revealed and I fell in love with her. Chris on the other hand….. INSTA-LOVE This was again a superb book in the Reigning Hearts series and as the series develops so does K.G. Fletcher’s writing.
And then Book 4 & 5….. WOW they are the best yet in the series.

With South Africa heading towards winter, this is the perfect “cosy next to the fire” read. It’s short and sweet and was exactly the fun lighthearted read I needed after all the dark stuff I’ve read. The characters are superbly written and the really grow through out the book especially Patrick. His personal growth and emotional maturing really resonates with me. A great book yet again from this talented author
I haven’t read a YA book in a while and this book was the perfect palette cleanser after all the sad books I’ve read lately. Abby Hill with her spooky talent gave me a thrilling read with an amazing never been written (that I know of) storyline. The author did a superb job with the balance between spooky and YA. It’s the first book I’ve read by this author bit definitely not the last. (Just clicked following)
I’m blown away by Mr. Talisman’s ability to create a world and characters that are out of this world. (Pun intended) hehe. The name of the book says it all. You will be taken on a JOURNEY, THROUGH TIMESPACE with these wonderfully unique and exciting characters. You have to read all of it to completely understand the complexity of this magical world that James has created. And now you can with the 3 books in one collection!!!

Extremely well written. The transition between present and past flows perfectly. The characters are superbly written. But what really made this story a step above the rest is the great storyline. A plus writer with an excellent written story this was not just reading it was an experience!!!

This is exactly the kind of book that I LOVE!! The kind where you get so frustrated with the characters because they can’t see what is right in front of them. You just want to scream at them. The author really takes you on a rollercoaster ride of emotions. She had my laughing out loud at times, screaming in frustration and ofcourse bawling my eyes out.
If you want to read something that captivates every single emotion you have, read this
Even though I have never set foot in South Carolina I feel like I just took a trip there with the expertly woven masterpiece this author wrote. If you read this book you will be taken on a trip through history with a families secrets revealed, some wonderful some not so much. I’m not usually a fan of of these kinds of Novals but someone recommended it and now I’m highly recommending it!! Get it now

You know a book is worth every penny when you wake up in the middle of the night just to read one more chapter, or hide out in the bathroom to read just one more chapter. That’s exactly what this book did to me. Every spare moment I had I was reading this. And with the way these characters are superbly written no one could say differently. If I had them at my side I would say “bring on the end of the world as we know it”

Blindsided!!! The perfect title for this book. After being glued to this book for the last 2 days, I’m not sure how to put into words how amazing it is. The author took us on a journey, from the first words I read I fell in love with this author. Her talent for character building is out of this world. Each character was needed in this book and just elevated the storyline. This book isn’t your normal run of the mil “boy next door”, “enemies to lovers” or even “bully romance”. It’s like all these genre’s went and had a genre baby all mixed together. Absolutely 100% worth the read.

This author just about killed me. All the emotional ups and downs still has me reeling days after I read this book. I just love it when you need a good cry and a book helps you achieve it. This book did just that. I feel emotionally cleansed after this spectacular book. After book one left us on a cliffhanger, the author game back with even better writing. This is definitely an author I’m adding to my favorites. Dare I say this gave me Nicholas Spark feels
Well the was completely unexpected!!! Who would have thought that a woman can bring the MC president to his knees, (in a good way) This book was unlike any other MC book I’ve ever read (listened to) First of the FMC is amazing!!! She is strong willed, independent and just plain badass but she also has her vulnerable side. Then there’s Drummer!! Yummmm if you look up alpha male in ther dictionary you’ll find a picture of him. Until…. a broken down bike brings HER into his life. The book has tension, action and A LOT of steamy scenes. An Absolute Must Read

Just when you think you know an author and what to expect, especially after just finishing the first books, BAMMM she slaps you upside the head and says pay attention. I was not expecting to love this book so much. I gave the first book in the series 4 stars because I felt there was something lacking in the story. Well this one definitely makes up for it. The characters are superbly written and the story development is so good. I really appreciate that the author elevated the story to where it is now.

Lately I’ve been watching a lot of apocalyptic and dystopian series on TV, so when I saw this I HAD to get it. IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT. The author did an amazing job with building up the chemistry between the love interests and the action and suspenseful atmosphere that she creates is superbly developed. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I felt there was something missing with the back stories of the characters and what happened.

Amy Argent…. shame on you for making me cry so much. JK!! This book is a masterful combination between romance and heartbreak. The characters are superbly written and the story is realistic and so so good. I’m truly blown away by Amy’s talent with drawing you into this emotionally charged story. I’m actually struggling to put into words how amazing this story is. This book also showed me how special the simple human touch is, and what it means to someone

When I see the name AJ Renee I instantly know the book will be amazing. AJ definitely has a super power when it comes to Paranormal Romance.
Cursed Luck is the fifth book in the series and they truly seem to get even better every time. Edward and Mia’s story takes you on a journey where to supernatural beings need to work through their troubles internal and external, so they can reach the HEA they both deserve.

What an amazing retelling of a cult classic. The twist with the MMF just elevates the story to new heights. This is definitely NOT a kids fairytale, ADULTS ONLY!!! This book is HOOOTTTT I feel that A.J. Morrow did the original justice with her take on Cinderella. Although there is no pumpkin it is absolutely amazing and the characters are superbly written with a storyline that grabs you until the end….. and what an end!!! Cliffhanger!!!!! I can’t wait for the next book.

This book definitely gave me some Sherlock Holmes vibes but then I also remembered there’s a movie Enola Holmes and that is even a better description of how amazing this book is. Once I started reading the book I realized that this is the second book, so I went and read the first one before continuing. I highly recommend that you read Emma first.
Kimberly Mullins has a great talent with world building and her attention to detail is out of this world. The way she molds the characters and story together is done masterfully.
I highly recommend this book for young adults and mystery lovers
