Isla Vaughn has done it again, in this Hidden Valley Elite series, we finally follow the other Savage brother, Damon. I really enjoyed this book better than the first in the series but only because I love Damon’s character better than Cole. A great story line to follow with some scrumptious sexual scenes. Vivid imagery and intense feelings to be had. The cliffhanger ending has me dying for more.

The Messy Kids by Lois Wickstrom is a fun children’s storybook with interesting, bright, and colourful illustrations that help to bring the story to life. I found it to be a cute ‘adventure’ with lots of fun, aliens, a spaceship, and lessons about cleaning up after yourself. This is a bit of a quirky story with a touch of fantasy that proved to very engaging- feeding both the imagination, as well providing a few lessons along the way. Suitable for children aged 4 to 8. This was a fast-paced read that focuses on Catrina and Nathan. Catrina is a lawyer that prides herself on being a rule follower. However, when she finds out that a man she slept with is actually a client of hers (she didn’t know so at the time)….the lines become blurred. She wants to do the right thing by following the one rule her firm has about not sleeping with clients, and get the promotion she has worked so hard for…but Nathan makes that hard to do.
Nathan is used to women throwing themselves at him…so it is against the norm to have someone who seems to be doing her best to fight the chemistry that he shares with Cat. But, he is not going to let that to stop him. When everything is on the line (both his career and hers), is love worth risking everything for?
These characters pulled me in from the beginning. They have amazing chemistry and I enjoyed their push and pull attraction. I also enjoyed seeing the characters from the previous books in the story make an appearance. Morgana Bevan has a way of bringing readers right into the world of the characters and it is quite the ride! I have enjoyed all the books in the series and Morgana Bevan has become an author that I always want to read whatever they put out next!

This is one of my favorite series to read to my kids! They love the adventures with Jophiel and even love pretending they have a Jophiel of their own. I personally enjoy getting to “visit” different places while reading the books, this time to Japan. The author paints such vivid picture that it makes you feel like you’re in Japan with Tally and Jophiel. We love this series and can’t wait to see what comes next!

The story and Hank and Ella Mae definitely had me going through the emotions! I would be super happy, then angry and then next thing I know I’m ugly crying. But unfortunately, his band breaks up and he’s not sure what to do, go after his dreams or commit to working on the family farm for the rest of his life? In walks Ella Mae offering the chance of a lifetime to join her and her brother on tour after meeting at her brother’s concert. He learns what it’s like to be a famous country singer and falls in love with Ella Mae much to her brother’s dismay. This was a beautifully written book and it felt like I was right there and could hear the country music playing along in my head! I can’t wait to go back and read the other books in this series to read about other characters!

Slow burns make me so anxious but I love it at the same time lol. This was such a beautiful read! I LOVE ANGELO SO MUCH! Best friend to lovers trope is easily becoming one of my favorites so I knew I was going to fall in love with this story! Characters are phenomenal and I loved every page. The tension and the angst is so worth it in the end and I highly recommend this standalone! I became so emotionally invested, I never wanted the book to stop! Simply loved it.

I love this author! I haven’t read a book that I didn’t like. Acting Counsel is no different. I’m in the middle of multiple series by this author which should tell you something. She writes wonderful romances that have just enough drama to keep you on the edge of your seat. Or in this case turning the page. Acting Counsel is part of the Kings of Screen Series. I’ve actually read all 3 of those books, and I think this one is my favorite. Catrina and Nathan have an amazing dynamic. And the way the author portrays Nathan’s character development is beautiful. Of course the growth isn’t truly spotted till the dramatic event takes place, but it’s a wonderful stepping stone. I look forward to reading Jackson’s story. He’s stood out now as a supporting character in multiple books now. I feel like the author is saving the best for last. In saying all that. This book may be part of a series but it reads just as easily as a standalone novel. If you are unfamiliar with this author and enjoy this genre, you won’t be disappointed. If you are familiar with her other series but haven’t read any of this one, my only question is: What are you waiting for? If you are like me and have at least been on top of this series, guess what? Book 3 is here! Enjoy it!

I loved this book! Full of erotica and I love a good MMF read! There’s a lot of descriptive sex but I truly did love the whole story. It was full of emotion and drama and I quickly finished this book because I couldn’t put it down. First book I’ve read by this author and I wasn’t disappointed. Also, don’t let the cover fool you…you may think it’s a cute little read…WRONG. It’s so spicy and the complete opposite of cute. It’s filthy and I’m SO here for it. 🥵
This was such a jaw-dropping beautiful start to a series! The author does such a perfect job painting each scene in your head with elaborate details. I feel like each page provided vivid imagery with only text which is incredibly difficult to do. I always love it when maps and descriptions are displayed in the beginning of books to help set the stage so to speak. Each character felt relatable in their own way, and I was completely invested from the beginning. While this is a long read, there is no way you will leave disappointed. I am already eagerly anticipating the second book in an already flawless series!

This was a great 5 star read. I was pulled in right from the beginning. I really enjoyed the characters and their bantering. Nathan and Catrina were great characters. Catrina as a rule can’t date her clients, but Nathan has other plans. The more they work together the harder it gets for her to resist him. I enjoyed watching things grow between them. Will she give into Nathan? What will happen with her job? Overall I really enjoyed this read. I really liked seeing some of the other characters from previous books. Like a reunion of sorts. The author does a great job with her writing, you feel like you’re right there with the characters. I can’t wait to read more from this series. 1-click and get started today.

I think inneed a cold shower after reading thks sexy romantic story. Dane and Mike are madly in love but there was something missing. This was a fast paced sexy romance. The story was a unique twist on traditional relationships but equally filled with love. I liked the build up of Mike and Dane’s quest for finding a third in their relationship. However, the ending seemed really rushed with Vanessa and Vy. I felt like Vy had super important role in the book but turned into an after thought. Overall, interesting and enjoyable read.
Editor Kill Fee was a wonderful murder mystery. It had some intense topics such as drug smuggling, murder and kidnapping, but was pretty light hearted. It maintained the mystery until the very end, but not in a thriller type, more a cozy mystery. There are so many people in this story, with each chapter focusing on the POV of one. It was hard to keep everyone straight in the beginning but by the halfway point, I couldn’t put it down. It sounds like there are previous books, as there is references to other events surrounding both Jim and Taylor, but it was enjoyed as a stand-alone. [ETA- this is book 3 in the Taylor Browning Cozy Mysteries series]. I look forward to reading more if it is a series. I enjoyed the references to the culture and history of New Mexico, you can tell the author did their research.

First of all, I LOVE the illustrations in this book! They are very vivid and appealing to the eye! Second, this is a story that kids can relate too. So can moms! It’s a good life learning story about the value of help, but also of teaching others what you need help with.

Fireflies was my first read by this author, and I was pleasantly surprised! I absolutely loved reading about Dane and Mike’s open-minded, polyamorous relationship and how well they communicated. There is plenty of drama, and the author makes they don’t show only the pretty parts. Vy felt hard to connect with, but people can be that way in life so in a way it made it even more relatable. I felt like the chapters were a bit short, so I was jolted out of the flow a little bit, but overall I enjoyed reading about this adventure. If steamy, spicy M/M and M/M/F scenes are your jam, this is most definitely the book for you! I can’t wait to pick up more books by A.R. Hadley.
I have read a few poly books in the past and though I enjoyed them they don’t hold a candle to this book.
There are some pretty hot moments, but it was also written well. There was something that drew me in and wouldn’t let me go.
Mike and Dane are a perfect match for one another, but they feel like they are missing an important piece. That’s were it gets complicated and interesting.
This book is not for the faint of heart, the intimate moments are described perfectly and I definitely got a visual due to the detail she provided.
Ms. Hadley is a new to me author but she has me wanting to read more by her in the future.

Fireflies (The Physical Collection) by A.R. Hadley. This is the first book I’ve read by this author and it was very erotic. Its a story of two men who are bisexual that live together and have been together for 7 years. Mike is 50 and Dane is 41 and they live in a backwoods town in Florida. Mike thinks they are just fine until Dane tells him he would like to add a woman to their relationship and maybe even have a family one day. Mike is ok with it but also a little wary. They have several one night stands with different women and then Mike brings Vanessa into the situation. Mike knows Vanessa thru work and he thinks she would be a great new partner. The only problem is Dane has met a woman named Vylana at a bar a while back and he can’t get her off his mind. He is almost obsessed with her. The big problem is he hasn’t really had much interaction with Vylana and she lives out of state. Not sure how that is going to work out. There are other problems that pop up thru the search for the perfect woman. This story is a hot and steamy take a cold shower type of read that you won’t soon forget!
This was an interesting dystopian read! I really enjoyed the characters and the way the author wrote them. This story takes place in the past and the present following different characters’ points of view. Juliana was definitely my favorite character. I admire her strength and desire to do what’s right. I like the plot of this dystopian world and am looking forward to where the author takes us in book 2. I also enjoyed how in depth the book was without being overwhelming. It is definitely a fine line to accomplish that in a story. Definitely worth the read!!!

Ranger Marco, a raccoon, decides to help out a family of deer. He takes them on a people safari! The fawn learns a lot, especially when they’re on their own for a bit in the town. They give Marco a lot of questions which he tries to answer scientifically. It’s such a cute story with lessons, theories, and more. My toddler enjoyed listening and looking at the great pictures.
I was very impressed with this book. I was actually very intrigued with the whole thing. It was so well written that reading about the circus and the training you really feel like you’re sitting there watching it unfold before your eyes. It was so detailed that I almost forgot I was reading it. the love and chemistry that happens between the two main characters Cassandra and chandler made me feel like I was involved in something that I wasn’t supposed to know about. It kept me wanting to read more, I really couldn’t put it down. I felt like I couldn’t read it fast enough to find out what was going to happen next. I usually don’t grab romance reads but this book had me on an emotional journey, it was a little slow but the action, love scenes were well worth it.

The chemistry between these two is electric. I loved the way the characters from the previous books made their appearance but Nathan and Cat are more than enough to make this book a keeper.

This book was an amazing read. Morgana did an excellent job of developing the characters and the story.
This book follows Cat and Nathan. Cat is a determined associate attorney looking to make a step up in her career at her current job. Nathan is a famous actor working on a new business venture.

What happens when that opportunity brings her face-to-face with one of the most charismatic men she has ever met? Nathan is used to women throwing themselves at his feet and trying to stroke his ego. Cat is used to not letting men into her world at all.
