Very cute and quick read! But my favorite thing of this whole book is the wonderful illustrations!

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

As my first read by this author, i went open minded and was pleasantly surprised by the end.
This started off a little slow for me but again, have to set the story up so i kept on and so glad I did as I couldnt stop reading.
While I could sense some things coming I was still curious on the how and why.
Will be reading more by this author

I enjoyed this book of second chance romance. It had a bit of everything, surprise run in, rekindled feelings, jealous outsider and even a helpless animal.
I enjoyed these two and found myself rooting them on. This was a quick read for me and I will be reading more, i hope we see more of them or even the friend of our main character in this story.

This entire series is absolutely a must read!
If you want an emotional roller coaster, with all the feels and more, this is the series for you.

I don’t think this author could write a book i didn’t like. From page 1 i am immersed in what will be a story that takes me on a journey. Each character feels like a friend and I find a little of myself in each one.

Saving Marvel (Satan’s Devils MC Second Generation #4) by Manda Mellett – Review by Lyndsey Fairley

Saving Marvel (Satan's Devils MC Second Generation Book 4)Saving Marvel by Manda Mellett
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

If you have never read a book by this author, what are you waiting for?!
This book has it all! Wonderful writing style that just keeps you engaged, characters you can relate to, and all the emotions you could ever want.

Marvel and Virginia meet in an unconventional way and for Marvel, he wants nothing to do with women at all but how things change.

I wont spoil this one bit as all books need to be experienced as you’re reading and not in someones opinion. But you won’t be disappointed.

What a fun engaging children’s book! I have 3 kids of my own; 5, 8, & 13 and the younger 2 loved this story while my older one while has a mind of a much younger child wasn’t interested in the story but LOVED the pictures!
This kept their attention and had them guessing right along with Caspian, the main character. I will be finding the others in this series now.

Class Clown (Ghost Girl Series) by Allan Evans – Review by Lyndsey Fairley

Class ClownClass Clown by Allan Evans
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I must first start this off by saying if you are not a fan of clowns proceed with caution on this one.
While I want to jump right in with my review of the story I HAVE to say i LOVED the 80’s music choices in this book!

Ok to the book, I had no idea Abbey has a book before this and it did not take away anything in this book so it isnt needed to read and appreciate this story.
Whats worse than clowns, ghost clowns and now her friends are disappearing and they may be to blame.
Oh I forgot to mention, abbey can see and talk to ghosts!
I cant Just pinpoint one favorite thing of this book it needed each part to make it the great story it is. Highly recommend.

I love this author and all her books, and with this its no different.
Here we are in book 5 of this series, while able to be read as a standalone, I would start from book 1, as you’ll want to know all of it anyways!
This one did not let me down and I really love this group of takes no crap women and the men who love them fiercely. I cannot wait for the rest of this series!

As with any new to me author i go in with an open mind and jump right in. I really loved this story even if it took a bit for me to get immersed into it (i blame my rambunctious children for this).

This was a well told story that really had me wanting to know more and more and then just feeling all of it, every single word.

I am now going to be finding the rest of this authors work and reading everything.

Aa the third book in this series I would suggest starting with book 1, so you can get a feel for this pack, the characters and overall feel for the series.
I love this series so much! And I feel I have waited ages for this one and I was not disappointed at all!
These two were great to read about and I just felt so drawn to the both of them.
Has some surprises on your journey through this read and I cannot recommend this author enough!

This is my first read by this author and it will not be my last. If the rest of the series is anything like this one, I will enjoy reading them all.
I really loved this authors writing style. It had me engaged and i could just picture each and every scene in my head as I was reading. And the characters in this, i loved them and the story was so realistic and not blown out of proportion, I could see this happening for anyone.

Great read and look forward to the rest of the series.

I really enjoyed the idea of this book, and me being greedy wanted more! It was a very quick read for me and I did like it i just didnt feel super connected to the characters as it was fast paced.
With a reputation around the hospital and not trying to tamp the rumor mill down Dr. D isnt what everyone thinks he is.
Emily is a sweet hospital worker going to school to reach her goal.
A chance meeting after hearing rumors and sparks fly with some oops along the way.
I just wanted more!

I am not a sports fan but give me a book about sports romances and i am all for it. And i love the hockey ones the most so this was right up my alley.
Levi and Brynn were so great to read about and their chemistry was off the charts and enough to melt the ice.
I have found a new to me author who I will now be binge reading everything they have written.
Cannot wait for the next book!

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This is my first read by this author and I enjoyed this alot.
Was pretty fast paced, coming in at just under 200 pages so made for a quick read as well. Was a really great story but i felt I wanted more in some places but thats me being greedy. I liked these two alot but felt Theo was a little too much at times but again a quick read so I understood a little bit as to why.

I cant wait to read more in this series!

A Hundred Wishes (Band of Sisters) by Marianne Rice – Review by Lyndsey Fairley

A Hundred Wishes (Band of Sisters)A Hundred Wishes by Marianne Rice
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I love when a female lead can hold her own and not be meek and not speak her mind. Thats what I really loved about Gina. She wasnt afraid to speak her mind when needed to call someone out on things and she had me laughing with her interaction with Bryce.

These two had the chemistry to burn the pages but they really had their work cut our for them with needed to be open with each other.

This author took a very sensitive topic and made it empowering to read about. I cried with our couple as they overcame these hardships and hurdles as they went through them.
And now i will wait for the next in the series as Gina’s group of sisters dropped a hige bombshell at the end and curious minds need to know!

Second chance romances have a special place in my heart and this one hit that for me. While suspenseful it was also packed with everything else you could want or need.

Being on the run for 4 years only to find you’ve been found is where our leading lady finds herself. When push comes to shove decisions are made to keep everything going how it needs to be for everyone. I really do love this series and cannot wait for the next one.

These are getting better and better with each book. I am so invested in this series as this author just never disappoints.

I loved this book, the friends to lovers tropes are my go to reads and add in mafia and i am sold!

While you could read this as a standalone, I would feel you would also want the back story on the others and the events that have taken place already.

Must read!

This is the second book in this series but follows a different couple than book 1.

These 2, I loved reading about them. They really kept me hanging on every word I was reading. And then I had actual tears flowing down my face as i just felt their pain and loss.

This author did a really great job writing about a very hard topic and doing it justice.

I cannot wait to read more from this series.

This is the 5th book in this series and while you can read this on its own, you can appreciate it more if you read the other 4 books before this.

I really enjoyed this book, it kept me reading and attached to the characters I was reading about. Its not often you read a story about an already married couple who have a pretty strong relationship and how they work through the problems that come along and that i think is what really kept me enjoying this more and more.

This sure packs some drama and made the story fly by quickly.
Lydias boyfriend Cam is kidnapped in exchange for a ring he buried in the jungle. Lydia must team up with her ex to find it save Cam. I was drawn in and curious how this story was going to play out. The twists and turns weren’t expected and kept this entertaining. But i will say I didnt care for the ending but thats just me.

States of GraceStates of Grace by Mandy Miller
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I absolutely love mysteries and this one just kept me hooked from the start.
Grace is our main character and we slowly get her story throughout the book as needed. This picks up with a bang, pun intended, and really doesnt let up from there.
I am usually pretty good and figuring out “the bad guy” but was proven wrong here.
I will for sure be reading more from this author if this is anything to go by for the future.
