My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Cowboy Claimed is a fun accomplilation of quick reads! With this box set you will get action, suspense, second chances, medling mothers, tragedy, romance, and so much more!! What I liked the most was that every book took place in a small town USA where everyone knows everyone and the Sherriff is the kind of guy that goes above and beyond the call of duty. I loved all the main characters, and am excited to look up each author, since all 5 are new to me and discover what else they’ve written. The language is appropriate for all lovers of romance! 4 stars and definitely recommend!

Only This Tuesday is a Copper Mills Novella by Melissa Keir. I had never read any of this author’s work previously and was very impressed by this novella.
Often in novella’s there’s just not enough time to fully develop the characters but Melissa Keir did a fantastic job in creating some amazing characters, from the 2 main characters Tuesday and Blake, to the adorable secondary character Gil.
Tuesday is a wonderful, caring woman who is starting a new life in a new area, running a food truck called Tuesday’s Tacos. She has a very inclusive attitude and offers Gil, who has learning difficulties a job.
Blake is the local mayor who loves the local community and will do everything to help the area prosper.
When a complaint I made about Tuesday hiring Gil, Blake steps in to sort out the friction. There is an instant attraction between Tuesday and Blake. The chemistry between them is sizzling.
I really loved this story and devoured it in a few hours. My only disappointment is that this book is a 120 page novella. I could have read more and more about these fascinating characters.

This was a sweet read. There was heat, but it was also a fast-paced love story. Tuesday (cute name) runs a taco truck and has a huge heart, but her good deeds get twisted by Blake’s malicious ex. I appreciate how close knit the town is and the feel of it all. I love their connection and their meet cute story. I read this in one sitting and I’d read more about couples in this town for sure.

I love reading Anthologies, and Cowboy: Claimed was definitely not an exception. My favorite thing is the fact that you get multiple little short stories that warm your heart. I loved experiencing this particular anthology, because of the fact that it’s about cowboys – I mean, what girl doesn’t love cowboys?!! Anyway, I loved experiencing every individual author and their writing style! This was a definite 4 Star!

This box set was a lot of fun. Each author brought something different to their stories. They were all short reads. I didn’t really like one over the other. I think that all the characters were well developed for the length of the stories. One story even had a little mystery in it lol. I did enjoy imagining the southern accents. In Snow Birds Springs by Cheryl Gorman the author shows us the power our minds and heart hold. The character suffers a great loss but gains a cowboy in return. I liked that the stories gave you a taste but pulled back to make you want more. Plus who doesn’t want a cowboy?

Cowboy: Claimed is a collection of stories by various authors all with the theme of cowboys running through them.

The box set consists of six books following various heroines and Hero’s with each having a unique writing style and different feel to each story. I was not sure what this anthology would be like as I have not read any of the authors included, but I love each story.

My favourite story out of the collection was:-
Cowboy kind of Forgiveness by Becca Turner.
The story involves the lives of Everly and Swift and the tragic circumstances which have thrown them together. Everly is grieving the loss of her twin brother and blames Swift as he was there to witness the accident. Swift blames himself and can’t get that night out of his head. What happens when tragedy bringing two people together. You will have to read to find out.
I loved they was this book was written and with the fast pace of the story it was a brilliant short story.

All these stories are well written and easy to read although the whole set is over 600 pages long each stories covers about 100 pages so yo can fly through them easily. This is a great chance to also sample authors you have not read before and believe me I will be downloading books from these authors so I can read more wonderful stories from them.

Only This Tuesday: A Copper Mills Novella by Melissa Keir is a sweet small town romance with instant love and new beginnings. It is my first encounter with the writer and I know now that when I am looking for something sweet, she is someone to look up. I wonder if there will be more stories from Copper Mills…
Only This Tuesday is filled with quirky characters that you so easily can fall in love with. This story also has a food truck and in my book, any book that has some food related story line in it, it is a hit! Add to the taco mix a hot small-town mayor with a bitchy ex and a past with thieving boyfriend and a bankrupt restaurant and what do you get? A great read!
I loved how the writer included also the very sensitive subject matter of disability and suicide and prejudice, I also admire how she addressed those topics, the care, the kindness, the underlying message of deep respect!

Cowboy Claimed was a good 4 star read, this is a boxed set of six stories.

I was pulled right in by each of these authors, they all had great characters and storylines. Each author brought something different to the book. A few of the authors are new to me and I can’t wait to read more from them.

Rescue Love – Melissa Keir
Snow Bird Springs:TROY – Cheryl Gorman
Upstaging The Cowboy – Leslie P. Garcia
Cowboy Kind of Forgiveness – Becca Turner
Reverence – Lyssa Layne
Cowboy Proud – D’Ann Lindum

There is a great mix of hot alphas, action, twists, romance, suspense, and so much more. All of the secondary characters were great. It’s been awhile since I have read this genre, and I didn’t realize what I was missing. If you’re looking for a great mix of authors with some great reads than this would be a book you would enjoy.

Cowboy: Claimed is a boxset by various authors and I will tell you that this boxset was hot, steamy, edgy, funny, sad, heart melty, heart breaking and just downright, awesome.

Oh boy, where do I start. This collection of hot cowboys will get you all hot and bothered in the right places. I have to tell you that this set has six different stories. They aren’t overly long, as this whole set only comes in at 659 pages. In regards to that, and with the stories just over 100 pages each, this was a pretty fast read for me. With that quick pace, and easy writing I was quickly absorbed into not one, but all these steamy reads.

I want to tell you I have a fav, but, every story has a great flow, details were on point and the characters were well developed and fun. Each story has its own voice and tone. Sure they all have the cowboys and the love plots in common, but each author has their own way of deliverance. Making you able to fully separate one story from the next, thus making you able to fully enjoy each story, without feeling like you’ve been reading the same thing over and over.

Overall this boxset was outstanding and I’m going to be looking into each author to see what else they have to offer. So please take my super high recommendation and my stamp of approval that you will get lost in this cowboy world. (I want that to be a thing…..just saying)

Happy Reading

5 of the 6 authors in this anthology are brand new to me and that’s something I always love about anthologies, I get to experience new authors.

I love a good cowboy book and getting 6 was awesome. As a collection each one had their own unique storyline and although I do have a couple favorites I sincerely enjoyed all of them. A bit predictable all the way through but each story was enjoyable and I also loved that the entire anthology was under 500 pages which made it easier to read in just over a day.

I highly recommend getting comfortable and settling in for these stories, I’ll guarantee there is something for everyone in this collection.

Loved it!!

Only This Tuesday: A Copper Mills Novella by Melissa Keir. This makes a few books I’ve read by Melissa Keir and I really like her writing. This is a really good romance. Its about Tuesday Benson who owns a Food Truck called Tuesday’s Tacos and Mayor Blake Rodgers. Cooper Mills is the town they live in and its an up and coming tourist town. Tuesday’s business adventure has some people up in arms and Blake is not sure what to do. As soon as he meets Tuesday he can’t get her out of his mind but throw in a mean reporter who is trying to take Tuesday down for more than one reason and it’s a big fat mess. Is Tuesday worth all the gossip and will him approving her Food Truck cost him the election? This is a small town romance with gossip, rumors and politics. Such a fun read.

Cowboy: Claimed by Melissa Keir (Author), Cheryl Gorman (Author), Leslie P. Garcia (Author), Becca Turner (Author), Lyssa Layne (Author), D’Ann Lindun (Author). I loved this box set. All of the stories were so good. One of my favorites was Snow Bird Springs: Troy by Cheryl Gorman. Its the story of Alex Kent, a famous artist out of Chicago who has recently suffered a horrible tragedy. She moves to Snow Bird Springs Colorado to try to get her “mojo” back, since the tragedy she hasn’t painted anything. She meets Troy Slade shortly upon arriving and they hit if off instantly. Will Snow Bird Springs help her trust again or will she go back to Chicago still lost and hurting. Also Upstaging The Cowboy by Leslie P. Garcia was a sweet read. It’s the story of Stone Winters, a Marine who comes home and Price Adams, a film star. When the two meet they don’t think they can trust one another. Risking hurt is not what either of them signed up for. This is a Set full of sweet, Cowboy stories. I read them all and loved them all.

This was my first read by this author and I really enjoyed it. It was quick moving and had just enough of everything to keep me hooked throughout the whole story. I enjoyed the uniqueness of the storyline and the characters were written perfectly. I loved the subject matter and how that was handled. That part felt very real and it made me love Tuesday from the start. I wanted to throw my kindle a couple times and crawl through it and slap some people but again that’s just how it is and you just aren’t going to change people’s minds no matter what you do.

I loved the food truck, that was an awesome addition and the interaction between Tuesday and Blake.

Sweet cowboy! Here is a boxed set of 6 different cowboy stories! Some delicious, some simply sweet. A cowboy story for everyone. My favorite two are Rescue Love by Melissa Keir and Reverence: Heart of the South Novella by Lyssa Layne.

Rescue Love is about two types of rescues, one the rescue of puppies and the other the rescue of people. This story includes a crazy ex fiancé, a little danger, and some super cute main characters. Quick read leaving me with a warm and fuzzy feeling.

Reverence is about Dax and Stella. Each are at a low point in life. Each needing a hero of their own. This story left me wanting to read much, much more about Dax and Stella and their individual families.

The other stories include Snow Bird Springs: Troy by Cheryl Gorman; Upstaging the Cowboy by Leslie P Garcia; Cowboy Kind of Forgiveness by Becca Turner; Reverence: Heart of the South Novella by Lyssa Layne; and Cowboy Proud by D’Ann Lindun.

These stories are easy to read, meaning page after page each story kept me entertained and wondering what could happen next. Each of the six authors in this boxed set is new to me and I look forward to reading more from each one of them.

Holy cow! This was just what the doctor ordered! (Literally I needed a good evening read to get out of my head.) I have only read a small novella in an anthology by Melissa Kier before, which I enjoyed, but I am more and more falling in love with her writing. She really knows how to weave a story with grace and heart in one well written compact package. This novella is under 120 pages, and I felt like I got a 300 page story. I truly enjoyed my time with Tuesday in Copper Mills.

Tuesday has set up her new food truck, Tuesday’s Tacos, and a new life in Copper Mills. She recently lost her mother, her business, and had a brutal breakup. Everything was going so well with business that she needed to hire another set of hands. Little did she know how much crud that was going to cause when she hired the boy she hired… Will it destroy everything she just rebuilt?

Blake Rodgers, the mayor of Copper Mills is another of our MC’s He does all he can for the people of Copper Mills. One trip to the grocery store finds him in the path of Tuesday and in an insta-kinda love. But of course there is always a catch somewhere in the happiness… His crazy ex has other plans in mind, and things start to get really ugly.

I adored this story for so many reasons. I could go on and on, but I feel like I would give too much away. For more you will just have to pick up this gem and read for yourself what happens for these two. I must now go and find some more goodies from Melissa Keir!

Only this Tuesday was a great 5 star read.

I was pulled right in from the beginning with the kindness that Tuesday was showing towards Gil, a young man that would visit her food truck daily. I knew I was going to love the rest of the story as well.

Blake is the Mayor of Copper Mills and loves the small town feel and spending time around town. When Blake and Tuesday literally run into each other at the grocery store, she is pulled in by his blue eyes and white teeth. I had a LOL moment during this scene.

I wonder if fate had her crashing into me for my own good. Maybe to tell me I’d been fishing in the wrong lake. – Blake

While out for a walk and some lunch, Blake finds himself at Tuesday’s food truck. He was pleasantly surprised to see her. They start dating and learning more about each other.
When Blake’s ex tries to cause some issues for Tuesday, things start to get very interesting.

Can Blake and Tuesday make things work and have a HEA? Will Blake’s ex get what’s coming to her?

Overall I really enjoyed this read, there are some sad teary eyed moments as you learn more about Tuesday and her family. And the more I learned about Gil’s history the more it tugged at my heart. What this poor boy went through after he was born just broke me, sadly this is a very real problem. Having someone like Tuesday in his life was a blessing, she was so good with him. The secondary characters added a great element to the story, I have to say I very much disliked Blake’s ex fiance Judith. This is my first read from Melissa Keir and I loved it, I look forward to reading more from her.

Only this Tuesday: A Copper Mills Novella by Melissa Keir is a wonderful small-town romance with an insta-love and new-beginnings aspect to it. There is also some drama, fun, and spice that made this quite an engaging read. From the sexy cover, interesting and quirky characters, and sweet story- this book ticks all the boxes and has everything you would want to have in a great read. Ms. Keir has an easy, inviting and sexy style that pulls you in, and will easily able to hold your attention, the whole way through.
Tuesday Benson moved to Copper Mills hoping for a fresh start after losing her mother, her business, and discovering her boyfriend’s ultimate betrayal. She now runs her own food truck, Tuesday’s Tacos, which is proving to be quite popular with both tourists and locals alike. With business getting busier, she decides to hire a local boy to assist her in the kitchen. Little did she expect that this would bring intense media scrutiny and hateful attention, which will threaten everything she’s worked so hard for.
Blake Rodgers is the charismatic and easy-going Mayor of Copper Mills. He works hard to promote his town and do the best for all the residents. He loves the simple pleasure of life and hasn’t got a pretentious bone in his body. But when a trip to the grocery store throws him in the path of a gorgeous, outgoing woman- he’s charmed and can’t stop thinking about her. And just when things seem to be progressing between them, his self-centred and spiteful ex begins a hateful campaign that has the potential to not only ruin their blossoming romance, but also jeopardises his job. Will they find a way to put a stop to her smear campaign? Will their fledgling romance be strong enough to endure the attacks, or will it become a casualty too? Will the witch get her comeuppance? What will the future hold for these two? All these answers can be found between the cover of this delightful story.
This book contains a sweet romance, great chemistry, and some fun banter. The author also includes some more delicate subject matter, such as people with special needs/disabilities, suicide, and prejudice- but she does so in an honest and caring way. I loved the underlying message that the story contained, and I really wish that everyone had the same respect for people with special needs or disabilities, as Tuesday shows in this story.
I can’t wait to pick up my next read by Ms. Keir- I know I will be in good hands!

Thank you, Ms Keir!

Melissa Keir’s Only This Tuesday: A Copper Mills Novella may be a short story, but it shares a beautifully written romance that brews and cannot be denied. The lead characters both had lessons they learned in their lives and knew what they were and were not willing to settle for in their lives despite what may be laid in their paths. I found how the author laid out several themes in the story were well done. I would love to have seen this written as a longer story, but I enjoyed what was provided.
