This series just continues to get better and better with each book I read. I am totally hooked on this creative storyline that is weaving its way through all the books…Don’t get me wrong if you haven’t read the previous books you can still read this book and thoroughly enjoy it BUT if you read the entire series your enjoyment and understanding of the storyline as it unfurls will definitely be greatly enhanced. This very talented author so vividly creates the world and lives of the masters that you can so easily see in your minds eye the world around them and feel as though you are right there with them. I can’t wait for more!!!

This is the 5th book in a fantastic vampire romance series that I’m loving more and more as each book comes out. I read a lot of romance but not a lot of paranormal romance but this series has really gripped me, not just with the romance but the storyline that is running alongside. Each book can technically be read as a standalone but there is a continuing story running through the series. In this book we are getting the story of Master Catteneo who has been given the job of finding Overmaster Descallia’s mate Lucianna. In carrying out this role he comes in contact with psychic Alessia who is determined to help him. I really enjoyed reading Catteneo and Alessia’s story. This is definitely a story where true love does not run smoothly, There are so many bumps along the road for this pair which makes for very entertaining reading. I love that we get to see the couples from previous books as it’s like meeting up with old friends and seeing what they have been up to since you last saw them. This is a great series and I really loved this book.

Oh my goodness, this has to be my favorite of the series so far. Master Catteneo and Alessia have a fated romance. He’s a Master Vampire and she’s a gypsy psychic. This story brings basically everyone back together as they look for Lucianna, who’s been taken by the evil ones working with Isala. The drama is outstanding in this installment. I love the ladies of the Masters. Alessia is just trying to fit in and here comes Embry jumping to conclusions. The adventure, romance, and suspense will draw you in and keep you there. I finished this book in 24 hours. Every minute I had, I was reading. I could not put this book down, I had to know what was going to happen. There are a couple of subplots going on by the author does such a great job of being able to take these and it all comes back together and ties in so well. The characters feel like they are people you might know. Yeah, they are supers, but they have human characteristics. Ezra, Alessia’s gramma, is awesome. I would love to see her have a story (could just be due to I’m a senior citizen also, lol). Fantastic book & series. I’ll be eagerly awaiting Master Calabria.

Master Catteneo is not used to being contradicted or challenged when he tells someone to do something. However, from his first meeting with Alessia, he finds himself constantly in that position. Having inherited her grandmother’s power, she finds that she will also do anything to protect the vampires. Catteneo and Alessia are forced to work together to find the Overmaster’s mate that has been kidnapped. The closer they work together, the more they find themselves drawn to each other, and eventually, entangled together. Can they complete their task before it’s too late? Will they be able to overcome the humanity of Alessia and find a way to be together?
This is a continuation of the series Masters of the Consulate. This was a quick read. It drew me in from the beginning and was fast paced through to the end. Alessia is a girl who knows her mind and doesn’t have a problem fighting for what she sees as right. She lets her heart lead her, and she fits right in with the rest of the characters in their loyalties to each other. I would have liked to have read more interactions between her and the other ladies, as well as so more in-depth backstory for Catteneo. The story continues to become more involved, and I look forward to reading more!

The Hunter (The Freemasons Book 2) by Nicole Flockton. I love this author so it was no surprise I loved this book. Its a enemies to lovers read and its book 2 in the Freemasons series but can be read as a standalone. Its the story of Dominic who is a member of the Freemasons and he is determined to protect the brotherhood whatever it takes. Gemma is a journalist and she is a journalist who is tried of doing little stories she wants a big one. When her father dies of strange circumstances she is on a mission to find out the truth behind it. Her father happened to be a member of the Freemasons and she thinks his death has something to do with the club. When she starts to investigate the Freemasons she meets Dominic and sparks fly between them. He wants to protect the club and if he has to fake a relationship with Gemma he will. Will he let feelings get in the way of the club? Will Gemma find out what happened to her dad? Read this awesome book to find out!

This is the 5th book in the Masters of the Consulate series and wow these books keep getting better and better. They ate full of danger, action, paranormal creatures and happenings and a unexpected mate which ties the story all together. In this story we are with the Master Vampire of Itay Catteneo. When Overmaster Descallia’s mate gets kidnapped her last know location was Itay so Catteneo is tasked to find her so she can be rescued. When he goes to speak to a women with the the gift of sight all he wanted was to find Descallia’s mate, what he doesn’t realise is that he will find his own mate in the process.
Alessia is sent with Catteneo to help find Descallia’s mate. She had her grandmother’s gift of sight and as much as she and Catteneo try to deny it the attraction between them is instant. But neither wants to give in. Alessia is focuses and determined to help the vampires find the missing women whether they want her help or not.
I love Alessia. She is a strong and determined woman who won’t back down to anyone. She is a very skilled at what she does and as the vampires will learn she will be very useful to them. But what no one could expect is the growing relationship between her and Catteneo. At first the hatred is so strong but as they work together and get to know each other you feel that starting to change. But can she really be his true mate? Or is it just lust and attraction messing with their brains? And will they be able to save Descallia’s mate before the evil that took her destroys her and starts and complete war between all paranormal sectors?

Been a loyal fan of this series, and this author since book 1, and I swear the books keep getting better and better. With steam, character depth, and action and danger! I especially loved this book!
This one had great character depth that was happening with vampires, humans, and a event that happened in a previous book! This one really pulled me in. The danger, and the threat at large was one of their own, a mate of one of the overmasters. I loved reading about Alyssa and Master Catteneo! They worked well as a team, and had heat you could not ignore! Loved their developments as well! Loved this installment!
Could not put this one down seriously! Such a freaking good read. I suggest reading from book 1 to get the full story and enjoyment of the story and characters. Highly recommend this must read book and series!

Oh. My. Goddess. This was such a heartwarming and sweet story of these two. I’m usually pretty skeptical when it comes to books about shifters but I’m so glad I took a chance on Wednesday and Ryker because I can see this being a book I could read again and again.
There’s a hint of steamy here and there, but it doesn’t equal the entire story. The characters are great and I am 100% going to need a book about Gomez and the new friend even if they aren’t the same book! I’m looking forward to reading more from this author because Paris in Springtime clearly knows it’s romance.

Okay, I cannot get enough of Wednesday’s name. First of all. Secondly, who could resist the cutest little love story with paranormal/supernatural aspects, best friend and soul mate vibes galore. Right away, you get the impression that this is going to have a happy ending, despite some of the main character’s best efforts to ensure that they break it off. I also didn’t realize it was not the first installment in this series, and will be sure to go back and read more of this authors work.
I’m always looking for something with a touch of something different, and this author definitely added some spice and suspense into the mix. Just Wow. This is the 3rd installment in the Freemason series. I am always captivated when it comes to a good military story, even when it may not be the main plot. I absolutely love Jude and Sienna’s story. The attraction they have for one another is strong. When Sienna reveals when they truly first met, Jude is taken aback. He realizes that they have more in common than he originally thought. The way their story unfolds is just amazing. I love that the author shows us how strong Sienna is all while showing her vulnerability as well. Jude is not just a protector but the things that are revealed even has me swooning about how much of a good man he is. I am looking forward to the next installment as I feel in each book you are given a glimpse as to what’s to come.

This is the third book in this wonderful series, and I cannot get enough! The way that these books are written had me on the edge of my seat and I had to know what was going to happen! I was wishing I had an off day so I could spend the day curled up finishing this series. This book centered around Jude, who has been on the hunt for his sister who was taken years ago by this bad organization of people and Sienna who has military experience and helps run the home for saved children. When she suggests that she go undercover to find his sister Jude is at a loss. This book had me in the feels and biting my teeth. You need to read this book because it was just IMMACULATE!!

Queen’s Destiny was the 1st book I’ve read from this author. She did an awesome job. I love supernatural stories. I love supernatural love stories even more. Queen’s Destiny was a great read. It’s a long story with a lot of back and forth between many different time periods. You’ve really gotta pay attention or you could get lost but it’s definitely worth reading. I am definitely looking forward to the next book in the series.

This is my first read by Barb Jones so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Queen’s Destiny sort of took me by surprise. I really liked the idea of the book but felt like some of the elements were rushed, while others were unnecessarily drawn out. I did like how the story alternated between time periods but found myself lost at times because of it. I love all the paranormal aspects of the story including vampires, werewolves, and witches, but I found myself getting lost in all the different characters. Overall, this was a very well written story with wonderful ideas and great world building. However, I still felt like something was missing; almost like a lost connection somewhere along the way. I do feel that this series could have a lot of potential and cannot wait to read the next book.

I was blown away by the first book in the Blood Prophecy series, and I can’t wait to see where it goes. It is a very in-depth story with many characters which kept me on my toes. The flow of the book pulled me out of the storyline now and then, but that is just personal preference. This was still an amazing start to the series!
Amber and Chloe both work at museums and become friends quickly over odd dreams, but nothing could prepare them for a prophecy dragging them into a battle they’ll never forget. You’ll love this book especially if you’re into paranormal romance with tons of suspense and drama! You don’t want to miss out on Queen’s Destiny, pick it up and get lost in this wonderfully twisted world.

This book jumps right into the story! This story is really fast paced and keeps you wanting more. It reads from different characters perspective and moves to different times to paint a picture of a great read! I really enjoyed this authors descriptive writing style. I really liked reading the different storylines especially Amber’s and Chole’s story and how they are connected. This was definitely a great read and start to the series!

Its the story of Amber who is a genius and has been getting job offers left and right. Loving ancient artifacts is her passion and that is where her heart leads her. She accepts a job in Seattle and is met at the airport by Chloe who knows Seattle like the back of her hand. She makes Amber feel right at home and its a nice feeling having an immediate friend. Working at the Seattle Museum of Natural History is a dream to her and once she settles in she starts having dreams about that are very disturbing. She has had these dreams her whole life but they are becoming more scary each time she has one. When she opens up to Chloe about them Chloe knows all about them. When Chloe and Amber meet two handsome men they have no idea that the 4 of them are in for the fight of their lives. Amber is a young woman, a certified genius in fact, who has just obtained her masters and has had job offers flooding, as well as other offers from other places where they want her to intern, but there is one job in Seattle which calls to her more than the others and this is the one which sent a skull along with some other interesting artefacts. Chloe is also a young woman who has a passion for ancient artefacts and has a certain skill for accurately cataloguing them and is rewarded for the prowess she has shown in the area, not many know that she is also a prodigy, but of a vastly different kind and that is what helps her so much with her job.
When Amber arrives in Seattle, she is met at the airport by Chloe and they hit it off immediately, it helps that Chloe knows the area well and is happy to help Amber settle in to her new city and new job, so once Amber is ready to head out to see her new workplace, they head to the Seattle Museum of Natural History where she gets the tour and a look at what she will be curating. One thing about Amber is that she has never slept well and has had strange dreams all of her life, but recently they have become more disturbing and one this is one thing which Chloe can help with, so when Amber opens up about them, Chloe decides to open up as well, about the other part of her life she keeps well hidden.

I was super excited to read this story. Witches, vampires, werewolves, prophecy…yes please! I liked how we learned about the past and the present, but it felt choppy. I had to really slow down with this. I also had to make sure I wasn’t going to be distracted while reading. Other than that, it was a really good book! I am interested in the next book as well.

If you are into paranormal this is a great book for you. There is a lot that goes on throughout the book. It hops around a bit in different time frames to give a full idea of what all has happened since the time of the prophecy to current. A good read if you are looking for a new series to start. If you love reading about witches, vampires, werewolves and prophecy’s this is your go to book. A great read especially during this Halloween season.

This is a sweet paranormal romance story told from 2 points of view (Ryder and Wednesday). Initially, I didn’t realise that this book was the 7th in the series, but it can be read as a standalone as I didn’t feel I missed any crucial information by not having read the previous books. There are hints at various points about other couples who may have been the focus of other books in the series, but this only makes me want the read their stories rather than detract from Ryder and Wednesday’s story. This was my first book by this author and I cannot wait to dive into the other books in the series!
The emotions felt by the characters resonated with me from my own experiences despite the main characters being a mage and a Panda shifter. As a result, the characters, their emotions and actions were truly believable, and I could see myself and my friends in them.
Even though paranormal romances are one of my favourite genres and I try to read all that I come across, this book pleasantly surprised me – not only by the inclusion of a Panda shifter as one of the main characters, but also the exclusion of the typical toxic controlling mate which are often portrayed in many of the works I’ve read. This paired with the strong female lead who is intelligent and not afraid to show it had me loving this book even more!
Honestly, the story had me smiling all the way through and although I’m sad that it ended, I feel closure as I’m not left with unanswered questions regarding their journey together.

I did enjoy this story once I was able to get into it. It has all the elements I love, Romance, Suspense and paranormal romance. The author does do an amazing job with creating the characters, giving them past story’s and connecting them all in a way that makes this story interesting. However the way the author introduces the characters and we get bits if the story from each one and the story moves forward and back in time did make this story confusing at first but once I got the hang of the characters it was enjoyable.
Amber’s life gets turned upside down when she comes to realise she is part of a prophecy and part of a war that has been going on for years. She is about to get her eyes open to a world she wasn’t aware existed and her part in that uniting all these paranormal species will be an interesting story to read as Amber try to figure out what and who she is meant to be. I am looking forward to reading on and learning more about the prophecy.

Queen’s Destiny is the first installment in the Blood Prophecy series. It follows Amber, who is taking a new job at a Seattle Museum. Chloe, her ner coworker/witch. As well as vampires and wolves. This Paranormal Romance has it all; wolves, vampires, magic, prophecy, fights, etc. It can be easy to get a little lost with the consistent time jumps going back to add information to each character’s background and while I wasn’t the biggest fan of that, I still found this fun to read.

Wow! This story blew me away right from the start and I wasn’t able to put it down until I had finished the entire book. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I started the book, but it definitely had so many elements placed in the story, but it didn’t feel overwhelming or rushed at all. I loved Sin and Rad’s relationship and how it progresses throughout the story. They both are willing to trust the other and we get to see the awesome things they accomplish when they work together. We have a steamy romance, nonstop action, intrigue, secrets, family drama, and fantasy all weaved together in a story that you won’t be able to put down! I love that this was book one and it did an amazing job of explaining the worlds and setting up future adventures for our characters. I am so excited to read the next book!
