This is the second book in Fallen Eagles MC series. Our main characters are Eagle and Winter. As a couple, they were great with the chemistry. They fit well together. Winter is often found in her own thoughts and takes on so much. I really loved her. Eagle is a protector. I really enjoyed reading their story. This was my favorite story so far in this series!

  1. Nite Fire: Flash Point by C. L. Schneider
    Stars: 4

This story is from Dahlia Nite’s perspective. Dahlia feels so much and is trying to protect humanity. She is strong and still finding her way in this world. I really liked her as a character! I feel that C.L. Schneider gave us a lot of information in this first book in the Nite Fire. Although I really enjoyed this story, I did feel that parts of it dragged for me, but luckily would pick up after a few pages. After reading this book, I cannot wait to see the next adventure of Dahlia!

This is the first book in the Fallen Eagles MC series. This book is Kit’s and Lee’s story. Honestly, I had a little trouble getting into this book at the beginning. However, the more that I read the more I liked it. Yes, this story has romance in it, but I loved the other things in this book more like the healing, acceptance, sisterly love, and the resilience of the characters. These are things that I loved about this book. After I was able to get pulled into this story, it was a fun and quick read that I did really enjoy!

This story is a sweet love story with a splash of redemption, healing, and humor. I enjoyed reading about Theo and Hadley. The characters have great chemistry and matched well! I love that this story is told from both characters point of view. I feel that I get a better grasp of the characters when the story is told from both point of view. I feel that Jamie Schlosser did a great job with writing about relationships that our characters have and how it affects our characters. This is what I really loved about this book, and I thought this made the whole story more than just a love story!

This is book three in the collide series. This story can be read as a standalone. We do meet the other characters from the previous books. This book is Alexa’s and Kent’s story. Alexa and Kent fall in love at first sight, but it is a battle to accept one’s feelings at times. Alexa is sweet and sassy with a huge heart. Kent is protective, loving, and funny even though it takes him to find himself. I love these characters interactions with each other. I also loved Abby and Vince. These are great characters, and I hope they get their own happily ever after! Kristina Beck created great characters and wonderful over all story!

This set of books include the following books: Courtship and Courage by Carrie Dalby, When Time Stood Still by Chelsi Arnold and J D Boudreaux, Hobbes House Noel by CJ. Peterson Talking in Code: A Christmas by E. A. Hale, and Safe Haven by Jolie St. Amant. As a whole group, this anthology was put together well. The individual stories were short and quick, but had sweet romances in each book. I very much enjoyed all of these stories, but I particularly enjoyed Safe Haven. If you looking for a set of quick stories to read in between all the wrapping, this is a great holiday romance set to read!!!!!!

  1. This was a wonderfully done second chance werewolf love story. This is the first book in the Powder River Pack series. I think that this is a very good start for a new series! The main characters, Derek and Annabelle, are not perfect, but this helps with being able to relate to these characters. They struggle with a very real issue, breakdown in communication. I feel that this story was a great read if you like second chance love stories with a werewolf twist.View all my reviews

This story is the fourth book on the Bayou Devils MC series. This story could be read alone, but we do get to see past characters in this book. This story is the love story of Quinn and Lucas. This was a very good story with great characters. Quinn is impossibly brave and fierce. Lucas is unwaveringly loyal and so sweet. They both know trauma, and it has shaped them to who they are as characters. With that said, this story may trigger some readers. I have loved the stories that A. M. Myers writes. A lot of her characters have overcame adversity, which makes you love them and want them to have the best romance. She excels at pulling you into the events of the story! This was a great story, which is part of a great series!

I absolutely loved this second chance romance. Billie and Leroy were a fun couple to read about.Their issues in communicating are completely relatable. I love that family means everything to both of these characters. They are willing to put them first. There is a host of great secondary characters that really support the story such as Billie’s parents (especially her dad) and Billie’s best friend, Lucy. I did feel that the ending was a bit rushed, and I wished it could’ve been longer. However, it is a great story that I really loved reading!!

This love found in unexpected places was a fun read. This story is about Mel and Lucas. Mel finds herself in a position of caring for her aunt’s house in Spain. However, the trip was an unexpected one and the job not exactly what she thought. Mel also doesn’t speak spanish. Lucas is sweet and quick to help out even without understanding. I definitely loved reading about them and the progress of their relationship. Allyson Abbott does a wonderful job with pulling her readers in and with character development. She writes great secondary characters as well.

This a very sweet Christmas love story that includes Disney theme. The two main characters are great. Sophie is a loving, caring aunt. She is willing to do anything for her niece even visit her least favorite place….Disney! Ray seems like the opposite of Sophie. They both are kind, living, and caring people, but Ray is much more laid back. He also LOVES Disney! They learn so much about each other and themselves. In this book, I loved Sophie’s niece, Ariel. She is a little ball of energy who is very perceptive.

This boxed set contains the first three books in the Romance in Rehoboth series, which are Fat Girl, The Flip, and Plot Twist. Each book is a standalone, but we do get to see our favorite couples throughout the series. The books are written from both the leading male and female point of view. I absolutely loved these stories/series. These books contain romance, humor, and very relatable characters. The characters, both male and female, struggle in some fashion. They are not perfect, but they are trying. I think that is one of the many reasons why I truly enjoyed these stories. Another reason is K.L. Montgomery’s humor, which shines through in the stories. I particularly loved everything that happened in The Flip!

This is a take on King Authur and his knights of the round table. This story is just the beginning of this series. I feel like it ended at a good place, but there are still a lot of unknowns that will be dealt with in following books. I loved Fionna! She is strong, fierce, and loyal. She deals with a lot of conflict in this book that are both internal and external. I did get a bit frustrated with her at a time for some of her choices, but she is still my favorite character out of the bunch! This story did s great job at grabbing my attention and entangling me so that I cannot wait to read what happens next!

This is the first story in the Small Town Brides series. I loved the beginning of this story. Things start out a little rocky for Ryan and Rebecca. Ryan is truly a gentleman who cares about others and willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. Rebecca’s heart is broken, but her loving, caring personality does shine through. I feel that this is a sweet love story between two good characters. I was pulled in immediately, and I was swept in until the end. I did feel that the second half of the book felt a bit rushed, but this didn’t hinder me from enjoying this story!

Karalyn and Dez had a great, lasting love, but are torn apart. Some stories may seem over, but really they are just on pause. This is the case for Karalyn and Dez. I love a good second chance love story, and this was a great second chance love story. I’m glad that I read it, and I think you won’t be disappointed if you give it a try!

Karalyn has a great personality that is both sweet and spicy. Dez is overall a great guy who is willing to learn from mistakes and is at a point where he is ready to fight for his love and family. I also really liked Quinn. This character has so much personality! I love that she is willing to be straight up and is hilarious in doing so! Michelle Sullivan is giving Quinn her own story, and I cannot wait!!

This story is filled to the brim of tragedy, despair, cruelty, and loneliness, but also with hope, love, kindness, and survival. This story follows Sandal after the electricity grid goes down and through the years. Sandal is actually older when the book begins, but we live the past through her memories. I found a lot of this book incredibly sad, but there was always hope and a will to survive that made it worth the read.
