Mountains Loved by Phoebe Alexander a five-star read that you will love. This is number three in the Mountains series and I would wholly recommend you read them in order as these first three novels all cover Sarah and James story and it’s a powerful story that needs to be consumed. James and Sarah have truly climbed mountains for their love, but mountains can be dangerous much like love, and you may climb up safely, but you don’t always make it down safely. This is a compelling drama and James and Sarah each tell their own story, its one that is difficult and honest but its also very real. Do not miss this story, you need to get this story and series in your life.

Ms. Alexander – dang it!!! My heart is in shreds in such a beautiful way after continuing this series. This book – amazing! I just don’t have the words. Out of the Shadows by Theresa Sederholt a fulfilling five-star read. Considering this is such a short read, my emotions feel like I have read a huge saga I can’t believe the author managed to fill so much emotional power in these few pages, it shows us what a talented author we have here. This is a powerful story about secrets, emotions and Dane. Get ready to read this story with tissues and something to comfort you, wine or chocolate and possibly an animal if you have one to hand to snuggle up to as they will help (and if you get desperate the are useful to wipe on). This will leave you with a great sense for other people and what they may face in life, it will open you up and leave you raw, but don’t despair as its so worth reading.

Moonlight Mirage: A Cook Island Romance a five-star dream of a read. I was so excited to see this author had a new series as I had been a huge fan of the Grey Ghost series, and I loved this one. It has the same fast pace, a story that doesn’t let up until the absolute last page, the characters that will keep you on your toes and will make you fall so deep in love with them. Nadia is such a complex character, she has secrets and knows will ruin her happiness, but sometimes you need to risk it. Cade he just made me smile with his fearlessness and determination. Do not miss this story, even if you haven’t read anything by this author again give it a go as you will love it.
Moonlit Mirage: A Cook Islands Romance is part of the Moonlit Destination Series by Amy McKinley. Amy McKinley out did herself once again. This is a short story that has romance and suspense around every turn of the page. This story is about Cade and Nadia. Their story is complicated by their past. Will Nadia overcome her past and not let it destroy her future? Will Cade be able to be Nadia? You will have to read this story to find out what happens.

I loved reading the story The Bar Next Door (Barflies Book 1) by Katia Rose. It is a romantic comedy that pulled me in, and I didn’t want to put it down until the final page. I loved reading about the characters of Monroe and Julien Valois. Monroe loves her job as a manager at a dive bar. She loves the customers and is trusted by her staff. She is hard-working, strong, and independent. Then a business sets to open next door that may bring an end to the bar and job she loves so much. Julien is ready to start his new business. He also believes that he can use the space next door better for his business, rather then the bar it is now. When Monroe and Julien meet there is a chemistry between them. They both don’t understand the pull that they have for one another. What will happen to the dive bar that Monroe is trying to save? The sparks fly in the room when Monroe and Julien are together. What does the future hold for them? Read this book to find out. This story had me smiling, laughing, and wondering what was going to happen next with Monroe and Julien. I grew to care about what happened to them and wanted them to find happiness. I also enjoyed the additional characters that are introduced and interact with the main characters. One of the characters is Monroe’s bestie and a favorite of mine to read about. Don’t miss out on a story that will hook you in from the beginning. The author does an amazing job writing a story that flows smoothly and in moments touches your heart. The romance will have the temperature in the room rising. Highly recommended reading.

This is a series I have loved from the beginning. If you havent read it yet, I highly suggest you do from the beginning to get the full effect of this series. These author’s write with heart and creativity like no other. In this story Detective Lindsey Boxer and her partners are on a case they need to solve before it blows up. I wont say to much so I don’t give anything away. This is full of page turning action and the twists and turns left me turning pages fast. I read this book in one sitting as it is that good. I highly recommend this book, you wont regret picking it up.

The story Summer Princess (Dark Fae Book 1) by Sloane Murphy is a paranormal/dark fantasy book. It is a story that had me hooked from the start and I found myself not wanting to put it down until I had finished the last page. It is a story that includes secrets, betrayal, and family ties. I enjoyed reading about the character of Emilia Daarke. She is a young woman who has fallen for the wrong person and finds herself being manipulated into a deadly game. Emilia is headstrong and independent. Will she be able to save the one that she loves? Cade Vasara is still in love with Emelia. He finds himself having to choose between his love for her and his duties. What does the future hold for Emilia and Cade? Read this book to find out. This story has some dark themes and very emotional moments. There are heartbreaking moments that left me angry with what was happening and also feeling for Emilia and what she is having to go through. There are twists and turns that I didn’t see coming and I was always wondering what was going to happen or be revealed next. This is a story that you don’t want to miss out on. Highly recommended reading.

This is my first book by this author and I enjoyed it. I will be looking for more from her. This is an enemies to lovers story that pulled me in right from the beginning and kept me turning pages to the last. The characters are strong, connectable that made you feel part of the story. Monroe is the manager at Monroes and has a big heart and then there is Julien who is steamy with a determination to push Monroe’s out of business. The problem becomes is they never expected to meet and feel an attraction to each other which ups the steaks a little bit. What will happen when reality hits for them? They have such great chemistry together, I found myself wanting them to find their HEA. I highly recommend reading their story to find out what happens.

I enjoyed this book. It is a dark fantasy story that has a lot happening but it kept me turning pages just to see what will happen next with the characters. This story is written in such a way that you can picture the vivid details of the story. This is a well developed story with creative characters that are strong and connectable. Emilia has fallen in love but the problem is she can’t have him. Her father has other plans for her that puts her in a game that if she loses, she could lose those she loves. Cade is torn between duty and the one person he has loved. This story is full of secrets, betrayal and love which made it really easy to read. I highly recommend reading this book to find out what happens with Emilia and Cade.
This is my first book by this author, I enjoyed it from beginning to end. It is a creative, well written story that has characters that made you feel part of the story. The characters are creative, engaging and connectable. The twists and turns they take you on left me turning pages fast just waiting to see what would happen next. A private investigator gets their first solo job which they thought would be just a regular paternity case until it proved otherwise. Things are turning upside down but just how crazy things will get you will just have to read this book to find out. I highly recommend this story, you won’t regret picking it up.

This is the book you can’t put down because once you start reading, you’re stuck in it and not mad about it. This is the type of book that could be turned into a Hallmark movie or a Lifetime movie. The infamous bar Monroe dishes out the best advice along with the best drinks. Taverne Toulouse is a strong woman who keeps the bar and the staff in check with an iron fist. Taverne and her staff are in for a whirlwind when a new business opens up next door. Julien Valois is getting ready to take his empire to the next level as he prepares to take everything in sight including the infamous Monroe bar. That is until he meets Ms. Toulouse who gives him a run for his money. This story is so beautifully written as we go on this ride with the characters. Another sweet story from this author. The story is very smooth and had me reading late i to the night. The characters are deep and lovable yet they have their flaws. The author delves nicely into the life of a rock star. How things are always great until they are not so great. But then we meet Danielle. She is a bright and shiny star on her own. It just takes a while before Ben realizes why he needs her to be around so much.
It’s nice to see a bit of the family from the previous stories. Touch base and see how they are doing. It’s funny how this family seems so perfect but once you really look at them your perception is changed.
This is the third book in the series. In this one I really felt the heaviness of the story. Addiction is a serious subject but some light hearted moments are always a nice reliever as well. There is a teaser for Carly’s book and I can’t wait to sink my teeth into this adventurous girls story.

This follows second youngest brother, Jake Saint- and I loved following along for the ride. He and Geri were so great together- and the clever way Ms. Jenkins wove her story certainly had me hook, line and sinker! Sublime!
All Night Long (Kiss the Bride Book 2) By: Cynthia Cooke A wonderful ‘fake fiancé’ romance, with lots of snow, a picturesque ski village, a loveable Saint Bernard, a snowy rescue, and plenty of fun- making this a memorable read. Beau hatches a plan to secure his future- he just needs a ‘fiancée’ to seal the deal- and he think Phoebe is just the right girl to pull it off. A funny, light-hearted, and engaging story. So much fun to read.
Never Lovers (The Rocklyns) By: Alicia Street A bit of a “Runaway Bride” vibe to this story- with a bit of a twist. Emotive and very romantic- true love always finds a way! A great little read!
The Player (Men of Warhawks Book 2) By: Jacquie Biggar This is about finding love unexpectedly. When a crazy, stalker ex gets Roy sidelined from his beloved NHL- the only way to get back in the game is to allow sexy PA, Patience Kennedy, to help. With her PR know-how she’ll have him back in the game in no time. Right? I really loved this story- and would have loved an even longer version of it, so I could really immerse myself in the story. I can always count on Ms. Biggar to deliver the goods!
Unexpected Packages (The Unexpected Series Book 1) By: Stacy Eaton After a parcel mix up brings Alex to Lexi’s doorstep- things are about to get interesting! This one snuck under my skin much more than I had anticipated. I loved how well this was written, and the wonderful ‘feel-good’ vibe that I got from the story. The characters were very endearing- and I would love to read more of their story

Serendipity Falls By: Patrice Wilton This is the first book in a new romantic comedy series- and if this story is anything to go by, the series is set to be great! What happens when a pastry chef and an Olympic Skier connect in the romantic, small town of Serendipity? You really should read this enjoyable story and find out for yourself! It’s well worth your time!
Out Of The Shadows was an emotional 5 star read. I was pulled in right from the beginning.
My heart broke right from the beginning with what Dane was going through. Dane is in an abusive relationship and things take a tragic twist and Dane and his son Brady’s lives are turned upside down. Dane was trying to protect his son but now that their secret is out things have changed.
Will Dane get out of his situation before it’s too late?
Overall I really enjoyed this read. My emotions were all over the place. This is a story that had the abuse victim as the husband in the marriage and it really makes you think and realize that this is a reality for some. This author has done a great job of pulling you in with her writing. All of the secondary characters were great. I had a few ugly cry moments as well. I will warn that there may be triggers for some. Gabby and Hunt fit the classic adage, love to hate you. Their hate relationship started with a bang and continued. It continues to escalate over the years and carries over to the people around them. There’s just something about Gabby that makes Hunt want to boss her around and be snippy. Gabby is strong-willed and won’t be anyone’s errand girl. They end up calling a truce which leads to figure out there is more than the hatred between them. Lust begins where the hate ends, leaving them wanting a night together. But will it be enough? Is either one of them giving their true authentic selves now?
This was a quick, steamy, and witty read that had me fanning my face! I loved the snark, the sex and the journey between them. It’s a fabulous read if you’re looking for a quickie!

King and Hunt by Brienne Dubh is an enemy to lovers story. This book is a novella so it’s a quick read but it’s steamy and so worth it!
Gabriella and Christian have always hated each other. They certainly aren’t afraid to let each other know just how deep the hate goes. They call a truce temporarily but don’t expect that the hate they’ve always had doesn’t come back as easily as they would have thought. What happens with their relationship if lines are crossed?
This was a quick read but definitely worth the read. These characters are great and you can feel how strongly they feel toward each other. I definitely recommend!

As a whole I enjoyed this series. The author brought some amazing characters to life through these pages. A lot of lessons were learned and lives changed. I found that the characters had great moments of growth and understanding. You could feel the characters emotions through the pages. I really think this is a series you could fall in love with. I’ve come to enjoy this authors work. The stories have that filling sensation. That you know you can read the last book and be satisfied. Your left feeling like their HEA was complete. The author has a great flow with words. I love the attention to detail as well. If you haven’t read anything from this author this is a great place to start.

King & Hunt by Brienne Dubh is an enemy to lovers novella. It’s a fast read that will seduce you from the start. 4 Star Black Cat Security by Katerina Ross is a short steamy fantasy story that once I got into I couldn’t put it down. I had high expectations for this book but it fell alittle short for me. I felt like some parts were rushed and wish it would have been a bit longer but other than that I truly did enjoy the story .This story is about Dragomir and the pretty witch he meets . He makes a living doing illegal boxing matches and he has a curse on him. He meets a witch one night who tells him she can change his life for the better. Can she really help him? I was so excited to be back with Sarah and James I’ve been missing them. They have chemistry that just jumps off the pages and their story pulls me in immediately. I feel a coming home feeling when I get to continue their story. Please read theses amazing books in order to fully understand and get their story. The characters and storyline are so well written I find myself forgetting time of day and realize I’ve read the day away. If I could give more than five stars I would but it’ll have to do. Black Cat Security by Katerina Ross. I definitely would have liked a bit more of a story. The idea and characters are great I just wanted more. It’s a bit on the rushed side which left me feeling somethings felt incomplete. That’s the only thing I wish was different, other than that it was a very enjoyable read. The characters are complex and unique. The storyline is interesting and engaging. I like the chemistry of the characters they work well together. I’m not in the mood often for a paranormal/ fantasy type but but I had no problem sinking into this short story. Four stars and highly recommended.

A KISS BENEATH A STRAWBERRY MOON (Daydreams & Dragonflies Rock ‘N Sweet Romance 3) by Tamara Ferguson. Once again this author draws me in immediately with an incredible storyline and characters I won’t forget. I’ve read quite a few books from this amazing author and each one is even better than the last. This one can definitely be read as a stand-alone without any confusion. It’s a sweet story that I couldn’t put down. The characters are complex and relatable, well thought out and even the smallest details are taken seriously. I love a story that make me forget I’m reading and while on the shorter side it did just that. The characters have a great chemistry and I enjoyed their stories so much. It’s well written and paced nicely never feeling rushed or lacking anything. Five stars all the way and highly recommended!

A collection of 12 Authors retelling of Red Riding Hood. I will list a couple of my favourite short story’s for this collection:
Ruby by Autumn Sand. Ruby is a writer and this story starts as she is dealt devastating news. We then jump forward a couple of years and things are still looking very bleak for Ruby. She’s asked to interview Count Edric Moreau of Paris, France, also know as The Wolf Of Europe, his reputation precedes him. Edric makes Ruby believe in herself again, something she’s not been able to do for a very long time. Mrs Sands wrote these two characters perfectly they draw you in and leaves you wanting more. I really enjoyed reading this story.
River Runs Red by Kay Elle Parker. Daughter of a Huntress. Offspring of a wolf. Armed with a red cape, a wicker basket, and a knife, River must make it through the wolf-riddled forest…but not everything is as it seems, and trusting the wrong people could get her into trouble. Having left her fathers pack 13 years ago, vowing never to return, River has to visit her dying paternal Grandmother. I read this story in no time at all, the pages just kept flowing I was gripped from the start and wish there was more to this story. Such a good read. Thank you.
Red Riding Hood (Down The Rabbit Hole) is an anthology by a selection of brilliant authors. They have written a collection of amazing stories, all different versions of a well known classic. This is the first time I have ever read a collection like this – effectively the same story told in multiple different ways. I honestly didn’t expect to like it at all, there are only so many times you can read the same story after-all. And yet each of these books were so unique that I enjoyed every single one of them. I had read most of these authors before but it was nice to discover a couple of new ones. I very much enjoyed this anthology and can’t wait to read more of their individual works.
This is a wonderful trilogy by an author who always intrigues me with her writing! I have read a few books by her now and I really enjoy her unique and creative writing style. She creates really interesting characters and I thoroughly enjoy everything I have read by her. This trilogy includes three wonderful stories; they are so full of emotion and feeling that I felt like I was right there with the characters. I really felt for Connor and the loss he went through in book 1 in the trilogy – Flowers in December – I really did feel like I was right there with him on his journey of self-discovery. In Coming Home (book 2) I was really looking forward to seeing how Connor was coping in the second instalment to Flowers in December – book 1 was very emotional following Connor and his grief over losing his mother and again his emotions flowed through this story but in a different way. This story was more about him making his peace with everything and moving on with his life. I loved seeing Mary-Ann back in his life and also some other secondary characters. We got snippets into a few of the other characters too which was nice. Although the story didn’t end up as I thought and maybe wanted I still enjoyed reading about Connor again. Second Chance (book 3) we get to see more from Connor and just how he is dealing with everything in his life. I love Connor and everything that he has been through. He is genuinely a lovely character and I definitely wouldn’t complain if I had a Connor in my life! This really is a wonderful trilogy and one that I highly recommend!

Rockin’ It Home: a Lawson Family Novel by Tracey Cramer-Kelly was an excellent read. I was addicted to Ben’s personality from the start. I loved Danielle as well but Ben was absolutely my favorite. This novel was out together well and organized. It had an easy flow to the storyline that made it difficult to put down. I loved the focus of being true to yourself, accepting your flaws, and the focus on faith in this romance. It was a wonderful book. I also had a soft spot for Ben’s precious little girl. Having read the other books connected to this series, it is easy to say that it can be read as a standalone. Also, out of the books written in this series, this one is my favorite. I highly recommend it.

Rockin’ It Home by Tracey Cramer-Kelly is a Lawson Family Novel. Although it is the third in the series it can easily be read as a stand-alone. This book does a great job of creating engaging characters. Danielle and Ben were so interesting to read about, each with their own back stories that add depth to the characters. The story was well written. It had everything you could want from a book of this genre. I easily found myself getting drawn into the words and the journey the characters go on. I always do enjoy work by this author and this book was no exception.
