As I’m looking for my next read, I see this book has second chance romance, rockstar angst, great characters, and reigniting attraction was what did it for me. The frontman for Rev, Jordan is finding success in his band after a year of being away. The tour manager for Rev’s upcoming tour and former flame of Jordan’s, Alexis notices the changes in Jordan and possibly reconsiders starting things up again. When fragile moments take hold and career aspirations take hold, will this make or break Alexis and Jordan? Very enjoyable read!

When We Fell Again: An angsty, second chance rockstar romance
Wow. This book grabbed me as soon as I started reading and did let me off the ride of emotions until I read the last word.
Jordan and Alexis have a lot of history together. They were a couple in college and once that ended they didn’t see each other for for five years. Until they were reunited unexpectedly, he the singer of Idol Rev, she the tour manager.
Jordan’s story is quite sad but also empowering. He has deal some pretty difficult things and fought to overcome them even with the memories flashing up at times.
Lex is successful and the one the company she works for depends on. Her life is different while having some parallels to Jordan.
I felt everything while reading. I throughly enjoyed this book and hope to see more by Ms. Archer and about the Idol Rev guys.

When We Fell Again is a standalone, second chance at romance novel. Jordan plays in a rock band, has some issues with jealousy in the female department, and has some nasty habits he must kick. Alexis, a tour manager, has little will to deal with the shenanigans causing the two of them to end their relationship. Fast forward a few years and the two have been reunited. When sparks begin to fly and a second chance at romance is presented, will Jordan prove to Alexis that he has changed his ways?
When We Fell Again was simple but full of angst and steamy moments. I am a sucker for a good love song and it’s even better if it’s sung by a hunk with a guitar. Jordan was totally that hunk and he stole my heart from the very beginning. His bad habits had me on edge the entire time fearing the worst for his character. All of the characters were lovable, relatable, and down to earth. I felt most of the excitement in this novel happened in the last few chapters and then the novel ended. I wish there would have been more “bulk” throughout. Despite my wish for more bulk, there truly was so much more to this novel than just a steamy love story. This was my first time reading a novel written by Julie Archer and she touched on tough topics with such ease. I would not hesitate to read another novel written by this author and I highly recommend this book to anyone who appreciates a good love story with great characters and a happy ever after!

Sometimes you need to grow up in order for a relationship to thrive. At least, that’s the case when it comes to Jordan and Lex. These exes find themselves inhabiting the same space when Lexi is asked to go on tour with the band that Jordan is the lead singer for. Their relationship in the past did not end well, but they are determined to be mature adults about having to work together. Quite quickly, the old feelings start to surface and their chemistry is hard to ignore. However, Jordan’s past comes back to haunt him and Lex has to decide whether to protect her heart and walk away, or hold on tight and hope the past is not going to repeat itself.
I really enjoyed Jordan and Lex’s characters. Jordan has found himself in some rough situations (sometimes due to his own making), and I feel like he really matured during this book. Their chemistry can be felt coming off of the pages. There were times that I wanted to knock some sense into both of them…but the story was a fun read that I enjoyed from beginning to end. Please note, there are some topics that are heavy…but they don’t take away from the story itself. Overall, a good story!

This author is quickly becoming one of my must read authors. I just recently found this author and I’ve been completely entranced so far. The stories have kept me on my toes and this one was another amazing story. The characters are so easy to connect with, they pull you into their world completely. I will say that I recommend reading the series in order as there’s overlapping characters and such. This book has everything you are wanting in a thriller story. This author knows how to keep readers guessing and coming back for more. Five big stars and I can’t wait for more!

This was a great 5 star read. The author’s writing pulled me in right from the beginning. The characters were great. I really liked Arryn and Rowan’s strength and their connection, of course they started out as enemies but eventually realized their feelings and connection. We get so much that you are on the edge of your seat reading. We get steamy, magic, action, danger, and so much more. All of the amazing characters added a great element to the story. We get multiple POV which I really enjoy so you can see what each of them are thinking. I can’t wait to read more from this series and author. 1-click and get started today.
I could not put this one down!! Right off the bat, this one had me hooked. I love the characters and how they all come together to find the creep that has been stalking Hannah. So many elements go into this story and solving not only one crime, but several all at once.
There is a great balance of romance and mystery with this one. Not a dull moment throughout the entire book. I can’t wait to read more by this author as she weaves some engaging tales that will stay with you.

This book was so so good. The right amount of intimacy for the “scary” parts. the twist at the end, I sort of saw it coming but not happening the way that it did. I love the build-up of this story and the suspense. This wasn’t my typical genre but I am very glad that I chose it. The red hair and the olive skin. The family dynamic and the realism in the storyline. I found it predictable but not. Hanna is a bomb lawyer and has a fire to her that Doyle is attracted to but he is taking a leave for personal reasons from work but something brings them together. I loved this book and highly recommend it.

This is a fun and engaging story with some red hot characters right in the centre. I love a good enemies to lovers story and this is a great example of that type of story. The surprise wedding and everything that stems from it builds up to be a great book. This is the sixth book in the series and can be read as a standalone. However, it is definitely worth reading all of these books. This one is well written and exciting to read. I connected with it easily and could not wait to see how things would work out. I would certainly recommend this book.

This is another brilliant addition to this intriguing series and I think it has to be my favourite in the series so far. The story is full of twists and turns and it utterly captivating. I felt like it was never a given as to which way it would all turn out, and that kept me on the edge of my seat. The characters have undeniable chemistry which draws you in all the more. Hannah and Doyle really made the book for me, adding that icing on the proverbial cake. They each seemed to have so much going on and yet came together convincingly. This is a well written and suspenseful book that is truly enjoyable.

Any book about Christmas and the holiday season and, mixed with romance, I am all for it. This book, to me, felt like a hallmark Christmas movie, small town with romance AND an inn, what more can you ask for! My heart ached to watch Holly struggle at first to meet her cheer quota, and comparing herself to her dad and the way he was always able to get the cheer needed. The interactions and romance between Ash and Holly are sweet and innocent, it wouldn’t be a Christmas theme without an immediate draw towards each other for the two main characters. This book just made me feel very warm and happy, like the Christmas season usually does for me. I look forward to what comes next in Emerald Hollow.
Daring Ceri is Book Six in the True Platinum Rock Star Romance Series. It is a second chance, rockstar romance full of love, loss, lust, betrayal, angst, and passion. The story centers around the characters of Ceri and Alex who went their separate ways years earlier. Alex’s band was on the verge of becoming famous and he broke it off with Ceris so he would not be cheating on her. Ceri was heartbroken over this but after years apart she has finally found someone and is about to become married. However, things get a bit tricky when she discovers that she is somehow legally married to Alex after a drunken wedding ceremony in Fuji years ago. Now she must find Alex and get divorce papers signed. When Alex sees Ceri he regrets breaking up with her and wants to win her back. He tells her to return to his band as their backup dancer for one tour and if she has no feelings for him, they can go their separate ways. The ensuing journey is a rough one as Alex tries to prove his love and loyalty to Ceri who is determined to not have him break her heart for a second time. No matter how hard she tries to fight it though, Ceri is inexplicably drawn to Alex. This was a steamy second chance romance that hooked me from the first pages and had me reading until the end.

Born to die is the second book in the McIntire Series, and a followup to Atonement. This is another romantic suspense centered around a strong lead female, and touching on real life issues such as PTSD. Deputy Cassy Rivers narrowly escaped a lunatic two years prior and a string of thefts reunites her with an old flame. Enter Boyce Hunt, a fellow officer that just so happens to be her ex. Working a case with your ex has to be absolutely awkward and a struggle in itself. Can the two get along and solve the case? Will feelings of resentment deter the outcome? Maybe the old flame will be rekindled? Born to die can be a stand-alone book since it does not follow the same characters from Atonement, but there are interlinking details that pull you back to book 1, so I recommend grabbing them in order (so far). This was a fast paced second chance rockstar romance. It has all the elements of a story filled with angst, drama,tension, jealousy and misunderstandings. The author does an amazing job of allowing the reader into that world. Allowing us to see all the imperfections that go on behind the scenes and what impact it has on everyone involved. The characters of Jordan and Alexis are really well written and even though at times I wanted to bang their heads together their chemistry was off the charts. Jordan and Alexis had dated when they were younger but due to insecurities and jealousy on Jordan’s part it ended up tearing them apart. Fast forward and Jordan is the lead singer in the band and Alexis is asked to go with them on tour as a tour manager their paths cross again. As the old sparks rekindle will they fall back into their love they once knew or will the anger and jealousy that drive them apart the last time show itself and destroy this relationship a second time. Will Alexis allow her heart to be broken twice by the same man? Will Jordan finally win back the women he loved and lost. Their ride won’t be an easy one and with the added pressure of making this come back tour a success this won’t be a easy ride for either of them. The challenges will be many but can they successed together?

What an amazing read! If you want a phenomenal second chance rockstar romance…read this! The characters had their flaws but my goodness…I fell in love with them all. Rockstar romances is one of my favorite genres so I knew I would fall in love with this! I couldn’t put it down. The chemistry between Alexis and Jordan is so loving. She’s there for him, even through his hard times. It was a bit rocky but nothing they couldn’t work through. I was worried at the end, I couldn’t handle if this book ended with a cliffhanger lol. But the way the author ended it, was perfect! Loved every page! Highly recommend this!

Annabelle went to the concert not expecting anything but when Dakota’s eyes latched onto hers she was gone and then in the morning as she drove away not knowing if she could go with out seeing him again but when she discovers that she has a Management Internship with a band, to her surprise it is with Belefire and not only that she is in Dakota’s path yet again, can she keep her job strictly professional so people do not think she got the job because of him or will he wear her down and she succumbs to his charms.
This is the third book in the series and although you can read this as a stand alone story, you do get a understanding of some of the story from the other books as each book has the same timelines in the stories. The chemistry between these two characters is off the charts and watching them skip around each other is brilliant to read. The secondary characters in the book also adds to the story and you become invested in all not just the main characters.
There are brilliant parts where you just feel for both characters as they are trying to navigate the world of celebrity and also trying to see where the relationship will go and take they take you on the journey.
I can’t wait to read more about this great band and catch up with all the other characters along the way.

Blake is falling apart, she has been let go from the college and had to give up her lovely Manhattan apartment to now living in a summer cottage in the middle of nowhere in Fork County until her brother, Harper asks her to do him a favour and help a friend out, the only problem is that it’s a Nanny position but beggars can be choosers so she agrees.
Morgan hires Blake and Ciara his daughter and her hit it off straight away the only problem is he also is finding the beautiful nanny charming and attractive, can he hid his feelings away or could this woman be the one he has been waiting for?
This is the first book I have read by this author and I loved every word of it. It is a short story but packs a punch. The main characters of Blake and Morgan jump off the page with the chemistry from there first meeting and it is not long that you are willing them to take the relationship further. I loved Ciara as a child of nine she is sassy and smart young lady and is a brilliant character in the book.
I loved the flow of the story and the way the story twists with the main characters was brilliantly to read. Can’t wait to read the next book and many more from this author.

I found the storyline smooth and it flowed well. Needless to say, I loved the characters. They were well-developed and flowed well together. I can’t wait for the next book.

However, I encourage you to start at the beginning. It is easy to like and become invested in Morgana’s characters and the chemistry between them is most certainly sizzling. Alex is a rock star bad boy and life of the party well he was once upon a time. He is also the one that broke her heart and crushed her spirit. Now that their paths have crossed again, he just needs to show her he has changed. It took a long time for Ceri to get over the one she thought would be forever but was the one who crushed her spirit and broke her. Now fate is messing with her by putting them in the same place at the same time. She won’t fall for that twice. Daring Ceri is also a forced proximity steamy second chance tale that is full of emotions, angst, trust issues, pain, hurt, tension, frustrations, drama and much more to keep the pages turning. I really enjoyed the push-pull between these characters and the will they won’t they. You will need to read it to find out what happens.

I loved the intensity and suspense of this story. Right from the beginning, I was pulled in. I have never read a romantic suspense that started with such an intense scene as a direct punch to the face. The female protagonists are both strong women just trying to do the right thing. The male protagonist is just trying to help. I found the writing to be perfect for a romantic suspense. I love how the author has just the right words to give you the feel of a thriller/suspense. You just feel the edge to the story as you try to figure out the creep and root for the romance. I enjoyed the story and really recommend the story/series to romantic suspense lovers out there.

4.5 stars Beautiful Dangerous is another book in the intriguing series Philly Heat. There are twists and turns that you just do not see coming in this forced proximity tale. Becky has cleverly woven yet another engaging mystery full of thrills into a tale that is compelling and engrossing. With secrets, lies, threats, danger and a stalker, just to name a few, it’s so easy to get lost in and the pages keep on turning. Add in romance, drama, fear and suspense what more do you need. Becky’s narrative is told through different POV’s which I really enjoy in a story because we learn so much more about the characters this way. The characters are fully realised, complex and you can’t help but become invested in them and feel that you are in on the journey with them. Doyle is determined that nothing will happen to her but with her unstable stalker on the lose nothing is guaranteed. Hannah just wants her life back but with someone out there lurking in the shadows her life will never be the same again. The chemistry between Hannah and Doyle is undeniable and I really, really liked them. How far would you go to save the one you love?
Beautiful Dangerous is an entertaining romantic suspense novel, that I recommend you read if you love this genre.

This was a fun read? that I am glad I took the chance on because theyre a new to me author! I enjoyed the characters especially the main Character Arryn. This book was a little slow from the getgo but I enjoyed the ending and thought that the author had a good writing style. I am looking forward to reading more by this author in the future! 3/5 Stars This was my first read by this author and the book was okay. The plot had a strong storyline but I didn’t think it was executed well. I was distracted by there being a lot of exclamation points in places I felt they didn’t belong. The dialogue between the characters also seemed a little immature and like the author wanted certain moments to have a high climax but it came off as unrealistic. I’ll read the next book to see if it gets better.

I love Hallmark and I love this book! It is perfect. I love Emerald Hollow and the small town feelings it gives me. This is my first book by Heather Schneider and she did not disappoint me. A new favorite for sure!
