Oh my goodness I’m about to say take me cowboy 🤠 loving the cover ! I know I’m so easy to please 🤣❣️📚but I’m weak when it comes to cover art 😍😉

It’s soooooo good to be back in Bluestone ❣️

Ace , an injured marine needs to find peace and quiet , a place where he can heal his body , mind and soul , he rents a cabin on Ivy’s land and soon enough he’s hands on in more ways than one 😉

Ivy’s grandparents passed on and left her their ranch and while she’s no wallflower she needs more than money to run the ranch , she works hard and not a scared hair on that head of hers but we all need a little help even our darling Ivy ….

Ivy and Ace are each others healing balms and watching them together was a gift and yes I cried , hard I’m not even going to try and lie but it’s a beautiful story and worth every tear❣️📚

See you soon Bluestone , you’ve been good to my soul 😍

I don’t know what it is but every time I pick up a Paranormal read and we travel to new Orleans I’m sucked in. This was an excellently satisfying read. So well balanced with the perfect flow that kept me flipping pages as fast as I could read them! Loved the characters and definitely loved the setting. Cannot wait to see what comes next!!!

I absolutely adored this story. Christy was such a great character and I loved seeing her growth as a character. She is such a great mom and the twins absolutely cracked me up! They were such adorable characters. Ryan was an amazing lead character and definitely brought the sizzle to the book. I loved all of the supporting characters in the story as well. They created a great group of friends who got along well and supported each other. I have not read the first book in this series, but I will be remedying this immediately and I can’t wait to read book 3! This was a great story full of humor and love.

Brutal Nights (Hidden Valley Elite Book 4) by Isla Vaughn – Review by Elizabeth Sanchez

Brutal Nights (Hidden Valley Elite #4)Brutal Nights by Isla Vaughn
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Brutal Nights picks up exactly where Brutal Days ends- so do not read it as a stand alone. Things have turned into quite a mess for Skylar and Damon. Neither was expecting things to go this way, but such is life. This book, like the others in the series, are a good mix of suspense and romance, with a bit of comedy and typical teenage drama. I did not want to put it down, and look forward to the rest of the series. The book alternates POV between Damon and Sky. I like that it continues to tie in the characters and story line from the previous books. The ending is a perfect happy ending for the characters involved, after a peak of action. Highly recommend this series to anyone who enjoys YA romance.

This is my first book by this author which I enjoyed reading. It is a well written story about what happens on an abduction vacation and one steamy stranger. A romance story where the characters pull you into their world from the first word. They have great chemistry and growth throughout the story. I enjoyed how the author used details to bring a realistic feel to it. The characters are fun, steamy, engaging and made the story for me. They had me turning pages fast just to see what would happen next. I enjoyed their story and wanted to see them have a happily ever after. You don’t want to miss this story. I highly recommend this book.

This book is part of a series that I have enjoyed reading from the first book. This is the third book but I highly suggest reading the previous two books as well. They are just as great if not greater. I have enjoyed reading this author’s books as I know that I am in for a journey of romance and a great story. This is a well written story about being from two different worlds but what happens when the attraction is greater. I enjoyed how the characters pulled me into their world with ease. They are strong, supportive and add so much to the story. This is a romance story that is easy to read and hard to put down. I enjoyed watching the growth of the relationship as well as the chemistry between these two. I really enjoyed reading this book and I highly recommend it.

Right from the moment you start reading, this book has so much more to it than expected. I thought I would get hot and sexy and I thought I would get strong chemistry between the characters. What I didn’t expect was to also get a complex story that pulled me in instantly. There is a lot more going on in this book than I originally thought which is supported by strong and fascinating characters.
This is a new author to me and I enjoyed how they combined the mythical with the modern. It was a clever take on a well known story and it is one I thoroughly enjoyed. I am looking forward to whatever is next.

This is an enjoyable and lighthearted story about two characters who are polar opposites and yet forge a strong connection. The nature of this story allows you to get to know them slowly and watch their relationship develop. It was great to see how things progressed.
I thought the story was written well. It had a slower pace than some books I have read recently which was a nice change. This is a new author to me and I found myself pulled into their writing style with ease. I will definitely be checking out more books from them in the future.

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Falling Again (Buckeye Falls Book 3) by Libby Kay. I am loving this series so much and I’ve fallen in love with Buckeye Falls and its residents! This installment is about the Mayor of Buckeye Falls, Anthony and his wife Natalie. They have been a fixture in Buckeye Falls forever and Natalie is working on getting her business up and running. They have 2 young kids and are busy with their lives and business and have kind of lost each other in the process. When Anthony’s parents ask him to go and pack up their lake house so they can sell it he takes Natalie with him hoping they can rekindle their romance. They are like strangers trying to get back the relationship they once had. Can they get back to the love they originally had for each other? I could relate to this book so much as this can happen to married couples so easily! I recommend reading this sweet series. It can be read as a stand alone but I suggest reading them in order to get to know all the characters!

Melody Carter is struggling in life. She is unemployed, with no money and worst of all, she is living in the shadow of her successful fashion model sister, Sahara. Sahara has a new boyfriend named Keith Taylor that is worming his way into the lives of the two and Melody does not care for him.

Because he is a CEO and billionaire, people have a high opinion of them and think he is perfect. Melody sets up to prove them wrong. With controlling ways and the fact that several women he had been in relationship with have disappeared.

There were so many twists and turns in the book that I was not entirely sure where it was going. I thought it was going to be predictable but it had me on the edge of my seat the entire time reading.

I will be sure to read more by this author.

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Oh my gosh I’m just loving this cover !!!! The dedication made me chuckle and think of my peeps when I’m reading because I’m forever sharing ❣️📚😉

Lilly inherits a hardware store from her estranged father , there’s an apartment above so her home is also sorted but is this English rose going to survive Montana !? 😉

“ Malbro man “ aka Jake and Lilly ( sweetheart ) get off to a rocky start but entertaining I must add but having said that I see the attraction small town living will have as opposed to city living and I’d like to quote a little bit of perfection “She wasn’t completely sure why , but she knew in her heart that Bluestone was where she needed to be “

Lilly makes friends with Sam and I just adore her I wouldn’t mind having her as my friend ❣️

Sam is Jakes’s sister so when Lilly gets invited to the weekly barbecue their paths cross again and let’s just say there are more sparks than in the fire 😉🫶🏼

I loved the people of Bluestone and Lilly and Jake kept me on my toes , we laughed and we cried and we had the most beautiful time together ❣️thank you guys for letting me part of you , see you soon 🥰

Lilly’s mom grated my nerves a bit

Ladies of the Links is a Second Chance Romance/Sports Romance that once you start reading its hard to put down. This is a new author to and I’m definitely going to go back and read the first book in this series. The attention to detail and fun, relatable and fully developed characters make the story come to life. Ryan and Christy haven’t seen each other in several years and things didn’t end well for him. Christy has been living her best life just as a mom can until she sees him for the first time in five years. There’s definitely chemistry between them. Christy works at the Golf club Ryan is a new member of. These two fall right back like there was no time list between. Can these twohrt their Happy ending? Will Ryan be a good father? I highly recommend reading this book to find out what happens next. I’m definitely going to be going back to read the first book in this series. Im looking forward to reading more from this Author.

5 Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Undeniable is book 2 of the Central Florida Stories and I LOVED this story of Arely and Kurt. I recommend reading this series in order as you do meet Kurt in Book 1 a bit, but then this story picks up with his side and also includes other characters in book 1 into this book. I loved the connection of Arely and Kurt, they really had the sugar and spice that I love, drama, action, protectiveness, danger, and twists and turns that I did not see coming….and a love that never died.

Kurt and Arely grew up together years ago but lost touch after Arely left after a family incident and Kurt never saw Arely again. Years later the unexpected connection happens when Arely is in danger and in need of starting over with a new life and job..the past comes back with Kurt in unexpected ways. Arely and Kurt never forgot each other….and the re-connection brings sparks to them in unexpected ways. When very bad things start happening to Arely that lead her in a dangerous game trying to stay alive….will Kurt protect Arely when she needs him the most.

I really loved this book…..and reading to dive into book 3!!!

5 Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I loved this 3rd book of the Ground Rule series…..full of enemies to lovers, baseball, spicy romance, new beginnings, meddling friends, a sweet shelter dog and a relentless family. This story of Heath and Grace was fantastic and I highly recommend reading this series in order due to all the characters are woven in each book story-line so wonderfully, every book comes in full circle.

Heath is loving life being a professional baseball player and being surrounded by his wonderful family and friends. The one thing Heath does not have is a family of a wife and kids of his own. When Heath’s sister has her baby, Heath is love at first sight with his precious niece. The one woman he cannot get out of his mind is Grace…who works at local animal shelters.

Grace is focused on being independent and solely relies on herself in life. Working long hours at the local animal shelters, she does not have time for the dating scene and she sure as heck has no time for Heath. At a charity auction, Grace was not overly impressed with Heath and wanted nothing to do with him.

When a chance encounter brings Heath and Grace back….with the sparks fly or will the bitterness get between them? Will Grace swallow her pride and finally feel that she is truly good enough for Heath?

Highly recommended sports romance and I loved every character in these books so much and felt so invested. I cannot wait to see what this author has in the future for me to read :).

Undeniable is part of the Central Florida Stories series, but it can be read as a standalone if you prefer. You will probably want to pick up the other books anyways because Victoria Saccenti’s style of writing is absolutely addictive. This read is full of riveting action throughout the entire book and has some HEAT. The spicy scenes definitely add to the story and don’t seem like unnecessary fluff the way some mature books can. This is the first book in the Central Florida Stories series, and it starts off with a bang! I hope you’re ready for a rollercoaster ride of emotions because that’s exactly what Deception is. I was drawn to this book by the synopsis that gives you the main premise, but definitely doesn’t give anything away. I don’t want to spoil anything by saying too much, but I promise you will be hooked to see what happens with Joe and Hunter. I tried to read as quickly as humanly possible to figure out what was going to happen next, but I never saw what was coming! I highly recommend picking this one up.

House of Arsceneaux exceeded my expectations! There are so many twists and turns in the story that it kept me on my toes waiting for the next secret to unfold. Not only was it suspenseful, House of Arsceneaux was also full of history, romance, and adventure. Caterina Novelliere transports the reader to many times and places throughout the book using amazing world building and delightful storytelling. The story is well written, if a bit confusing at times, and the characters were fantastic. Even with the paranormal element of vampires, Fae etc. the characters were realistic, lovable, and relatable. Overall, this paranormal romance was a fairly fast- paced read that is truly enjoyable from start to finish. I cannot wait to read more from Caterina Novelliere.

The authors descriptive writing style adds to the reading experience and the characters are well-written. Arely and Kurt show great character development as their story progresses, which I love. Their struggles and reactions feel real, and you can’t help but root for them.

I enjoyed the descriptive writing from the author and the way in which this book was written, it added to the reading experience. However as much as I loved the plot, it was the characters that left a mark on me. I loved that we came to know them both over time, not everything was revealed right away. This I felt also led to great character development.

There were times I wasn’t sure what was coming next, there were certainly some twists and turns and I was hooked beginning to end.

Twisted Eros (Modern Mythica Book 1)Twisted Eros by Aria Skylar
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Twisted Eros is Book One in the Modern Mythica series. It is an erotica romance full of raw, unbridled passion, explosive chemistry, lust, and role playing that will have you gasping to catch your breath. Kay runs her own business and has no time for fun, games, or relaxation. Her sisters decide that she needs time away and pretty much force a vacation on her. They feel that the best thing for Kay is to have an “abduction” experience where she can have fun and walk away afterwards with no-strings attached. Kay is reluctant but once “abducted” by Eros she finds herself relaxing, enjoying herself, and actually getting into the role of her alter ego, Pysche. Eros is more than her “abductor” and has sinister plans for Pysche/Kay that are being plotted out by Kay’s rival. What neither Kay nor Eros expect is to fall for each other during the kinky role-playing sessions. The result is a rollercoaster ride of love, lust, passion, angst, drama, betrayal, and revenge, as the two try to come to terms with their feelings and maneuver through the family drama. This book will leave your reading glasses fogging up as the steamy sex scenes build between Kay and Eros. The characters of Eros and Kay are wonderfully written, and you feel drawn to each for different reasons. Both have baggage they are carrying around and that is what draws them to one another. Eros has clearly had a rough childhood with a less than ideal role model in the form of his mother. A fantastic read from beginning to end!

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Grand Slam is the third book in the Ground Rule sports series. Each book can be read as a standalone, but you should start at the beginning with Walk Off and work your way through.
Bree’s storytelling and the ease in which she comes up with amazing stories and the journey into relationships. This book is well written and is fun and with humour and emotional and intense at times. The story flows nicely and making it a quick and easy read making it easy to become lost in the story. The stories will keep you on your toes to see how things go and by the time you have finished you won’t be disappointed.
Bree writes complex characters that are relatable and know what they want. Each couple have their own trials and tribulations to work through to become one. The men in the series will make you all hot and sweaty and these sassy and smart women feel like friends. The story is steamy with yet at times emotional and intense.
Grace has never met a man she disliked so much until she met him. Now it appears he is back in her life, and she sees another side to him. Not that it would ever work. Or would it?
Heath has everything he has ever wanted but the one thing to make him complete. Now he is ready to move the bases and make his play.
I highly recommend you won’t be disappointed. I can’t wait to see what Bree comes up with next.

This is one of those tales intriguing dark tales that you will love.
Twisted Eros is a little gritty, a bit kinky, a little bit sexy and an interesting retelling of the Greek mythology Eros god of love and Psyche goddess of the soul.
When you have a workaholic, the boss, a vacation with a twist, a fantasy, and you have a woman who finds herself in the darkness of an unknown world of wants, desires and curiosity. It is a fun but twisted tale that is full of excitement, angst, drama and family and much more.
Kate is a workaholic, but she has her arm twisted to try something different for the vacation she is talked into. Only the vacation is not entirely what she thought.
These are complex characters and their relationships come with lots of baggage.
If you like elements of stories told on the darker side and sexy then you need to get hold of Twisted Eros and jump right in.

Although a short story, this book is action packed and exciting right from the word go. The author has created a story that really draws you in and throws you straight into the lives of these characters. If you have read the main series you already have an understanding of these characters and it was nice to get a glimpse of them all again.
I thought the story was a little confusing at times. It could be quite hard to follow, especially for a short book. However, overall I enjoyed the story and wanted to see how things would play out. I would definitely say it is worth giving this book a try.
