This is the first book of the Dirty Rockhard Billionaire series, by the author M.I. Rosegold. This is my first time reading the author’s work. I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect. I knew it was gonna be steamy but I didn’t know how much. I gotta say man oh man it was a spicy meatball lol. Although some things were not for me per say, overall I really enjoyed reading it. I do enjoy a forbidden romance. I am lowkey looking forward to trying out the next Xena’s Vaughn. I wanna see what happens between them and the rest of the story. Ps if you love these kinks ( erotic humiliation, degradation, edging, light bondage, pubic play, and raw sex) you should definitely read this series.
This book is number one of a series and it went all the way right out of the gate. I am no prude but even I was glad I wasn’t reading this in public, I am sure I would have had questions. So well written, hot as sin, and would make anyone blush. The whole concept of the book is right up my alley, a forbidden romance with a rollercoaster of emotions that had me feeling wrung out in the best way. The ending had me losing my mind and I cannot wait to read the second book!!!

Rockstar Romances… gotta love them! And this one was a good one. Adam and Cristy are our main characters and I liked them a lot. They found love even when they were exactly looking for it and they had to work for it because it didn’t come easily. The past was knocking on their door and tried to throw everything out the window but they persevered and I really liked that about them. This is the 4th book in the series and each book in the standalone in the series that focuses on a different member of the band. I will have to go back and read the other three books in this series because I liked this authors writing style and I enjoyed this book. I would recommend this to anyone that like rockstar romances! This was a great 5 star read. Very much an 18+ read with all of the juiciness that we get in this story. Vaughn, oh my, what an alpha hottie. He wants Xena, but there is one problem: she is off limits. Xena has been having some naughty thoughts about her friend’s brother. Could her dark fantasies become a reality when she finds out he wants her too?
Overall this was a good read. I was on a rollercoaster of emotions while reading. There are also some unexpected twists and turns that added a great element to the story. I really liked the characters and they had a great connection. We also get some very kinky steamy moments as well. If you’re looking for a great new series with some extreme hotness, 1-click and get started today. I can’t wait to read more from this series and author.

Hot For Me is the fourth book in The Balefire Series and the he second book I’ve read by this author. I’m definitely going to check out the other books in this series. This can be read as a standalone as each book is about a different member of the band.I truly enjoyed reading this Contemporary Rockstar Romance and had a hard time putting it down until finished. This is a story about Adam and Cristy she’s a diva who has just joined Balefire on tour and he’s the bassist. The chemistry between them absolutely sizzles its so hot. But what will happen if secrets are revealed? I highly recommend reading this book to find out what happens next. I can’t wait to read more from this Author.

This story will not be everyone’s cup of tea. The disclosure upon opening the book is there for a reason. There is a lot of detail given and at first I was like it’s a bit much but then Xena reveals a BIG secret so it will make sense at one point.
Xena has been secretly in love with Vaughn for years. He happens to be her best friends/room-mate brother so he’s off limits. However Xena finds out when she meets him in person he has felt the same way about her for years to! For months they have a secret relationship that they keep away from Veronica.
Veronica is left in the dark battling her own situation. Xena and Vaughn’s relationship runs into a messy situation once Veronica does find out. The relationship comes crashing down around them and well now I am off to read book 2 because I need to know the rest of the story!

Let me start off by saying this isn’t my typical read, but I still found aspects of it I enjoyed.
This is a little sister best friend secret relationship storyline that includes BDSM with some public scenarios. It also includes some kinks I wasn’t expecting, like erotic humiliation, degradation, and edging. I must admit it was the degradation and humiliation that turned out to not be my cup of tea, but if you’re into that, then definitely check this book out. I’m afraid it’s in part because of these kinks that I really had a hard time connecting to these characters and story, making what might be an amazing 5 star book for others a 3 star book for me. I also had some trouble with some of the dialogue and writing that felt almost forced by the characters in the story. There were some areas that seemed to drag with an overload of information and dialogue, while other areas were really well written and spot on to a masterful story.
I did find some aspects of the book to be fun and wonderful, like the relationship between best friends and brother and sister. I love how her brother, Vaughn, stepped up to be her support as her parents have been absent a lot throughout their lives. The steamy chemistry of the couple was also appealing.
If this is your type of story, definitely check it out. I think you will enjoy it greatly.

After reading Vaughns Xena by M. I. Rosegold I am incredibly torn on how to rate this book. It’s not that I didn’t like the book because I did but there were a few things that made the story not as enjoyable or pulled me out of the story personally. This book was reminiscent of 50 shades of Gray with the sexy, tortured man, and his controlling tendencies. It was one of the steamiest, spicy books I’ve read in quite sometime but it was also repetitive. It seemed that the first three quarters of the book and there wasn’t much of a storyline. It was basically the same phrasing/wording reworded or in a different order to make the steamy scenes occur more often which definitely drew me away from wanting to read them. I liked watching them grow and learn each other but after awhile it was like really again, your mine, etc. the second thing that bothered me a little was some of the wording that was used seemed a bit immature. For example Vaughn was this strong, possessive, dominating male but right in the middle of a dominating scene he uttered words like gosh, which didn’t seem to fit the way the author wanted to portray him. The relationship Vaughn had with his sister seemed a bit inappropriate and eeked me out a bit, which was maybe the authors point, not from his end so much as from her. She repeatedly refers to his possessive nature as a significant other might rather than a sister and the ending solidified that for me. The last quarter of the book utterly broke my heart but it also definitely added to that storyline that I felt was missing up to that point and really pulled me in only to end and leave me hanging. Overall this was a good book and I will need to pick up book number two to continue Vaughn and Xenas story especially due to that cliffhanger ending.

This book was fantastic! I couldn’t put it down; the interactions between Stella, Charles, Alex, and Jordan were electric. The story had a well written and realistic side that was then paired with an extremely sexy and racy side. The storyline was very sweet and then the added electric connections just made it hotter. The author did a wonderful job of balancing the sweet part of the story with the naughty parts, while still giving depth and heart to the characters. If you are looking for a book that will get your pulse racing and keep you entertained until the last page, this is the book for you!

This is a new author to me and being intrigued by the cover, I decided to dive into this story of Vaughn and Xena….and no doubt this has it fair share of loads of spice…….but also issues with family, trust, mental health, control, demands and betrayal…
Xena is in college and sharing a flat with her best friend, Veronica. Xena is smart and trying to achieve a law degree….while having these images in her head of Veronica’s brother, Vaughn. Xena knows that Vaughn is off limits, she cares for Ronnie like a sister, but one fateful day, Xena meets Vaughn and cannot get him out of her head.
Vaughn is a successful businessman and cares deeply for his sister, Veronica. Vaughn is the glue to keep the family together, or tries to for his sister’s sake. Veronica has these episodes of panic attacks and Vaughn is her savior when she needs him. Vaughn has had his eyes on Xena for a very long time though and knows so much…but tries to give off this hard facade that he does not want to be bothered. When Vaughn lets down his guard a bit…Xena is there and the spice is truly off the charts. Will the secret of Vaughn and Xena being together come out to Veronica and if so how would she feel about her brother and best friend being together?
This story is definitely a roller coaster …… lots of highs and lows and part of it went a bit in a direction I did not see coming and a bit puzzled with Veronica and Xena’s sister Aliza…..overall story was good and kept my interest to see what happens to Xena and Vaughn and want to read book 2 to find out what happens next.
I love spicy books and let me tell you, Vaughn’s Xena is SO spicy! I haven’t read anything by M.I. Rosegold before, but I am extremely pleased with my first book. I am also excited that this is the first in a series as well because I couldn’t get enough of Vaughn and Xena. Vaughn has a few kinks and he’ll never get to share them with the woman he loves because it’s his best friend’s little sister. Will their fates be intertwined or will Vaughn forever be settling for less than what he wants? I am counting down the days until the second book in this series is released. I highly recommend picking this up especially if you enjoy the spiciest of romances!
Hit on You is a Dark Romance that I freaking devoured in one sitting. This author is one of my favorites and any story she writes draws you in and makes you feel like you are part of the action. Her characters are real, fully developed and relatable plus they have a rawness to them that makes you love them even more. I must say out of all her books I have read this one definitely tops the list. This is a hot Romance that is fast paced and there is no stopping until you finish. Luke and Nikolai are simply wonderful characters. These two have incredible chemistry between them can they get the happiness they both deserve? I highly recommend reading this book to find out what happens next I don’t want to give to much away. I look forward to reading more books by this author.

Grace Under Fire (The Anderson Sisters Book 2) by Jennifer Raines. I loved the first book in this series so it was not surprise that I loved this one as well. This is the story of Grace and Ryan who have both suffered great losses. Ryan lost his brother and Grace lost her good friend to suicide and instead of bringing them together, Ryan ran. Grace was dealing with the loss of her friend and her father getting swindled out of prime farming land. Ryan and Grace grew up around farms and Grace is especially attached to her families. Ryan is not and does his best to make money on flipping farms. Grace finds out she only has a short period of time to buy out her dad or they will lose her family farm. When Ryan offers her a solution she doesn’t want to accept but it may be the only way to save her farm. There is also the little problem of them being crazy attracted to each other. Neither one wants the problem of a relationship so will they let down their guard and try to make it work as business partners and more? Read this fun installment of the Anderson Sisters Series.

I look forward to continuing this series.

Dominic’s character is spot on, I thought his emotions were what I would believe they would be if in the same situation. Well written, great book.

This book is not for everyone. I truly enjoyed it though – it pushed me out of my comfort zone. It is a best friend’s brother romance. It features Xena and Vaughn. Vaughn is Xena’s best friend’s brother. She has had a crush on him forever. But she thinks he is not dating, in fact she thinks that he hates women. When she finds out that he feels the same way about her things get very steamy, in fact, smutty. I enjoyed reading about their relationship and the author writes in such a way that one can actually visualize what is happening in this story. Their relationship was incredibly complicated in more ways than one but I liked watching them navigate this.
This book began with a trigger warning and let me tell you that it is deserved, so make sure to read it. But this is a dark, steamy, dark and twisty read. Dominic was abandoned at a young age and has been taking care of himself. He has fallen in love with Juliana and Juliana loves him. However, Juliana’s father is not a fan and has forbidden him to see her. He definitely feels that Dominic is not good enough. One night Juliana goes missing and needless to say Dominic is the first one to get blamed. This turns Dominic into a very angry, dark man. Years later he meets a woman who looks just like Juliana but isn’t. This is where the story gets super interesting. I want to end it there because I don’t want to spoil this for anyone. This book is absolutely amazing but also twisty.

This book had a memoir feel to it as we read about Fenimore’s life and adventures first hand, and in his own words. Fenimore seems like a meek and mousy homebody so when he decides to join a notorious gang it comes as a bit of a surprise. How will Fenimore/Simon handle life as a gang member? Throughout his adventure Simon also finds an unlikely romance with one of the gang members. Gang life is complicated enough but to add a MM romance to it only complicates Simon’s life even farther. This book has action, adventure, mystery, and romance all in a historical western setting.

This is a gritty and action packed story, with a lot going on from start to finish. You can feel the passion the author has for this story from the detail that has been included. At times the story felt a little bit slower to read but the basis of it stayed strong and interesting. I was definitely intrigued to find out what was going on. The slow build really added to the story, creating a great thriller. I thought the characters all fit within the story well. This is the first book that I have read by this author and although there were times I wanted more pace, it was a good story. I will look to read more in the future.

Wow, I don’t even know where to begin. The book is long, it seems to me it could have been shorter and still give the same impact, but I am here to tell you, don’t let that stop you from reading this book, because it was fantastic. In the beginning I asked myself why I decided to take this on and by the end I felt like my heart was ripped out, the story was over and I was wishing it wouldn’t have. My emotions were up and down and there were times that I felt I had a grasp on who was killing the members of Red’s gang. By the end I was surprised at who the killer turns out to be, I didn’t see it coming, and my heart broke with the relationships and how they turn out. Simon seems like a good guy, I think his obsession with being in a gang and being notorious quickly became something he dreaded once he joined up with Red’s gang. But by the time he realizes he wants out, he has formed bonds and friendships he can’t imagine letting go. At first I hated Monty and by the end he was one of my favorite characters. Ford and Red quickly went down on my list, Ford seemed a little unhinged to me and Red seemed to be slowly going crazy with the murders happening. The way the romance is described is sweet and not detailed at all, the murderer and the way he murders is very inventive and fits in so nicely. I ended up really loving this book, I didn’t think I would because I am not really into western style reads. I look forward to more from this author.

With only 55 pages, this prequel pulled me in, and I’ve already gathered the next books to be on my list! Riley has always been on the go with her mom, but her mom swears this might be their last time. Cole is having trouble with his parents and his relationship with his brother. Riley and Cole meet at a party and end up kissing intensified. So much drama, relationships, and more drama happens in so little pages, that you have to go straight to the next book! Thank you for making this series!
This was an interesting story about a man whose girlfriend is abducted and believed dead. After years pass, he meets her doppelganger, thinking it’s his girlfriend. The more time he spends with her, however, the more he begins to see the differences and starts to let himself fall in love again. Then the story takes a turn and the real mystery is revealed. A book that kept me reading until I was done!

It has the forbidden love interest, the secret that is being hidden, the burn between main characters, and the writing to keep you turning pages. This book is really well written that you get instantly caught up in the story and are swept away till the end of the book. It will leave you wanting more and more. The spice isn’t the only thing that will keep you turning the pages and fanning your face, there is an actual romance story in this book. Sometimes you get books that are all steam and spice with no depth but this book does not disappoint. There is an amazing romance and love story to add to the steam. By intertwining the love story with the amazing characters and the steam; the pace of this book is quick but it is good. Maybe it seemed quick because I couldn’t put it down.?. There doesn’t seem to be anything that is really not needed in the story and you are constantly getting all things that you need throughout the book. This is only possible with the amazing writing that the author has done. I highly recommend reading this book and I can’t wait for the next one in the series.

I will be completely honest and say that at the start of this book I struggled to fully immersed myself in the story. I think I just needed time to get use to this authors particular writing style. I am glad that I did stick with it and continue to read because I did end up wanting to see where the characters would end up and where lifes journey would take them. There is a definite twist at the end that I so did not see coming and leaves the reader wanting more.

Vaughn’s Xena is the first book in the Dirty Rockhard Billionaire Series and is a Romance that once you start reading there’s no putting it down. This is a fairly new author to me and I’m definitely going to be looking into what other books they have written. The authors style of writing along with her creative characters that are relatable and fully developed yet raw at times makes for an amazing story. This is Vaughn and Xena’s story. Vaughn is the type of man who likes to be in control and he usually gets what he wants. He’s sexy and charming and is the owner of a chain of nightclubs. He has his eyes on one woman and that’s his little sisters best friend Xena. She is a fierce woman who has a dirty dark secret. Whew these two have serious hot chemistry between them. I highly recommend reading this book to find out what happens next. I can’t wait to read more from this Author.
