This is such a unique MC book, and I absolutely loved it! Dwarf is not the typical tall biker. He’s on the shorter side and because of that women have looked him over many times. They have always gone for his tall brothers in the MC but Raven is different. Fate brings them together and I really enjoyed the paranormal twist in this one. There’s plenty of action, romance and twists and turns that I didn’t see coming. I absolutely love the chemistry between Dwarf and Raven and how she looks beneath surface appearances to see what a big heart he has. This is one book definitely not to be missed.

As soon as I heard there was a new series coming out by this author I knew I was going to read it without knowing many details about the series.
Once again she delivered a great book that I throughly enjoyed and couldn’t put down. I loved the characters and starting to learn and know about this new group of bikers.
Dwarf’s name says it all, he’s a shorter than average man. He’s tired of women talking to him only to meet his buddies and has been passed up by many women all because of his height. He is definitely a prince in disguise.
Raven meets Dwarf when he least expected it and feeling down after a tough visit with friend. Who knew the chance encounter could take such an interesting turn.
I truly loved this story. I have a feeling this will be another MC I will be stalking.

Twists and turns keep up the suspense in this thriller. The author does not disappoint with another MC series.
Dwarf isn’t actually a little person, he is just shorter than all of his MC brothers. He was shorter than all of his Marine buddies, as well. Dwarf knows all about girls using him to get to one of his buddies or brothers. It nearly destroyed his friendship with one of his Marine buddies. When Dwarf meets Raven in the most unusual way, she jumps out of the darkness in front of his bike and he nearly runs her over, he thinks he has a real chance at happiness. They will have to battle each others’ ghosts to have a future.
Different but familiar to any other MC series. I will be adding this series, these characters, to my must read list. I am all in, again.

I never hesitate to pick up a book from this author…and this book is no exception but yet I am surprised at the same time. When we meet Dwarf, whom is part of the Wicked Warriors MC Arizona Chapter, he is different…..as in not as tall has his brothers in the club, but yet lacks self confidence. He has been burned in the past…and this totally melts my heart. On a chance encounter, he runs into Raven…a women who is truly tormented by her past. Dwarf’s bike is in ruins after a crash and he also tries to help Raven with what she is running from…a cabin….what can she be running from…. Raven’s story really took a hold of me as it was just heartbreaking and scary at the same time. As the story unfolds, it really grabs you as you peel back the layers of a chance encounter and yet with a paranormal feel, which I loved!! This book is a bit different from this author…but it was phenomenal!

This is the first full length novel in a new MC series by the Queen of MC books (in my humble opinion). It can be read as a standalone as each book will tell the story of a different member of the Wicked Warriors MC. Before reading any of this author’s work I had never read any MC books but having binged through all of her books, I’m an addict. In this book we get the story of Dwarf, so named because he’s much shorter than his MC brothers. Constantly overlooked by women due to his lack of height, Dwarf wants a woman who will like him for who he is and not go away with one his brothers as several have done in the past. One thing I loved about Dwarf is that he’s not the typical romance novel hero. Most are usually described as at least 6ft 3in, stunning good looks and a panty-dropping smile. Dwarf is shorter and is described as average looking. I love that this author has heroes and heroines who do not fit into the typical romance mould. They are much more relatable characters. I also loved Raven. Having had the childhood that she did, it’s amazing how she has turned out. I loved that she was not interested in Dwarf’s brothers, but only had eyes for him. I can’t wait to get to know more about the Wicked Warriors in future books.

This book being no exception. It ticks all the same boxes as normal – amazing story, fantastic characters and I am pulled into the story with ease. I have loved every book that this author has wrote. Her story telling is amazing and you really get dragged into the stories and lives of every member of the MC clubs. And this books was no different. This is an MC romance but I love the twist of the paranormal element in it. It’s something different and unique which really gives a new spin on the MC romances.
In this story we meet Raven and Dwarf. Both of them have traumatic dark pasts which have lead them to where they are today. Their meeting was unconventional with Dwarf literally running her over but this is just the start of a emotional and dark story with paranormal elements that leads two people who are broken into their own ways to heal each other and find love. As it all these books however the story isn’t that straight forward and author will take this couple of an emotional rollercoaster before they figure out if they get their happy ever after or not.

I thoroughly enjoyed this MC romance with a spooky, paranormal twist and plenty of drama and suspense. I was so immersed in this story and the world of the ‘Wicked Warriors MC’, I literally could not put this book down!
MC member, Dwarf is used to women overlooking him for his ‘brothers’, but he would like to find a women who only wants him. Dwarf definitely didn’t expect to find her by being literally swept of his wheels by her. Angry about his downed bike and injury he doesn’t immediately notice Raven, but once he does the chemistry is instant. Raven is scared and running away when she runs into Dwarf and knocks him off his bike. She doesn’t expect him to believe her as to why she’s scared, but he soon experiences the fear for himself.
Dwarf didn’t believe in ghosts, and neither did his MC brothers who come to the couple’s rescue, but Dwarf has to admit that there are things that can’t be explained. The characters and the setting are brought vividly to life by the descriptive narrative, and the storyline and plot twists made this a real page turner. I thought Dwarf and Raven were a great couple who deserved to find love, and were likeable and relatable characters. I loved the added spooky element to this MC romance, and I look forward to future books in this series.

This is an author that I have loved reading from the first book I picked up. One of the things I enjoy about this author is her ability to pull me into the story with ease. Her writing skills and attention to details make her stories pop. The characters are hot and steamy and this book is no different. This is a well written story about finding someone who wants you for only you and past ghosts. I found this story to be fast paced and hard to put down. The characters are such that they had me coming back for more. They are not only relatable but they are steamy as well. They made the story easy and fun to read. There is great growth and great chemistry with the characters. They are supportive of each other and they made the story for me. This is a story you don’t want to miss. I never hesitate to pick up a book by this author and you won’t regret picking this up. I really enjoyed this MC book which made my afternoon steam. I highly recommend this book and this author.

A fine story about a new MC from this author. I enjoyed this maybe a little more than I expected to. I was worried it would be more about ghosts and less about the club and the relationship. This story has some ups and downs, thrills and chills but mostly its all about meeting the new club and learning about them. I enjoyed both main characters and their personal struggles.
My only issue is the prologue. I personally feel it could be skipped as the characters in it do not come into play at all in the book. It does a nice lead into how/why the main characters meet. As well as some past history on Dwarf’s issues but those are also talked about with his cub brothers. So eh..necessary or not is in the eye of the reader.
Overall this is a good story. I enjoy meeting a new club and figuring out their dynamics. I look forward to more.

This book was quite entertaining. Dwarf was just taking a short cut home along a dirt road and out came a dark thing crossing the road. He ended up sliding his bike and twisting his ankle. The dark think ended up being a scantily clad, beautiful woman named Raven, scared and fearful. Who knew Dwarf would end up fighting ghosts with her? This book had me on the edge-of-my-seat a bit terrified of this ghost. What was going on? Of course, having a hot biker to help rescue you always helps. The problem is: he’s got a hurt ankle, cell phones are dead; the satellite phone won’t work; the road is a logging road…As their adventure unfolds, it gets even better because he finds an old shelter and repairs the ham radio. The MC club to the rescue. The mystery has the whole club scratching their head but once everyone gets the snot scared out them, some answers may come together. They say trauma brings couples together. Raven opens up about her trauma and Dwarf loves her even more. He is willing to wait and be there. They have a slight spark that ignites and will bloom as the story unfolds. They are both my favorites because they bring issues that they are both willing to bring to the table and work through together. The flow of the story went so smooth. Each transition built into the next one. It built upon the next well. Great story that I highly recommend.

Independent and holds a grudge like no other. The story sucked me in from the first page and there are extremely hot TWINS!!!

I did not read this series in the correct order, and this one seemed a little slow going at first. But I will say there were plenty of twists and spice to the book though. Now don’t get me wrong, the book was great, as is the whole series that I have read so far, I’m just saying this one wasn’t my number one. Still, you should give it a shot and read this book and the whole series.

While her life presents as perfect to those on the outside, what happens behind closed doors is another story. Selena’s life has been a lie and she is determined to make it right. Wyatt is simply trying to help when he gets pulled into the drama Selena doesn’t even realize she’s about to encounter. In a world where nobody can be trusted two perfect strangers have to decide whether or not they should trust one another in order to stay alive. The story starts slow, but you really get a chance to know the characters. Once the action starts it simply doesn’t end! From one suspenseful situation to another, you will find yourself reading late into the night.
This is quite a slow build story in the start, creating a bit of tension as you read. Then, around half way through, the book picks up pace and it exciting and action packed. It is suspenseful and fast paced and I found myself really getting drawn into what was happening. I enjoyed getting to know the characters. I found them to be engaging and dynamic. This is the first book that I have read by this author and I really enjoyed it. I will be checking out more of her work soon.
Illegal: A Ripped-From-the -Headlines Romantic Suspense by K.J Gillenwater is the first book that I have read from this author, so I wasn’t sure of what to expect from one of her stories. But I love a great romantic suspense, so I snapped up a copy and set off on Selena’s adventure. Selena Hernandez has had her whole world turned upside down. What she thought she knew of her life was nothing but lies. She has no choice but to return to Mexico to sort things out and try to reclaim her life. But things take a complicated and dangerous turn when she uncovers her true identity. With danger, tension, and ties to the cartel the story makes for an intriguing and suspenseful read. Happy Reading!

Quick fun read This is a sports based, best friend’s little sister romance book. It was a quick read for me. It had a decent base of a story but seemed to lose traction a bit towards the middle and then took off again. The attraction at times didn’t sizzle as much as I thought it could. (I do enjoy a bit of steam in my books). Kendall and Pete are a great couple and I really loved the dual POV. Overall a good read for a lazy afternoon.

Holy cow!! This book is non-stop fun and steam. Loved every word and second of it!!
Kendall goes to spend the week with her brother’s best friend, Pete, whom she has had a crush on since she was 12. Now she is all grown up, he notices. Kendall is willing to try a casual hook up just to have a chance to be with Pete. Pete and Kendall agree. Soon, Pete is catching more than line drives. The shadows of each’s past haunt the possibility of this new relationship. Can they each find a way to balance their baggage and dreams for the future?
This was my first experience with this series and author. I am now a fan for keeps.

A short and fun romance read! I love best friends sibling romances and I thought the author did a great job on this one. I enjoyed the different POV, and felt that the main characters had great chemistry. It can be read as a stand alone, but I would definitely recommend reading the first book in the series also.

I am always a sucker for a good sports romance novel as that is the types of romance novels that I am always reading and finding myself enjoying, so when I heard about this book, I knew that I had to read it!! This book was a great one that I read in two days and could not stop thinking about it. The story revolves around Kendall who has been in love with her brother’s best friend, Pete, for as long as she can remember. She has to come to town to do some business for her job and convinces him to let her stay with him and have a no strings attached week together. Reading this book, I was on the edge of my seat as I had no idea which way this would end as Kendall and Pete are both strong willed individuals that don’t particularly like change. I fell in love with this book, and I cannot wait to reread it over and over again as well as read more books by this author!

Everything to Me is the second book in the Playing for Keeps series by Lauren Fraser. It is a sports romance with a brother’s bestfriend element, finding love unexpectedly, multiple POV’s, drama, and chemistry. Going into this book, I didn’t realise that this was the second book in the series, and even though it could be read as a standalone, I can’t help but wonder about what happened in the first instalment, and maybe if I had read that first, then I might have enjoyed this story even more as there were a few instances where I felt like I was slightly missing something. I did like the premise of the story, but feel like it just missed the mark or me. I also feel that it could have been even better if it had more sizzle, a steamier story, especially considering what the story is supposed to be about. Maybe it’s just me and I was having an off reading day when I read this- so I will probably go back and read it again in a few weeks just to see if I feel the same way.

Trey La Rosa leads a double life, on one hand he is a surgeon at the local hospital and on the other he is the one who stitches up and treats all those within the Five Families Mafia in Chicago, but leading this double life is exhausting for him and one day, he hopes that he can manage his time better. Hailey Carmichael is the daughter to rich parents who have her life planned out for her as a socialite running in the same circles they do, but she wants more, however, she isn’t sure how to get it, not in the least the man she has had a crush on since the first time she saw him.
It is a day full of tension for Hailey as she has to confront someone important to her about something she is dreading talking about, but she takes a couple of deep breaths and decides to go for it before she buckles and backs off before she gets what she wants, that is until she is kidnapped and thrown into the back of a van right in front of the person she was about to talk to. For Trey, it is just another day on call at the hospital where he does his usual rounds and interacts with his patients so that he can make the best decisions he can for them, however, when he is called in to the office of one of his superiors and finds out that a woman he has tried to forget has been kidnapped, memories surface of the first and last time he saw or spoke to her and how grief for his first love got in the way, he decides then and there that he is going to rescue her, whatever it takes.
As Trey uses his resources to rescue her, the scene he finds is not the one he expected, but for Hailey, he is the last person she expected to come to her rescue, however, as he keeps her out of harms way and finds out more information behind the motive for the kidnapping, they reach an agreement to work together to follow the funds together and uncover the full reasons. As they spend more time together in his home, the attraction they felt the first time they met resurfaces and they both struggle to maintain the distance between them and the one thing they crave the most, each other, however, will they be able to uncover the secrets and reveal the truth before their new found relationship is severed, again? This is a compelling romantic suspense which will hook you in and take you for a ride which is full of secrets, lies, threats and revelations with plenty of action thrown in for good measure, as this second chance romance plays out amid danger approaching from every direction.
