5 Star Not a Good Death (Agents of Dart Series Book 2) by Naomi Bellina is a romantic suspense that once I started reading I couldn’t put down I finished. This is my first read by this Author but definitely not my last. The story flowed smoothly and the twists and turns had me on the edge of my seat trying to figure out what happens next. Lilly and Dillion, they both work for a group that works for the government called Dart. They are told they are on retrieval assignment , bit turns out to be a search for a serial killer. Can they find who started the killing with the teenage girl ? Find out what happens next in this must read Book. I can’t wait to read more from this Author .

Seriously… when you have a well written book chock full of vivid imagery, suspense, romance, action, some history, and exotic locales… what isn’t to love?! This book had me riveted from beginning to end. There was never time to be bored or lose focus. The plot was quick, the action fast-paced, and the characters extremely relatable. I thoroughly enjoyed it and look forward to reading more from Deaton.

Not a Good Death: Agents of Dart Series Book Two was a thrilling 4 star read.
I was pulled in right from the beginning witnessing a murder of a teenage girl and another scared for her life. At least she had enough sense to stay quiet and not give herself away. When it’s safe she flees and knows there is only one person that she can call for help.
When Lily and Dillion go on their first job for DART, they get more than they expected. While trying to get the scientist to leave with them he gets a phone call, a call that causes him to run. Lily and Dillion are also a couple and while working on this case they encounter some challenges.
We get danger, murder, suspense and so much more in this read. All of the characters added a great element to the story. This is my first read from Naomi Bellina and I really enjoyed it. This can be read as a stand alone. I look forward to reading more in this series and from Naomi. 1-click and get started today.

Not a Good Death by Naomi Bellina is the second book in the Agents of Dart series. This book can be read as a standalone, you do not need to have read the previous book first. As my first read by this author I wasn’t sure what to expect. I will be honest and say the blurb didn’t really grab my attention too much however the reviews it received definitely caught my interest. I found the book to be fast paced and exciting in a few parts. You could really feel the suspense throughout the book. I’m not overly sure how I felt about Lily and Dillon choosing to work together given they are together. However that being said I think the author did a great job of balancing the two aspects of the story. I definitely warmed to them both by the end of the book. The author has a great flow to her story and it is that which really kept me reading. I enjoyed the way the book was developed and the picture that was painted. I will definitely be looking into more work by this author.

Naomi Bellina is a new author for me but what a brilliant introduction. Not a good death was a captivating and engaging read that had me hooked from the beginning and left me wanting more!
This book was filled to the brim with twists and turns that had me on the edge of my seat with suspense. These books can be read as a stand-alone but after reading this one, I can’t wait to go back and read Book 1. This author has a created a book with depth and realness, it has a brilliant storyline and characters that really stand out within the story! Not a Good Death (Agents of Dart Series Book 2) by Naomi Bellina. I LOVE this book! This is about Lily Blume and Dillon Hurst partners in life and work. While on a retrieval assignment working for DART(Damage, Avert and Rescue Team) in a small Midwest town their subject attacks them and takes off. Then they find a teen girl dead so their game plan changes. Dillon is struggling to obey rules and Lily is worried she might have made a mistake having him come to work with her. As they struggle to solve the murder which they think is tied to their subject they are learning its harder to work together than they thought. Dylan knows how to follow orders with his military background but when Lily is in danger and the rules suck they are proving very hard to follow. Both of their jobs are on the line if this job is screwed up and as more murders pile up they’ve got to solve this case. This book can be read as a standalone but I highly recommend reading the first one. Its an awesome series and I can’t wait for the next one.

I surely didn’t expect for the bit of a twist that had me yelling, “what the heck?” at my kindle as I refocused and read on. I loved this book and look forward to more from these two! It’s such a fabulous read that will keep you guessing!

This is book two in the Agents of Dart series. I didn’t read book one but there was enough information in this one that I wasn’t lost at all. If you want to know how Lily and Dillon met, you should read book one. This is Dillon’s first mission as a Dart agent and Lily is training him. It was supposed to be an easy mission but everything that could go wrong, went wrong. Lily always follows the rules, they are there for a reason. Dillon shows her that sometimes rules need to be bent to accomplish a mission. The book is filled with danger and action. Lily and Dillon need to learn to work together if they are going to survive and catch a killer.

Hidden Obsession (An Alliance Agency Novel Book 2) by Maddie Wade & India Kells, these girls, they just amaze me with their story telling. I loved this book. Although to be fair I think I say that about all their books, but I do mean it each and every time. The action starts from the very first pages and keeps up all the way to the end and let me tell you, you do not see what is coming. This book is full of men and women who are determined and will stop at nothing to keep those they love safe.
Cleo has a stalker, but is it someone from her past or is it someone else? She has tried so hard to keep her past hidden but now it seems its ugly head is being reared again to threaten her very existence and her sanity.
Mason has always had a thing for the violet haired beauty, and he will do whatever it takes to keep her safe. Now he just has to convince her that she needs him. What he doesn’t expect is the realisation of just who is after his girl and just how far they will go to get what they want.
I wait with bated breath for the next book in this series!
Found In The Lost by Tarina Deaton is a quick little romance in the jungle. All Kinley wants to do is show the world her accomplishment. Desperate to get to an archaeological dig so she can let her light shine she gets left out when she lands at the airport. All good love stories have a hero and Shane does not disappoint. A former Navy SEAL is there to pick up her pieces. Starting out Kinley doesn’t seem to be the strong individual that she turns out to be, in short, Kinley is surprising all the way around. This is a steamy little romance with some situations that might make some people uncomfortable. But a sweet little love story none the less.

Like the best fires, this story builds slowly to make sure that it burns stable and hot. It takes a little bit to build the different characters and plot lines. But the characters and the suspense have a lot of depth. There are many twists and turns as Lily and Dillon learn to be partners in the field as well as in life. Things continue to heat up as they transition from a simple witness retrieval to catching a murderer. It also offers one of the best lines I’ve found “Agents of DART get taken down by a blow dart, we’ll never live this down.” This is a story that will draw you in and keep you intrigued.

I can’t even tell you how in love with this series I am! Cleo and Mason are fantastically written and I just can’t get enough of them! Cleo is the violet haired, beautiful receptionist for the Alliance Agency and Mason Bentley is one of their sexy, smoking hot lead agents. There was an instant attraction between these two from the moment they laid eyes on each other. Cleo is adamant that she won’t get involved with anyone she works with but Mason is determined to break her down. When a stalker shows up in her life, Mason takes the lead on her case and is determined to keep her safe, but will he be able to when she isn’t telling him everything about her past? Some secrets aren’t meant to be kept and could get you killed if you don’t share them. Will Cleo be able to open up to Mason without changing his opinion of her for the worst? Is she willing to find out or should she just run?
As all of the books in this series has been… Hidden Obsession if full of action, suspense, emotion, and romance. It is superbly well written with a great plot, fantastic characters that you’ll instantly fall in love with, and a story line that will keep you on the edge of your seat. This was an amazing story. Lily and Dillion are more than just work partners and letting your feelings get in the way can cause someone to get hurt if the killer strikes again.
With a good mystery and storyline, I highly recommend this.

I was hooked from the first few pages and I didn’t out this down until it was finished. The suspense kept me turning those pages and the sexy factor kept my eyelids open.
This is just a perfect story. First off I love jungle themes. Anything can and will happen there. Secondly I liked Kinley Dunn from the get go. She is smart and quick witted. The meeting between the two characters was a great way to introduce them. It was quick and showed the domineering side of Shane. He gets what he wants! Lastly The intro of Ace and Phantom was nicely done. The author wrote then well. I see the dangerous, I see the humorous And I see the protectiveness in them.
This is a dangerous story filled with protectiveness and love from the characters. This isn’t my first book by this author. I love how she writes and brings feeling to her characters. She did a great job with the spin off and i look forward to more from this new series.

Not a Good Death: Agents of Dart Series Book Two (Romantic Suspense) by Naomi Bellina is a story full of danger and mayhem, mystery and murder and thrills. I loved the MC’s and their journey as they get pulled into a mission that doesn’t go to plan. I have not read anything from Naomi before and I enjoyed it so much I am going back to get my hands on the first book. Whilst I didn’t read the first book I enjoyed this one but I kept wondering what came before throughout the story.
DART Agents Lily Brume and Dillion Hurst are not only lovers but they are also now on their first official mission together. Whilst Lily has been in the job for a few years, Dillion has only recently joined having served in the military. What is supposed to be a simple retrieval turns in to something more sinister. Can they continue to be partners in life and work and make it work or will the stress pull them a part?
This captivating and enthralling read makes me eager for what is to come.

Naomi Bellina was a new to me author when I picked up Not a Good Death solely because I loved the cover and the blurb available. I had no idea this was actually book two of the Agents of Dart series of hers, but it didn’t affect my ability to enjoy this book. I will probably go back and check out the first one now that I know it exits however.
This book was pretty gripping and I loved how the writing kept me just slightly on the edge of my seat as I read. I was a bit hesitant that the main characters, Lily and Dillion, are partners in love as well as work. Usually these types of books become a tad cliche for me, but this one definitely didn’t go there and I was grateful. I loved that the focus was the crimes and the adventures and obstacles that they encounter while trying to solve the case they are on. The romance was a way to break up the suspense with some laughter and love and I think everything balanced out well. I look forward to seeing what else is available by Naomi Bellina and am anxious to see what the next book brings!

I pride myself on not judging a book by the cover but I’ll be honest this one definitely pulled me in. And the inside kept me completely hooked. Kinley and Shane captures readers right from the get go and I was sad when I was at the end, I really wanted it to just keep going. But unfortunately all good things must coming to an end. The storyline is well written and paced nicely never feeling rushed or lacking anything. It’s got romance and adventure. The characters are complex and relatable while pulling you completely into their world. I’m giving this story a five star review and highly recommend it. Found in the Lost was a great 5 star read and book one in the Leonidas Corporation series. Tarina Deaton continues to pull me in with her writing.
This is Kinley and Shane’s story. Kinley is an archaeologist and loves what she does, she is going on her first adventure. Kinley is sweet and sassy. Shane is a former Navy SEAL who is vacationing in Guatemala and looking to explore the ruins.
Kinley needs a lift to the Mayan ruin, Shane offers to help her. If only he knew what his offer would entail. The sparks flew between these two almost immediately. Things take an interesting twist when they are attacked. Shane’s protective side kicks in and he calls in some friends to help keep her safe. Who is after her and why?
Tarina does a great job with her writing and pulls you right into the story. We get adventure, danger, mystery, romance and so much more in this quick read. Sydney is a young woman who has been dealt a brutal blow in a short period of time. She’s fought to be a strong, independent, fierce and fiery woman who has her life together. Not only did she survive a trauma at the hands of someone who should have protected her, but she also finds out that moments from her past hold a lot more information than she thought. She’s survived a lot, and she’s going to show what a fighter she is. Super determined, brave, smart and with a fiery spirit she’ll prove she’s got more grit to her than anyone.
Together they have a common goal, to end things once and for all. Through their battle though, they’ll discover more about each other and themselves to boot. Their story turns into a love story that has you cheering them on and wanting more. I commend the authors for their approach and handling of sensitive topics. Such a good book!
Book 1, Knight Watch, was my favorite until I read book 2, Hidden Obsession. WOW! Steamy steamy sex scenes so only readers over 18!
The characters in this story are strong willed, determined and oh so sexy! Cleo and Mason are perfect for each other. She needs to be protected and he needs to protect. Until the tables are flipped! Their chemistry is off the charts hot.
The story line, stalker, is nothing new but where the stalker comes from is interesting to say the least. The Alliance Agency is some of the smartest and hardest workers. I love their relationships with each other and their personalities.
This series can be read out of order but to get the feel for the bonds with each character, I suggest reading in order. Looking forward to the next book in this series!
I love books that combine romance with a good action suspense and this one certainly delivers. There are plenty of twists and turns in this plot to keep you guessing while you’re rooting for the “Happily Ever After” between Shane and Kinley. Kinley may have been a little naïve and gotten tricked into coming to Guatemala with her research, but she is still wary enough to recognize danger. She quickly decides who she can trust and finds out how demented even good people can become. Shane on the other hand is used to dangerous situations, but he wasn’t prepared for how Kinley affected him. He makes it his mission to protect her life and her academic reputation. It was very fun and exciting to follow their story and their discoveries.

Knight Watch is the first book in the An Alliance Agency series by Maddie Wade and India Kells. I love both of these authors separately and now they teamed up to write this novel. Wade and Kells have the story filled with mystery and romance at the same time. There was a content warning which I placed first in this review. I have to say that I am very sensitive to this subject matter but the way Wade and Kells told the story was tasteful and respectful. This story is about Kinsley Knight is in America and is put in charge of his first case. Sydney Rutherford had been assaulted in her past and her past is coming back to haunt her more now than ever. Knight and Rutherford are at odds until Rutherford realizes she is in good hands with Knight. Will Knight be able to keep Rutherford safe? With Rutherford be able to trust Knight to safe her future? I cannot wait to see what Wade and Kells has in store for us next.

The story Hidden Obsession (An Alliance Agency Novel Book 2) by Maddie Wade & India Kells is a romantic suspense book. It is a story that had me on the edge of my seat wondering what was going to happen next. It takes you on a journey that is mysterious and at times I had to tell myself to breathe. I loved reading about Cleo Darwin and Mason Bentley. Cleo is the office manager at the Alliance Agency. She is good at what she does and is depended upon by those who work there. She is intelligent, strong, and independent. She also has an attraction to Mason. Mason is a former secret service agent that now works for Alliance Agency. Since the first day that he sees her, he feels an attraction to Cleo. When he looks at her, he sees a future for them. When a stalker sets their sites on Cleo, Mason will do everything in his power to protect her. Will he find out who is stalking Cleo, and will they be caught? What does the future hold for Cleo and Mason? Read this book to find out. This story has romantic scenes that will heat up the room. I grew to care about Cleo and Mason with each chapter that I read and wanted them to find happiness. There are other characters that have been brought forward from the prequel and book 1 in this series and I loved reading about them again. The Alliance Agency’s employees are more like family than just coworkers. They care about each other. Don’t miss out on an amazing book that you will not want to put down until the final page. I highly recommend reading it.

This is the second book in this series, my favorite yet. This story has a little bit of everything from romance to suspense. This is a page turning story that is engaging and twists and turns you don’t want to miss. Cleo has it all together but for one thing, she has a secret and a past. Mason has been protecting people his whole life. When she gets a stalker, will he be able to protect her? These two have great chemistry and I loved them. I highly recommend their story.
Cleo Darwin is the stunning violet-haired office manager of the Alliance Agency. She is capable, controlled and respected by the people she works with. But the woman who has such complete control has a secret. Her past is anything but pretty; it is messy and cruel and why she strives to live her life with no room for surprises.

Kingsley sounds like my dream man, tall, dark, handsome, bearded and British. How could you not fall in love with those traits, then add in the alpha male, hero and there is all sorts of swooning.
Sydney has experienced more loss and tragedy than one person as young as she is has. She still has residual effects from the events of her past but I don’t think she allowed them to define her which makes her a hero in her own right.
I’m looking forward to keeping up with everyone at Alliance and follow along on their adventures and jobs.

The story Not a Good Death (Agents of Dart Series Book 2) by Naomi Bellina is a romantic suspense book. The story will pull you in and I found myself not able to put it down until the final page. I was hooked on both the storyline and the characters. I loved reading about Lily Blume and Dillon Hurst. They both work for DART. A group that works for the government. They are told they are on a retrieval assignment. It turns into the search for a killer. Will Lily and Dillon find the one that started killing with a teen girl and then strikes again? There is a personal relationship between Lily and Dillon. They care for each other. Dillon is protective of Lily. Lily worries about Dillon not being a good fit to work for DART. What does the future hold for Lily and Dillon? Will they learn to have faith in each other? Read this book to find out. There are times when the suspense in this story had me on the edge of my seat wondering what is going to happen next. There are also romantic moments as well. I also enjoyed reading about many of the other characters in this story and their interactions with Lily and Dillon. I love mystery/thrillers and this book is a good example of the kind of book that will keep you guessing. I highly recommend reading it.
