Found in the Lost (Special Forces: Operation Alpha / The Leonidas Corporation Book 1)Found in the Lost by Tarina Deaton
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I have not had the chance to read anything from Tarina Deaton prior to picking up Found in the Lost. This is book one of The Leonidas Corporation Books and part of her Special Forces: Operation Alpha sets. I loved this book way more than I even anticipated that I would. It was packed with action, adventure, intrigue and some sweet romance to sweep you away when things seem to be getting too heavy with the story line. I loved the characters and their strength, dedication, and charisma. They truly made this novel as great as it is. Deaton writes them in a way that you feel as if they are real life characters that you want to reach out to and get to know better. By the end of the novel you feel as if they are old acquaintances.

Kinley is a sweet and spunky gal that I could really relate to with her energy. She loves her job and she is about to embark on her first archaeological dig. Little does she know that danger will be around every corner and she will be involved in finding a treasure that has been lost for a really long time. Shane wants to enjoy a very needed vacation and plans to roam the jungles of Guatemala. Things don’t pan out quite as relaxing as they anticipated when danger licks their heels after helping a stranded woman. As you can imagine things get pretty adventurous and crazy. I look forward to seeing what is available by Deaton while I wait for the next book in this particular series of hers.

This story has it all. Adventure, bad guys, strong men and women, romance. I don’t know how two authors can write together to make such a seamless story flow so well, but Wade and Kells have no problem doing that with this series! I really enjoyed reading this story and look forward to reading more from these authors!

I love the characters. I love the story line, the plot twists, and the overall adventure. I love the tension between the secondary characters. And I love the dirty romance.

This book is sure to be on my list of favorites! You should really go check it out!

Knight Watch (An Alliance Agency Novel Book 1) by Maddie Wade & India Kells

5 ++++ Stars

I am so loving two of my favorite authors ever teaming up in this series…I especially love since they are both so awesome that the stories flow so smooth, you can not tell there are two authors writing this book.

I love this new Alliance and the people are all fresh and complicated, and awesome, and troubled, and amazing and I can’t wait to read about each one of them.

Kingsley and Sydney were everything each other needed even if they had no idea, Sydney’s past was horrible and it just would not leave her alone. Kingsley gets to head up the Alliance Agency’s first case and must save the niece of a rich and powerful man who is being held for ransom …but further investigation into the whole story brings to light some things that don’t make a lot of sense. I loved the first meeting between Kingsley and Sydney and I fell for him so quick with how he did everything he could to prove to her that she could trust him.

This is going to be an amazing series and I already feel like im completely invested in this group, I can not wait for the next one and all those to come after.

Highly recommend!!

Knight Watch (An Alliance Agency Novel #1)Knight Watch by India Kells
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Kingsley Knight has moved from the UK to the US to become an agent in the newly formed Alliance Agency. He is assigned as the lead investigator on their first case, to rescue Sydney Rutherford, the missing niece of a powerful businessman. When Kingsley and Sydney meet, you can definitely feel the sparks fly between the two. But as they find out that things aren’t quite what they seem to be, will they survive the dangers and be able to figure out what is going on between them? Can Kingsley keep Sydney safe when his personal feelings get involved?

This is an intense, action packed, suspenseful story that you won’t want to put down! These two authors together are quickly becoming favorites of mine. I easily connected with these characters and quickly became emotionally involved with all of them. I am looking forward to what comes next in this exceptional series!

Knight Watch (An Alliance Agency Novel #1)Knight Watch by India Kells
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Knight Watch was a great 5 star read and book one in the An Alliance Agency series.
Once I started I couldn’t put it down. This is Kingsley and Sydney’s story.

Kingsley is now in America working with the Alliance Agency. When he gets his first kidnapping case, he has to find Sydney Rutherford.

Sydney suffers from PTSD from a rape by someone close to her. When she is kidnapped, things from her past start to resurface. When she meets Kinglsey there is something about him that makes her feel like she can trust him. The chemistry these two have is off the charts.
Will he be able to keep her safe?

There is so much more to this great read, I don’t want to give away anything.
There are twists and turns that will throw you off. All of the secondary characters were great.
We get suspense, danger and so much more. My emotions were all over the place and I will warn there is a scene that may cause triggers for some. If you’re looking for a great read, 1-click and get started today.

Knight Watch by Maddie Wade and India Kells is the first book in the new series An Alliance Agency Novel. The story does not disappoint. It is full of action, suspense, with some romance thrown in. I always am leary when two authors join up for a book because at times it can get disjointed and you can see where one picks up and the other ends. These two authors work well together and the story is seamless. I have enjoyed other books by both of them in the past and was excited to see them working together again. The characters are well written and have some depth to them which allows the story to develop. I enjoyed learning about Kingsley Knight and Sydney Rutherford. They made a good pair in various ways. I look forward to more in this series and from each of these authors individually.

An Alliance Agency Novel
Book 1
By Maddie Wade
& India Kells
☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆
Outstanding full length novel. Suspenseful romance that will keep you reading. Not for those under 18. Due to violence and adult content.

Sydney Rutherford is in over her head. She is on the run from her Uncle. Her parents are both dead. Her only family, is the very one that is trying to kill her. With nobody to help her, she must be smarter than her Uncle. Having no one to help her, she runs into her Knight. Kingsley Knight from the Alliance Agency. Is he the one to rescue her? Can they get the information needed to save them both?

Maddie Wade and India Kells has written a high action novel. The first couple of chapters will start the uphill roller coaster. Then hang on because the action will not stop until you read, THE END! I fell in love with Sydney and Kingsley. Sydney is a strong woman, that does not wait to be rescued. She does what needs to be done. You can bet I will be waiting for the next installment. Thanks for the adventure Ladies!!!

This is book 1 of this series, but i would recommend reading the prequel, Deadly Alliance, to get familiar with some of the characters in this book but it’s not required to follow this story.
We follow Kingsley Knight or as he prefers, just Knight, and Sydney.
We are taken for quite the ride through all the twists and turns in this amazing story. As with both of these authors, I knew I’d not be getting anything done until I hit the end and sorry kids but cereal for dinner counts as a meal.
I felt for Sydney and the trauma she carried through life and all she went through in the years to come.

I cannot wait for more in this series as I know they’ll be amazing.

Knight Watch (An Alliance Agency Novel #1)Knight Watch by India Kells
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

KNIGHT WATCH is the first book in a brand new series called “Alliance Agency”. The Alliance Agency is a spinoff series from 2 previous series written by these authors. It can absolutely be read as a stand-alone as the first chapter fully explains who everyone is and where they come from. If you don’t catch on in the first few pages, it’s ok – stick with the story because it’s really, really good.

I read this story in one sitting and devoured every word. There is only 1 open door sex scene (ummm maybe there are 2) and little to no curse words. The story is quick and generally full of action. While I guessed some of the outcome, I did not guess the entire plot which kept me on my toes.

There is great world building with setting and secondary characters and while it is all being set up, it never took away from the main story line. The writing was detailed and didn’t have any filler in it. It was co-written seamlessly.

I look forward to continuing with this series and seeing how everyone else’s story fleshes out.

Knight Watch is the opening of India Kells and Maddie Wade’s Alliance Agency series which a spin-off of their other series. I have already learnt that any time something new drops on my radar that has their names on, I need to get it AND I have never ever been disappointed! The series was introduced by the crossover novel Deadly Alliance so I was very much looking forward to getting my hands on the first case!
Knight Watch gives us an ex bomb tech Kingsley Knight from the UK who has found a new home with the agency in the US and he is part of the team that has been hired to find Sydney Rutherford who is in a fight for her survival as her traumatic past has finally caught up with her! The writers give us suspense and danger, despair and angst, camaraderie and of course chemistry and sparks that light up the darkness! You will get sucked in and after you are done with the book you are left floundering until the next one comes out! Welcome into the fold!

Knight Watch by Maddie Wade & India Kells a four-star read that will save you. This is number one in an Alliance Agency Novel series and this one shows us great promise for the series, the characters are deep and complex and bounce off each other well. Sydney was by far the strongest woman in this story even if she may not feel it at times, after everything she has been through in the past, (this may be a trigger warning for some, but the authors do give clear warnings and well done on that) and now being kidnapped, this could be enough to break many, and who knows if it will break Sydney, you need to read the story to find out. Will Sydney find more strength in the love that Kingsley will bring for her, love that he cant avoid.

5 out of 5 stars

Fire & Ice is Book 3 in the Spicetopia series written by Phoebe Alexander and contains suspense, BDSM and other elements that includes intriguing and mysterious. These sweet and spicy books each function as standalones but you really should read al the books in this series in order. The characters are well written, and I love the banter between the main characters. We get to see the other couples from book one and two and what their up to.

This is Neve and Enya’s story.

Neve Romano, Director of Security, and Enya Moore, Director of Public Relations, have never gotten along. What will happen when they must work together to stop someone from sabotaging Spicetopia’s grand opening? Can they work closely together without killing each other? Will they find out who is behind the sabotage? Can these two have something between them and have a happily ever after?

You need to read this great book to find out what’s happening.

This is the third book in the Spicetopia series, which bring us a new couple:Neve and Enya. These two seem to be completely opposite of each other, and they dance between the line of love and hate. This brings hilarious moments and passionate moments as well. This story was the type that has twists and turns that kept story engaging, and wondering what is going to happen next! I think this is my favorite book in the series so far. Neve and Enya are very strong and dichotomous characters. Of course, they come with their own personal history that influences them. But just how they interact and contrast each other makes them a great pair and very interesting characters to read about. Her incessant chattering and his stoic silence are hilarious at times, especially as you hear their inner dialogue. When it gets to the hot steamy parts, the author continues to deliver in that area in a strong and unique fashion. The action adventure aspect will also leave you a little bit on the edge of your seat as they are caught in the middle of a battle they didn’t know was theirs.

5-Stars

Knight Watch (An Alliance Agency Novel Book 1) by Maddie Wade & India Kells was an excellently written book. Kingsley is a former bomb tech from the UK with a sexy British accent. He is part of a team hired to find Sydney Rutherford, which is the new agency he works for, first case. Sydney having experienced a traumatic abuse at the young age of fifteen has been haunted for years. Her past has now caught up with her. Kingsley is here to be her knight in shining armor but their secrets increase their danger.

I loved the characters and setting of this novel. Sydney was brave, fearless, and strong. I don’t think I could have handled the things she dealt with in this story. Kingsley was charming, handsome, and a gentleman. He was every readers fantasy guy. I found myself carried away by this story. It was so good and I highly recommend it!

What a great 3rd book to this series. Spicetopia is finally coming to life and things are getting more and more exciting.

In this story we meet Neve and Enya. This couple are complete night and day to each other, but I think the best relationships can come from such differences. The drama and suspense that accompany these 2 characters is, exciting, sometimes unexpected and takes you on a crazy ride. I was nervous at some point wondering if Neve would ever be able to open his heart to Enya, and on top of their budding relationship someone tries to sabotage the park which in turn puts forces both of them together to figure out this mess.

Enya is a delightful character, funny and strong, especially when faced with real danger, so her personality I feel matched very nicely with Neve, who was cold and unfriendly. I am very pleased with where this series is heading so far. These books can be read as stand alones but I would highly recommend the full series, you will not regret it.

Knight Watch (An Alliance Agency Novel #1)Knight Watch by India Kells
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Knight Watch is the first novel in the Alliance Agency series by 2 of my favourite authors India Kells and Maddie Wade. It follows on from the prequel Deadly Alliance where Emme from Maddie Wade’s Fortis Security joined forces with Shane from India Kells Purgatory team to create the Alliance Agency.
In this book they are given their first job, finding Sydney Rutherford, the niece of a prominent businessman, who has been kidnapped. Brit Kingsley Knight is put in charge of the mission and it soon becomes clear that there is so much more to this story than they originally thought.
This story gripped me straight from the first page and didn’t let me go, as I would expect from these 2 authors. On their own they both devise amazing characters and storylines, however together, this is taken to a whole new level. The storyline is fast paced, flows very well and has many twists and turns that keep you on the edge of your seat. It is full of danger, suspense and intrigue and you won’t want to put it down.
One thing I particularly loved is the growing camaraderie and bond between the members of the team. There is such a wide difference among the characters and yet they work so well as a team. I’m really looking forward to getting to know the other members of the team on a closer level.

This is the third book in the Spicetopia series. I think this one was better than the second book. When I realized the story would revolve around Neve Romano, I wasn’t sure that I would enjoy it. I didn’t particularly like him in the other books. Learning about his back story allowed me to understand him better and explains why he is the way he is. The growth of his character is remarkable and by the end of the book, I really liked him.

Someone is trying to sabotage Spicetopia‘s grand opening therefore the story is filled with surprises and a twist that I didn’t see coming. With action and quite a few heated scenes, this book will keep you interested from beginning to end.

This is the 3rd book in the Spicetopia series. This story follows Enya who is head of PR for the Spicetopia enterprise and Neve who is head of security.

With Spicetopia all ready to open to the public Enya needs to promote the opening. When Cy get called away it leaves her and Neve to complete the promotional tour.

They don’t get on. Neve is so cold and shut off and Enya talks to much a drives Neve mad.

However, a night in Spicetopia showed them a side of each other that they didnt know existed.

Can seeing this other side to each other help them grow closer? Can they work together to save the opening of Spicetopia from being ruined by forces inside and outside of the park.

This is an amazing story filled with romance and danger.

Definitely can be read as a standalone but some of the background characters make more sense if you have read the other books. I enjoyed the continuation of the idea but the new plot. I loved Enya and Neve’s characters. Enya is a spitfire with damage control on her mind and Neve is 100% dedicated to security. True opposites attract vibes. I kept turning the pages to find out what would happen next, and what would be said next. I loved the sense of humor.

Neve Romano, Director of Security, and Enya Moore, Director of Public Relations are called to work together to save the park from sabotage. The only problem is she is fire and he is ice. When they start working together there is some steam started between them.

Fire & Ice is the 3rd book in the Spicetopia series by Phoebe Alexander. This book is not for the faint of heart, as it does have quite a few BDSM scenes in it. Typically I don’t like those types of books, but I am enjoying this series. This was probably my favorite book so far in the series, because it deals with the evolving relationship, but also some drama and mystery, which I don’t want to reveal and ruin any surprises. This story focuses on Neve Romano, the Director of Security and Enya Moore, the Director of Public Relations of Spicetopia. They don’t really get along, but find themselves on a promotions tour alone, and are forced to work closely together. During a soft opening of the park, for the employees, they discover they may have more in common than they thought. Crisis arises and they band together to try to save the park. I don’t want any spoilers, so I wont say much more. Just read it. And the whole series, to get a better understanding of the park and how it and the employees came to be.

Fire & Ice is the third book in the Spicetopia series by Phoebe Alexander. According to Alexander the reading order is:
Sugar & Spice (Cy & Jolie’s story)
Virtue & Vice (Moon & Katja’s story)
Fire & Ice (Neve & Enya’s story)
Naughty & Nice (Micah & Natalie’s story)

Phoebe Alexander has amazing attention to detail. Her characters are fully developed and relatable. This story is about Neve and Enya’s story. This story has more suspense than the first two books in the series. The theme park has not opened yet. Neve and Enya are trying to figure out what is going on. There is some steaming sex scenes in the middle of the investigation of what is happening at Spicetopia. Will Neve and Enya figure out what/who is behind the problems Spicetopia? Will Spicetopia ever open? Cannot wait to see what is going to happen in the next books.

Fire & Ice (Spicetopia #3)Fire & Ice by Phoebe Alexander
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Fire & Ice is the 3rd instalment in the sexy, erotic Spicetopia Series by Phoebe Alexander. This book can be read as a stand-alone although I’d recommend that you read books 1 and 2 first as it will give a better understanding of what Spicetopia is all about and how the idea for it was created.
In this book, Spicetopia (a theme park for adults) is getting ready to open when it becomes clear that someone is out to sabotage the park. Head of Security Neve Romano and Head of PR Enya Moore have to try find out what is going on and to stop word spreading. Unfortunately Neve and Enya do not get on with each other but when thrown together things become rather heated between the two.
I absolutely loved the interactions between the 2. They could not be any more different if they tried. Enya babbled and talked non-stop, whereas you were doing well if you got more than a few words out of Neve. Can Enya, who is fiery and full of life melt the Iceman?
In the 2nd book there is much emphasis on swinging, whereas in Fire & Ice there is much more emphasis on BDSM but in a monogamous relationship. Let’s just say that the sexy times in this book are smoking hot! You’ll be needing a fan or a cold shower to calm you down. Having read many books by Phoebe Alexander now I can say with much confidence that she writes a damn fantastic erotic story.
I’m looking forward to finding out what she has in store for us in the 4th book Naughty & Nice.

Knight Watch (An Alliance Agency Novel #1)Knight Watch by India Kells
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Once again I am in awe at an Alliance Agency book from the super talented ladies, Maddie Wade and India Kells. These two are some of my favorite romance authors so seeing them team up to bring us the books in this series is really a neat treat that I have devoured and enjoyed immensely. I look forward to seeing what these books will bring for us. I happened to read them out of order but it didn’t affect my enjoyment of the books. I can see where it would be a benefit though just for story enrichment on my end if I were to go back and read them in the right order sometime, which I plan to do so.

Knight Watch brings us the story of Kingsley and Sydney. I really loved these two together and separately. The story is a fast paced one full of adventure and drama to break up the seriously sexy romance that is playing throughout. Kingsley has found himself in America seeking a fresh start with the Alliance Agency. How can his first case go anything but right? Will he be able to handle things or fold under the pressure? Sydney has been battling her past again when when she happens upon the man who could change everything and save her. Will she be able to accept his love and support or will her past ruin her chance at any happily ever after? I can’t wait to see what we will get with book three! I am sure that I will love it just as much as the first two.

Fire & Ice (Spicetopia #3) by Phoebe Alexander – Review by Katie Matthews

Fire & Ice (Spicetopia #3)Fire & Ice by Phoebe Alexander
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This series just continues to get better and better, I thought I loved book 1 (which I did by the way) and then book 2 came along, I thought that was my favourite and then along comes book 3 and Ms Alexander has just taken the series to another level! I was hooked from beginning to end – I loved every single thing about it. I loved the mystery that the author threw into this one alongside the ever present steaminess between the characters! I LOVED Neve and Enya! They definitely loved to hate each other! They had a great relationship going on between them even if it wasn’t always plain sailing between them! I loved guessing what was going to happen in this story when the grand opening of Spicetopia is seemingly being sabotaged!
I am so excited to read the next book in the series – I cannot wait to get my hands on it! Fire & Ice is a 100% one click recommendation from me!!!
