This is the first book that I have read by this author and it certainly will not be the last one. I usually stick with strictly romance or some suspense or a cozy mystery. But when I read the blurb for this one I thought I would give it a try and I am so glad that I did. It was an interesting read with a great story line and a good cast of characters.
I found parts of it held my interest so much that I could not put the book down. I read it pretty quickly which sometimes is hard working a full time job. I don’t think you will be disappointed.

Operation Pinpoint (Space Force Rejects #1) by Landra Graf
This is the first book I’ve read by the author. Operation Pinpoint is the first book in the Space Force Rejects Series. This book is a great read and I loved every minute of it.
Ravenna is a Space Force employee. Her friend and lover goes missing along with the ship. She wants in on the mission to find said ship and she gets her way. Only problem is when they find the ship, her lover is dead. The quote I chose for Ravenna is: “You’d do better to keep me as your friend versus making me an enemy. My method is the only approach for this trip, especially if you want your freedom.”
Dravos isn’t exactly human. He’s a different species and he finds his mate in Ravenna. He doesn’t trust anyone. When he finds that maybe he can trust them they betray him and his mate. The quote I chose for Dravos is: “Answering you doesn’t ascertain my trustworthiness. If anything, someone willing to openly run their mouth should be considered more dangerous. They will weave tales like a druff spider, spinning their webs in the hopes of mesmerizing you enough to stay still before they strike.”

Castor’s Kiss: Soul Bonded in the Stars Book 2 by Tai James
This is the first book I’ve read by the author. Castor’s Kiss is an amazing read and you’ll be hooked from the beginning. This is the second book in the Soul Bonded in the Stars Series. It can be read as a standalone.
Mia has been taken from her team. She’s not sure she’ll ever see them again. She fears the worst and thinks her team is dead. When she meets Castor she doesn’t want to let her guard down. The quote I chose for Mia is: “You’re in really bad shape. What did you do? Sense I was upset and drag yourself out of your hospital bed to come to save me?”
Castor goes to do a rescue mission. He thinks Mia will be let free but that isn’t the case. Now he’s got to figure out how to get them both out of there alive. Can he do that without getting himself killed. The quote I chose for Castor is: “You are lovable, Mia Grey. So very lovable. Stop thinking the worst. I know it’s a lot for you to open yourself up to this kind of love. I know that you’re vulnerable, but I’m asking you to stop being afraid . If you really think about it, do you believe I would want you to ever leave my side unless it was for a good reason? I love you. Please, don’t shut me out.”

Snap Me Up (Full Throttle Cyborgs #1) by Landra Graf
This is the first book I’ve read by the author. Snap Me Up is a great read. It’s the first book in the Full Throttle Cyborgs Series. A must read if you like sci-fi.
Snapper works in a garage and races on the side. He doesn’t like Gina when she first shows up. Then they start spending time together. Can their love last even though she’s not human? The quote I chose for Snapper is: “S**t. Slow down then. Those weren’t there when you did reconnaissance the other day.”
Gina is an AI. She’s looking for something and hopes to find the answer at Full Throttle. Only problem is Snapper doesn’t trust her. Can she gain his trust? The quote I chose for Gina is: “I would be happy to, though you should know that if you added an extra row of plugs, it would be able to distribute the load more evenly.”

An Alien Storm (Soldiers of Saedo #4) by Calla Zae
This is not the first read by the author. This is my first read of the series. An Alien Storm is the fourth book of the Soldiers of Saedo. An Alien Storm had me hooked from the beginning.
Vanessa is a chef on a planet away from Earth. Three of her sisters have already found their forever mates and it might be her turn next. After her failed marriage, can she let another man in? The quote I chose for Vanessa is: “There’s nothing wrong with admiring a beautiful man. It’s like how I appreciate an enticing entrée when it’s placed before me.”
Arkon is a star-being. A green one to be exact. He likes to know the outcome of things around him. Then he meets Vanessa and can’t seem to stay away. The quote I chose for Arkon is: “I like to know exactly where things fall. I don’t like to leave things to chance. I make my own solution based on facts. Sometimes, I make an educated guess based on data I’ve collected.”
5 Stars An Alien Storm (Soldiers of Saedo Book 4) by Calla Zae
An Alien Storm is the fourth book in the Soldiers of Saedo Series that I truly enjoyed reading. This is a Sci-Fi/Fantasy that is a fast paced story and once you start reading you won’t want to put it down until you’ve finished. I’ve read other books by this author and this is my favorite yet. This authors style of writing and attention to detail along with the storyline that flows well . The characters are fun and relatable .This is about Akron and Vanessa. These two both have been burned in the past but can they let go of the past and have a relationship. I highly recommend reading this book to find out what happens next. I can’t wait to read more from this Author.

This is an action packed adventure from start to finish, situated on the planet Faldine in the Verdant String, a planet which is notorious for being a nightmare for those who rely on technology, as it has magnetic fields over most of the surface. These fields vary in strength from mild, which makes the technology unreliable and patchy, all the way to dead zones which render this technology completely redundant.
Iver is the head of the planet and embraces the difficulty of making technology work on this unforgiving planet. Hana loves her job as Iver Sugotti’s pilot, it tests her skills every time she flies and gives her the adrenaline rush she craves. The only thing both want, but can’t have, is each other.
The story begins with Hana and Iver Sugotti starting a journey from his home to Touka City, as Hana gets Iver’s plane ready to pick him up, she is also planning her own solo trek into the mountains near Tuoka. When she picks Iver up, she realises that his assistant Lancaster is not coming with him and that he has a look on his face that is out of the norm. Iver confirms that it will just be the two of them when he gets comfortable in the cockpit with Hana, this is also out of the norm and Hana isn’t wholly comfortable with the situation.
The flight begins as usual with Hana and Iver exchanging small talk and observing the scenery when things start to go wrong, Hana picks up that they have been targeted by someone and that danger is on the horizon for them both. She warns Iver and begins the evasive maneuvers that she needs to execute successfully in order for them both to stay alive. As usual, Hana is calm and collected as she evades the danger, but is unable to avoid the dead zone which she has to fly through to do this, leading to them having to abort the flight and land as safely as she can with nothing working on the plane. She manages to do this, but as they leave the plane so that Iver can call for help, their plane is destroyed.
What Iver doesn’t know about Hana is that she is not just a pilot, she has some extra abilities which could mean the difference between life and death for the pair of them.
Is Hana going to be able to keep these abilities from Iver, or will her secrets come out as they fight for their lives?
Will they be able to work together and will something develop which they both want, but are scared to accept, or will they be torn apart?
The only way to find out is to join them in their fight and become drawn in as their story develops and it will definitely suck you in!
Love Me, Dreamy by Laura Burton was a different type of fantasy read. I would give this book a four out of five stars. I felt really lost at why Amelia seemed so confused all the time. I could relate to her personality, very proper and organized in life. I felt confused right along with her and could not wait to get more information. I really loved Toby’s character. Amelia’s description made him sound like a breath of fresh air to her everyday life. The adventure they started was thrilling and I enjoyed the suspense.

Love Me, Dreamy: A YA Paranormal Romance with Breathtaking Twists By Laura Burton. While this was my first book by this author I’m definitely coming back for more. From page one this author grabbed my attention and I was hooked. Amelia and Toby are incredibly thought out characters and are written so well. They draw you into their world and at times I forgot I was reading. The storyline is filled to the brims with action, adventure and a bit of suspense. This may not be a super long story but it doesn’t hold back. From page one I knew I was in for a wild ride of new surroundings. Love Me, Dreamy is a YA and fantasy read that I loved to read and didn’t want to put it down till I was done. Amelia and Toby were such strong characters that they truly draw you into the book. These two have sparks and such an attraction that you find yourself sitting there wanting more and more. The hard part for Toby is he has a secret, but he also knows that if he tells Amelia, he could lose her forever and that is something he doesn’t want. When they are put to a test, Toby and Amelia must come together and show that love will prevail, but the question is, will it? I loved this book and loved the author. I can’t wait to read more from her as I love the way I am so pulled into the story. I love when am author gives detail and I can close my eyes and see what I am reading and that Is exactly what Laura Burton did in this book! Five stars and highly recommend!!
I have once again found a new author that has not let me down. This book was quite a unique read. I found that the author’s plot and story line quite refreshing. I really enjoyed this book from the first to the last page.
I found the characters Amelia and Toby to be quite interesting. I found that the story line really was unique and I like how the author spun the tale. The way that the two characters come together was so creative. I also like how the author adds just the right amount of drama into the mix along with romance. This was such a creative and refreshing read. I will certainly be reading more from this author in future.

Love Me, Dreamy by author Laura Burton is a young adult romance set in the paranormal genre. When we meet Amelia, she is on a park bench and she is questioning how she got there when she is approached by a younger man, Toby. This is where the adventure begins for these two and what a roller coaster ride it is. Will they end up together? Who are the strange people in black following them? This was my first book by Laura Burton and it was intriguing, a little confusing in the beginning, but worth it by the final page. While not normally a fan of sci-fi/paranormal this was different enough of a story to keep my attention.

Love Me, Dreamy is a paranormal romance by Laura Burton. It opens with Amelia meeting (and being instantly attracted to) Toby and follows their relationship as it develops. It’s a mysterious, complex story with some adventure thrown in. This is a book you need to be a bit patient with. At first, I thought it was badly written. Events didn’t really flow properly or always make sense, and there’s often a focus on seemingly unimportant details. But as the story unfolds things start fitting together and I realised it’s actually a very clever book! I enjoyed reading a romance that’s set in both the UK and the US. I can relate to how Amelia felt experiencing the scale of things in America! And it was fun seeing places I recognised from the UK. This book gets four stars from me. If you’re into romance and after something a bit different, this book will stand out! I urge you to keep reading if you’re not sure about it to begin with – you will be rewarded!

Love Me, Dreamy is the first book I have read by Laura Burton. I didn’t pay attention to the fact that it was part of a series, it just sounded interesting. It is the 3rd book of the Love Me series, but can be read as a stand alone novel. I don’t normally read paranormal, but I liked YA and the book sounded interesting. It was a normal story of two people meeting and having an instant attraction. About halfway through, things started to get weird. At first I was really confused, but as the story wrapped up, it cleared, and I really enjoyed it overall. So if you are reading, and get to that point, KEEP GOING! I promise, it’s worth finishing. The story is about Amelia and Toby, two people who meet by chance in a park one day. They hit it off, and decided to hang out. Soon after, things start to get weird, as they are followed by men in black suits. They seem to show up everywhere, at first watching, then chasing?? Can that be right? Amelia decides to take a risk and follow Toby, because she has an electric attraction to him. But before long, she discovers Toby is hiding things from her. Things are making sense, but Toby promises he will explain everything, later. She decides to trust him, and literally puts her life in his hands. I won’t say anything more, because I don’t want to ruin the surprise. But I recommend this book, and plan to check out the first 2 in the series.

Even before I start my review, I want to express how great it was at the end of the blurb for the book there is the following note: “Note: No sex, swearing, HEA No animals are harmed in this book. As a parent of teenage daughters, I appreciated this note. I wish more YA authors would follow this example. Now that I have said that, I love this book. Love Me, Dreamy by Laura Burton is a paranormal romance. The story was engaging. I felt the need to keep turning the pages to find out what was the mystery around Toby and Amelia. Toby knows something and he cannot tell Amelia for fear of losing her. There are hurdles that Amelia goes through and by doing this could mean that Amelia will be unraveling. This story has secrets, chances, and a leap of faith. What will Toby and Amelia’s future holds for them? Will the mysteries be revealed? You will have read the story to find out.

Love Me, Dreamy (Love Me Series) by Laura Burton. This is the story of Amelia & Toby. Toby is a lot younger than Amelia but ever since a chance meeting they have been together. The only thing is Toby has a secret and if Amelia finds out he might lose her forever. Amelia keeps having dreams that lead her to believe Toby is keeping something from her. Then there are the men in black suits who keep showing up that tells her something is off. The Guardians are set on tearing them apart so when Toby asks her to jump literally will she do it or will they be tore apart forever? This is a very good clean young adult paranormal romance. Fun sweet read!

Love Me, Dreamy: A YA Paranormal Romance with Breathtaking Twists by Laura Burton is the third book in the Love Me series. Good news though, this is a standalone book and you will not be lost or bored because you did not read the first two books in the series. Amelia and Toby meet by chance and they have an instant attraction. Unfortunately, there are some men who are after Toby. Will Amelia trust Toby enough to follow his lead? I enjoyed this book a lot. The writing is solid and the story is interesting. I also liked that this is meant for a YA audience and isn’t filled with sex or extreme violence. The story is intriguing and has some twists and turns. Also, I enjoyed the young couple. They are fun to read and actually left me wanting more of their story. I look forward to reading more from this author in the future.

5 Star Love Me, Dreamy (Love Me Series) by Laura Burton is a wonderfully written paranormal/Fantasy book that I loved reading. I got so entranced that I found myself lost in the pages and couldn’t stop reading till the end. This author’s style of writing and her attention to detail are spit on. Her characters are very well developed and easily relatable. I loved reading about Amelia and Toby, there were times I found myself “daydreaming”while trying to figure out what happens next. These to together there is definitely a attraction between them and the chemistry between them will make the sparks fly. There is one problem though there are strange men in suits that keep appearing wherever they go. Who are these strange men in black suits? Does Toby know? What does their future look like? Find out what happens next in this absolute must read. I can’t wait to read more from this Author.View all my reviews

So….this book..was difficult to like for the first half. I got frustrated at Toby. Always evading answers and he just seemed too happy. That frustrated and confused me. I struggled because the scenes flitted from one to the other and again…Toby is acting weird. I wonder if this could have been a little written differently to make it more palatable to the reader. But if surprise, wonder, confusion and suspense is what the author is going for…nailed it! So along comes the second half and i was pleasantly surprised and shocked a bit. This easily kept my interest and i wanted to know more about what was happening This half gave me what I was missing…answers.
This is a first time author for me. I struggled with the first half because i felt it was jumbled and that frustrated me. The second half outshined the first. I never suspected a thing even though I was racking my brain trying to figure it all out. The characters were done very well. I enjoyed them and their time together. Overall it’s a nice story.

I tend to read books that sound interesting based on the synopsis offered to entice the reader and Love Me, Dreamy by Laura Burton sounded intriguing. I must admit at the beginning of the book I was a little lost, for me it was not making a lot of sense. My initial thought was where is she going with this story of Toby and Amelia. The more I got into the story, although I was still confused, I was also intrigued. I wanted to complete the journey and find out where the author was taking me. I was not disappointed. Love Me, Dreamy kept my attention and the ending was a surprise. I will definitely look for more books by this author in the future

This book intrigued me and had me wanting to know more just from the front cover. This is my first read from Laura Burton, and she has created a read that is full of suspense, romance and mystery. She has also written it in a way that makes it mentally visual while reading it. She has created two characters that you can’t help but want to follow their journey in this read as you continually get to know them and understand them more and more. I loved watching Amelia and Toby’s chemistry and connection grow, it really makes want them to get a HEA especially after the ups and downs that get thrown their way. Another thing with this read is that it will have you on the edge of your seat with anticipation and suspense and your never actually sure what might happen next.
If you want a book that will keep you guessing and have you hooked page after page then this is the book for you.

Love Me Dreamy by Laura Burton My rating: 5 out of 5 stars
This book was excellent! The story was great, towards the middle I was starting to get confused but the way it was wrapped up at the end was nice and clear. The characters are wonderfully written and easy to love.
The way this story was written, and the thought and planning that went into it blew my mind. I didn’t pick it up really until the end but was extremely happy with the outcome. The two main characters of Amelia and Toby meet my chance in England and fall in love with a quickness. Amelia suspects something is going on because of the dreams she continues to have and the men in black she sees following her and Toby around. Toby on the other hand knows what is happening but can’t bring himself to tell Amelia without ruining what they have.
When the men in black finally catch up to the couple it may be too late.
I would HIGHLY recommend reading this book. You will not be disappointed. There is not much in the way of romance, just more loving words and kissing but it is perfect for this story.

Although this is not my usual genre, I loved it! The story of Amelia and Toby is both mysterious and enchanting. It took awhile to really make some of the pieces of the story make sense. I remained slightly confused until about two-thirds of the way through, I still couldn’t put it down! Ms. Burton’s vivid storytelling helped to hook me into the story and later to help clear up my confusion by tying the story together in the end. Amelia’s inner turmoil of what happens to her and her struggle with the difference in their ages are only a small portion of he twists that pulled me as a reader into the story. This YA Romance is an interesting tale full of twists and turns, beginning with the appearance of the mysterious men in black suits. I strongly recommend grabbing your copy today and experience it for yourself! Reviewed by Rhonda Pulk.

Such a cute and entertaining story! I read this book in one setting because the author was able to grab my attention and keep it. The main characters Toby and Amelia meet by chance and quickly start falling for each other. But they have this nagging felling that they are being followed because these men in black suits are showing up everywhere they go. Is Toby telling her everything she needs to know about these strange men? Are they destined to be together or are they going to crash and burn? I am looking forward to reading the by this author! Happy Reading!!

Love Me, Dreamy: A YA Paranormal Romance with Breathtaking Twists by Laura Burton is Amazing. It is original, fresh and exciting. I was hooked and enthralled and it kept me flipping through the pages. There were lots of twists that had me guessing all the way through, there was no way I could guess where the story was going. Lauras’ writing is truly magical and as always it is a pleasure to read her works. The vividness and the passion shone through and seeped out from the pages. The characters were wonderful and I fell in love with them and the story has stayed with me long after I finished.
I am not going to reveal anything because this is a tale that has to be read and fully savoured by reaching your soul word by wonderful word.
This story has my stamp of approval if you don’t grab it you are truly missing out on something magical.
