Beautiful sea turtles in book or in movies always get me. This was a wonderful stories wrapped around a preserve. Dylan and Kyra work around challenges such as nest poachers and age differences and a bad boy in the group. They come through stronger than ever. This was so well written and put together. It was a nice quick read. I can say it was original and had some new action. Highly recommend.
A Natural Passion by Tammy Mannersly is another quick and easy romance story that has a great story and interesting characters. I thought the romance between the main characters was such a sweet story. It didn’t start out as the obvious romance but grew into something so heart-warming. The overall story was fun and entertaining. The author built up the story and really developed the characters from start to finish. I love how easy the flow is of every single one of this authors stories. They are the perfect books to just lose yourself in for a few hours, to think of nothing but the characters. This book is as thoroughly enjoyable as every other book that I have read by her and I would definitely recommend it.
Another fantastic read by Mannersly. A Natural Passion is a short read, but great. The characters are wonderful and you’ll fall in love with them.
Dylan doesn’t want to break his moral code and take Kyra into his arms. When poachers start to take the turtle eggs the Center ups the patrols. They catch who is behind it. The quote I chose for Dylan is: “Baby steps are better than nothing, Jake. You stick to your word and I’ll stick to mine.”
Kyra has her eyes set on Jake, but he isn’t who she thought he was. When things come to light about him she turns to Dylan. Telling him her feelings isn’t what she wants to do. The quote I chose for Kyra is: “I don’t know what he was talking about. But, I can tell you that I’m keen to find out.”
Highly recommended for Contemporary Romance lovers.
I really enjoyed reading this romance. Even though it’s a short story it is a complete one in the sense it all flows and makes sense. I also loved the characters and the twist at the end I didn’t see coming.
Kyra is kinda caught between 2 men. Jake who’s a heart throb and ladies man, who claims to share her passion for nature and preserving wildlife and Dylan who is her mentor, who’s life is based around saving the turtles and preserving their life. Her attraction to both men is intense but she is unsure where her heart truelly lies. Add to this story a mystery over who is poaching the turtles eggs and its an adventure which will leave you shocked when the person behind the thefts is revealed.
A Natural Passion is a standalone romance by Tammy Mannersly. It’s a sweet story that centres around turtle conservation, raising awareness of the risks this species faces (and providing an excuse for plenty of swimwear and beach scenes…) Mannersly introduces the love triangle from the get-go, and in many ways it’s the classic “girl choosing between a bad boy and a nice guy” setup but there’s more to it. Dylan is reluctant to make a move, aware of how he could end up taking advantage of his position as Kyra’s mentor. Jake has also been playing the long game, waiting until he had enough money saved up to treat Kyra to ask her out. But there’s something about his behaviour that bothers her. I found aspects of the story a bit predictable, but there’s something comforting in reading a story where you’ve got an idea how things will pan out. There’s still plenty of tension, both between the characters and with the fact that the turtles are in serious danger. My favourite thing about it was the seaside setting. I felt like I was with Dylan in his kayak, exploring the coast. A mini-break in a book! This book gets four stars from me. I would recommend it to animal lovers looking for a light, romantic read.

I love a well written book that I can devour in one sitting. Tammy has delivered! You will root for Dylan and kyra. You will share their passion for the environment. I love how in-depth these stories are and how easy it is to escape into them. Definitely recommend!

Quick read with a nice insight to egg poachers. That is truly devastating that there are people out there willing to destroy animals for financial gain. I appreciate the mention. Now bless Dylan’s heart, here is he making himself sound so much older than Kyra, but 10 years is nothing! I was rooting for them the whole book, Jake seemed like a douche bag from the start and throughout the story, that was confirmed. I wish Kyra would have just chosen Dylan from the beginning, it seems like he was a back up plan to me, but he loves her so much so I couldn’t be mad that he finally got the woman of his dreams.
Another lovely read from this author. I find her books so easy and enjoyable to read. I loved the setting for this story, it was so unique and the authors descriptive language really brought the story to life. I really liked the characters Dylan and Kyra both relatable and enjoyable to read about. There were some great twists and turns in the story too which I loved! I would definitely recommend A Natural Passion and I am looking forward to reading more from this author again!
Willa’s ex Hayden is a total creep. To me it screams domestic violence. I love how she falls in love with Brody. They have such a innocent and pure relationship. No matter how they try to Saratoga their relationship it still blossoms.

This is not my first book by this author but it is one of my favorites yet by her. This is a short romance with a touch of mystery that packs a punch in a short amount of time. This is a well written story about a nest of turtles and a romance that could be lost to another. I enjoyed being pulled into the story by the characters. They are relatable and brought the story to life. They made the story fun and entertaining to read. I enjoyed what they brought to the story and how easy it was to read their story. I also enjoyed the growth of the plot throughout the story. This is a great short story that I read in one sitting. I highly recommend this book.
A Natural Passion by Tammy Mannersly is a contemporary romance story. In true Tammy style her stories are sweet and heart-warming, but they are not just hearts and flowers. Where would be the fun in that. Nope Tammy likes to throw some sort of twist to add some dimension to the story. There is some tension and angst, a bit of drama and some danger. Tammy makes it easy to be transported into the story she has created and enjoy the journey and lives of these lovable characters. I love a good romance story and that is something Tammy does well.
A new intern, a cute crush and a man who tries to hide his true feelings. When the job they love is threatened. The team set out to make sure they can’t get any more. Unfortunately, things they thought they knew are now under question.
Caught by him was a good quick little read. I liked most of the characters and can’t help but laugh at the way Willa and Brody met. Brody thought she was an intruder and she was just house sitting next door for her grandfather. These two were definitely attracted to eachother from their very first meeting. They seem to hit it off until people try to band together to keep them apart. Will they be successful or will Brody and Willa be able to form a relationship. I thought the book was well written and look forward to more books by this author.

This was a good quick read and my first book by Tammy Mannersly. I enjoyed how quick of a read this book was. Will definitely will read another book by Tammy Mannersly.
Brody Nash, the Hollywood actor who needed to take some time away from the big screen to get into his next movie character. In disbelief that someone would be breaking into his equally famous neighbor’s house, he goes over to stop the intruder only to find a beautiful woman. Willa Stone, the granddaughter of movie producer Murray Stone, was no threat, just here to housesit. Even with the misunderstanding Brody and Willa have instant chemistry. It’s not all easy sailing for the happy couple but this author will have you at the edge of your seat waiting for what happens next. This fast pace, quick read is a pleasant read.

Caught by Him by Tammy Mannersly was a fantastic short read. While this book is only seventy pages long Ms. Mannersly really knows how to draw her readers in fast. I was immediately drawn to this book by its blurb and the cover alone but I was hooked after the first few pages. Ms. Mannersly really knows how to hook her romance readers by giving us a dashing male lead, a beautiful and brilliant female lead, and just enough heat to make you continue to flip the pages. I was so enthralled in this short read that I read it in just a little over an hour. So if your looking for a great short romance to read this weekend then I highly recommend Caught by Him by Tammy Mannersly.

Caught by Him by Tammy Mannersly is a fast and very cute read! I sat down to read it and did not stop until I was done. Brody is an actor who is taking a break from his work, and Willa is taking care of her grandfather’s house – right next to Brody’s. When he catches her “breaking in” to the house, they meet and are instantly attracted. While they deal with an assistant and an ex, it is not hard to become enthralled in the story and wrapped up with these two great characters. This is my first read from this author, and I believe I found another great one to add to my list! 4 stars.

This short and sweet romance was a real page turner and I read it in one sitting. Well known movie star Brody Nash first meets Willa when she’s attempting to jump over his neighbours gate and he mistakes her for a burglar. It turns out Willa is house sitting for her Grandfather and the couple can’t deny their instant attraction to one another, and get to know each other better. Unfortunately both Willa’s ex boyfriend Hayden and Brody’s PA Carmody plot to split the couple up. When Willa leaves on her houseboat it looks like they have succeeded but Brody hopes his spontaneous actions will save their relationship. The characters in this story were wonderfully detailed and both Brody and Willa were likeable and relatable making it easy to feel engaged with them. Their obvious chemistry came across in the writing and led to some sizzling scenes. Secondary characters Hayden and Carmody were also well defined and bought different elements to the storyline. The author really made the setting come alive with her descriptive narrative and I felt as though I was in Australia along with the couple, especially the parts in Brody’s house which overlooks Sydney Harbor. A heartwarming love story which I found entertaining and enjoyable.

This was the first book that I have read from Mannersly. Caught By Him was such a cute little read and I enjoyed it. It was definitely and easy read and it had a good story line that sucks you in from the very beginning. Brody doesnt expect Willa to be exactly what he needs. When Willa goes out of her way to help him feel more comfortable in the new role he is cast in he quickly falls head over heels for her. Willas ex boyfriend and Brodys assistant are a constant bother to both of them by trying to keep them apart and sabotage their relationship. Communication is key and Willa has that and Brody needs that.

Caught By Him is a great contemporary romance novella by Tammy Mannersly. I have read a few of her books before and have always enjoyed reading them. This was no different. I devoured this novella in one sitting in less than two hours. This may be a short book but the writer manages to pack a good amount into it. The story is fast paced and flows well. I loved the two main characters Willa and Brody. Both are very well written and are believable character that you can connect with. I also hated both of their exes who try their hardest to split Willa and Brody up many times. Willa’s ex just can’t take the hint that their relationship is over and will stoop to any level get her back. This is an entertaining read, it’s very lighthearted and keeps the reader engaged with the story. I would recommend this book.

I love this author so when I saw this book it was a no-brainer that I would read it. It took me about an hour to read it and usually books that quick leave me needing so much more, but not this one. Miss Mannersly managed to fit in a complete story in so little pages. Nothing rushed, totally giving me everything I needed to understand these characters and even though it all happened so quickly between Willa and Brody, it still felt like a natural progression. I would have loved an epilogue, just to see how things progressed in the future, and did Brody ever get the emotion into the one line he was working so hard on? Seriously though, that really is the only thing I felt like I was missing.
Can not wait for more from this author. I love her writing style and I always feel completely satisfied when I finish her books.

Short and Sweet sums up Caught by Him By Tammy Mannersly really well. It was a truly great read with fun loving characters you just want to be around. Brody and Willa were clearly meant for each other so when a couple of meddling pains in the butt try and get in the way of their new growing relationship, they will be tested to see how strong their new bond is. When you read it I am sure you will be just like me and you’ll be cheering this gorgeous couple on every step of the way. As an Aussie I loved reading a book set in Sydney!

This was one of those cute romance reads that leaves you feeling all warm and fuzzy inside acter you’ve finished reading it. I loved how easy it was to read and how relatable the characters were. The author had the perfect pace and flow for the story. I think it only took me a few hours to devour as it was such a nice story to read. I really liked Brody and Willabelle, I found that they had such a genuine connection between them and I was definitely rooting for them the whole way through the story. Whilst this might have been a quick read it certainly wasn’t missing anything for me. I loved it, I can’t wait to read more from this author again and I would highly recommend it as a lovely easy to read romance story!

A Natural Passion is a sweet contemporary romance by Tammy Mannersly. I have really enjoyed Ms. Mannersly’s previous books, so when I saw this book had released it was a given that I would one-click a copy and dive in. This book kind of had a love-triangle vibe going on- but with Ms. Mannersly’s own unique spin. Dylan O’Day is a marine Biologist who has developed feelings for the new intern, Kyra Stone. But he keeps his feelings to himself, and Kyra develops a crush on another co-worker. Then add in some poachers who bring tension, danger, and drama to the mix- and we get a very interesting story, with just a bit of a twist. Will Dylan tell Kyra how he feels before she gives her heart to another? You really should read all the intriguing details for yourself. Looking forward to seeing what Ms. Mannersly does next…

This was a wonderful, though short, story. I was ready to dive right in and instantly fell in love with the meeting of the two MCs. It is swoon-worthy at times, downright frustrating at times, and overall was a great quick read. Tammy did a great job with making you feel things for the characters – even making them feel like real people that deserve real feelings! I only wish that it was longer – as I would have loved more detail. Some parts felt a bit rushed and the story ended far too quickly for my liking. I will definitely be reading more by this author and if you have the time for a quick, drama-filled, and sweet romance story, definitely pick this one up!

Brody is an actor who has taken some time to prepare for an upcoming role. One night he sees what appears to be a burglar breaking into the house next door. Unbeknownst to him it is Willabelle, the neighbors granddaughter there to house sit. They are both instantly attracted to one another and from there on out inseparable, until a little speed bump of drama, in the form of an ex and a substitute publicist, interferes. This is a quick, to the point, easy read about instant love and a little bit of drama.

Caught by Him is a short, sweet story of Brody and Willa. When they first meet, Brody believes Willa is a thief as she is trying to go over a high fence at her grandfather’s house while house sitting. Once they meet sparks fly. Brody is a big movie star, needing to take a break from life in the fast lane of movies and spending time getting to know Willa is perfect. When Brody’s PR Rep, Carmody, tries to break them apart and Willa’s relentless ex boyfriend, Hayden, shows up still to profess his love, will Brody and Willa’s love continue? This is a short read, very sweet and overall a good story. I really enjoyed it and looking forward to reading more books from Author Tammy Mannersly. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

This is another great read by Mannersly. She knows how to keep her readers coming back. This is a short read, but so worth the time.
Willa is staying at her grandfather’s house to house sit. When she forgets the key to the gate she meets the neighbor. What she doesn’t realize is that he’s famous. The quote I chose for Willa is: “What’s wrong with you, Hayden? I’m fed up with you, with this. You’ve been pulling this crap for nearly two years now, claiming ownership, trying to control my life. Well, guess what? If you want to remain in my life, in any kind of capacity, then you have to cut this shit out.”
Brody is disturbed when he sees a hooded figure going towards his neighbor’s house. The only thing he didn’t know was that the hooded figure was his neighbor’s granddaughter. He falls fast and hard for her. The quote I chose for Brody is: “Look I’m not sure what Hayden told you, but Willa’s nothing like that. She’s told me about her commitment issues in the past, but it has less to do with her personality and more to do with not being true to herself and not being involved with the right person.”
Highly recommended for Contemporary Romance lovers.

A short romance story of two young people that fall deeply in love very quickly. The characters were drawn pretty well, with backstories and personality that were relatable. I also appreciated the style of writing – it feels naturally and is easy to fall into. Some depth was added with the conniving assistant and a douchey ex – I would have liked to see that play out a little longer for more intrigue. I found the speed with which these two fell in love to be a little implausible (a few sentences volleyed back and forth, and they’re already thinking of the long-term relationship), and the main climax of the action was a bit fast and convenient for me as well. Maybe a less jaded reader would find this swoonable! All in all, a decent easy-to-read romance for the young at heart.
