My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Best Friend for Hire by Mary Carlomagno is a refreshing and unique story that will have you laughing and enjoying the misfortunes of our main character. This story is about trying to find out what you want to do with the rest of you life when the career you thought you loved has been taken away from you. Best Friend for Hire is light, entertaining and fun. It’s perfect read for when you need a little cheering up along with a glass of wine or a good cuppa.

Jessie De Salvo’s life has is over as she knows it is over. She doesn’t know how to move on, or what she can do. No longer the corporate high flyer she finds she needs to reinvent herself in order to find work. What she finds is something no one has ever done before but in doing so she finds herself in some unique and strange situations that leave her wondering if it is all worth it.

I loved the characters and the story line was well written and I enjoyed watching our main character reinvent herself and get mixed up in situations over her head. This is one crazy story that you do not want to miss..
