I’m not entirely sure where to start with this review; it certainly evoked a whole host of emotions from me whilst reading it. It did take me a little time to get to use to the way in which the author had written it but it actually fitted the storyline quite well. I’m not sure I really got to know the characters all that well however I did really like them. I actually really felt for Evangeline, I think I could tell that she was desperately unhappy with her life but seemed like she wanted to please people until she had the opportunity to please herself for once. I did have this thing for Landon at the beginning of the story – however that didn’t really last all that long! I have to admit the author did an amazing job with the twists in the story because it absolutely did not go the way I had predicted at the start!
I was a little gutted when the story finished so I am hoping there will be more to come from this author! Her writing style was intriguing and engaging! I can’t wait to read more from her in the future.
