4 stars!
Great second book in the Journeys Through TimeSpace Series. Sci-fi fantasy is not my usual genre, but there are times when an author can keep me entertained and interested and this book definitely does the trick. Time travel is always a fun topic and I became very immersed in the story of 3 friends, Matt, Julia and Dan, on a treasure hunt you could say. The different cities, places and worlds they travel to, are nicely written and it feels as if I were along for the ride myself. The story is just so interesting and packed full, I was sometimes confused but was easily able to jump right back in. I love how each location is mentioned before going into the next part of the story, it really helped me keep up with what was happening, and the list in the beginning showing all the characters and what world they are from was really nice. This book can be read as a stand alone, but I would highly recommend reading them in order. I will eagerly be waiting on the next installment.
