The Frontman by Lawrence Parlier – Review by Angela Hayes
The Frontman by Lawrence Parlier
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
The Frontman is quite a suspenseful and intriguing read by Lawrence Parlier. I was drawn to it as soon as I saw it pop up on my recommended book feed. I love a great mystery, so I was excited to begin. The story is really cleverly woven with more than a few surprises along the way- there is definitely more to this book than first meets the eye- and much more than I had expected. While this may be my first book by Lawrence Parlier, it certainly won’t be my last.
Kerry Vance, metal legend, shot to fame as the frontman for “Zephyr” before embarking on a highly successful solo career. His army of fans eagerly await his Blood and Honor tour- only to have their idol die just as the tour is set to begin- bringing heartbreak and confusion to the rock world. His family and friends are left devastated, completely shocked by his death. So, when a mysterious woman arrives claiming that his death was definitely not accidental- things get quite intriguing. Was there more to Kerry’s death than they were led to believe? It’s well worth the read to find out.
Looking forward to reading more from Mr. Parlier…
Thank you, Lawrence Parlier!
