I will bury you is a good psychological thriller. There are lots of unexpected twists throughout the book. The narrator (Ann) loses track of time throughout the book, leaving the reader on the edge of their seat to try to piece together what is happening. The characters are relatable and complex making them realistic. The book is easy to read and hard to put down.

The Husband was an incredibly addicting read! I was highly intrigued by this series and I’m so glad I started it; this was my first book of the series but I cannot wait to start the series from the beginning to find out how everything started.
I was able to easily piece things together that I missed from not having read the first three books. Even with not having read the series in order I still highly enjoyed this book. I loved how complex and intense the storyline was, with the many characters each with their own connections to Evie. I was able to easily connect with Evie which made this book even more enjoyable.
I can’t wait to see where this author takes this series! And I look forward to reading the first three books asap!
Seductive Prey by Vivian Fiano

Oh my goodness; this book is HOT and had my attention from start to finish! This is the first book in the Relentless Trilogy and the first book I have read by Vivian Fiano, but you can bet it won’t be the last; I NEED to know what happens next as this book ends on a cliffhanger!
The Good: The characters are so wonderful. I love how Jordan goes from delicate dancer to badass chick after her training and the way her character develops. Grant is a gem and struggles with real life career issues and struggles that are relevant with current life today. Fiano does such a great job making her characters believable and relatable.
The Great: The plot is spot on brilliance. Fiano weaves a web of suspense, romance, and intrigue that you will have you devouring this book quickly and eager for more. She keeps me on my toes and drops just enough hints and tricks to keep me guessing what comes next!
The Steamy: As I previously mentioned, some scenes in this book are HOT HOT HOT. Fiano didn’t skimp out on the details but walked the line perfectly to keep it classy.
This is a great read; I can’t wait to find out what happens next in Graceful Abduction!
I loved listening to this audio. It is a fun, entertaining story that the narrator brings to life with each word of the story. The tone of voice used made me want to keep listening. I also enjoyed how the narrator’s voice changed with each character. This is a story about Rick who is a playboy and is about to have his past come crashing into his present. He is a rockstar but behind closed doors you find a different type of person. This was such a great story to listen to. I am happy I picked it up and I highly recommend this audio.
Southland Academy for Supernatural Youth by Sandra Tentler

I enjoyed this paranormal story. This is my first book by this author and I look forward to seeing what is next for them in the future. This is a well developed story that took me on a supernatural journey. The characters are fun and entertaining. I had no problems connecting to them and they certainly brought the story to life. This is a story about a group of supernatural young adults. As things start coming up missing for now reason or why including a valuable ring. This group of young adults decide to follow clues and try to find the missing things. This is a fast paced, engaging story that kept me turning pages. It is truly a great story that took me on a paranormal adventure that I highly recommend.

I enjoyed this thriller. This is not my first book by this author but it is one of my favorites by her yet. I enjoyed being pulled into the story from the beginning by the characters. They made the story feel realistic and gave life to the story. This is an engaging, fast paced story that I had a hard time putting down. This is a well written story that the author’s attention to details made the twists and turns exciting and the feeling of wanting to know what will happen next. Alicia thinks she has the perfect marriage until she finds some emails between her husband and another woman that he never sent. Who is she and why did he never send them? Someone knows the truth but sometimes things come at a cost. This had me sitting on the edge of my seat just waiting to see what would happen next. This is a great thriller that I would highly recommend.

I enjoyed this book. This is a newer author for me and I look forward to reading more from him in the future. This is a well written book about a small town that is full of secrets and just plain dangerous. The characters are relatable and just brought the story to life on each page. This is a fast paced story that I found to be engaging and full of action. I enjoyed watching their growth throughout the story. Three high school seniors that are from different sides of the tracks. Life brings them all something different until one summer where everything collides. I enjoyed being pulled into the story from the beginning. The characters made the story entertaining and made the story for me. I highly recommend this book.

Murder At Honeybee Lake by Jessica Aiken-Hall is the second book in the Shadow of a Doubt series. This book can be read as a stand-alone although personally I think it would be best read in order for a full enjoyment.
I thought this book was a great addition to the series. It was gripping and kept me guessing the whole way through. I just had to find out what was going on.
I thought the characters were what made this book. I really connected with them throughout and they are what really held my attention. I got behind them early on and stayed that way from start to finish. This is such a well written and intriguing book that I would highly recommend.

Everything, Somewhere by David Kummer is a coming of age story that follows three friends on their journey from high school to adulthood. I believe young adults will easily relate to the struggles the characters face, and be hooked before the first chapter is over. Mental Health is a controversial subject, and I think David did a wonderful job portraying that. There are some dark moments, so I would make sure you are prepared.

This was a darker book than I normally read, but so relatable. Kids going into their senior year of high school, dealing with divorced parents, drinking, smoking, depression, and what do they want their futures to look like. I could really relate to Willow; she is driven and wants to make her life better than what she has in this small town. Hudson finds an unusual connection with a famous man, Bruce. Bruce doesn’t come across as an unapproachable celebrity. We all know a Mason, the rich kid who throws great parties.
This story brought up so many emotions as I lived through the summer with them.
Tapestry of Worlds, Part Two: Running and Gunning by Hadley Thorne

Keep in mind – I haven’t read the first book in this series when I happened upon the second one. Thankfully, the book itself is easy to follow, and the universe is easy to jump into. Unfortunately, there are some pretty significant editing errors throughout the book, which I found to be problematic and distracting from the actual reading process and kept me from really feeling like I was involved in the story. However, I really enjoyed the universe the author created and how in-depth the research went in ensuring that there was a unique, interesting story to be told. Overall, it’s definitely a great story, once you make it past some of the flaws in the writing.

This book resonated loudly with me. Having grown up in a town similar to Little Rush, and also along the Ohio River, it felt like this book was a snapshot into life as I know it. The characters were very tangible and the multiple storylines added a richness to the plot development. I truly enjoyed this new author and his original voice and look forward to seeing what he brings to the literary world next.

Maggie (Maggie Trilogy Book 1) AUDIO BOOK by Mya O’Malley was a great listen. I love to listen while driving and during work and this audio book did not disappoint. I loved the suspense and the narrator’s ability to leave me sitting on the edge of my seat. I loved Naomi and appreciated her development. I related more listening to someone narrate than just reading it myself. I cannot wait to listen to the rest of the series.

[ ] Queen Of My Heart (Life Won’t Wait Book 1) by Nikki Lynn Barrett was a really good read! The storyline and characters were great, and you definitely go on an emotional roller coaster ride with this book. However, I felt like things went really fast in this book to me as far as the timeline goes. But I loved the emotional upheaval this book inflicted on me. This is the second book I’ve read from Barrett before and so far this seems to be a theme of hers, the whole emotional upheaval thing and I honestly love it. I can’t wait to read more from this author in the future!

Tapestry of Worlds is Part two of Hadley Thorne’s Running and Gunning post-apocalyptic shifter series. It is a supernatural Sci fi fantasy tale that will have you intrigued. The premise of this tale is original with a bit of everything that will draw the readers in, with magic and a Black Queen cyberterrorist, adventure and action, elite paramilitary shifters and corruption. If you didn’t start with Part one The White Raven Awakens you will want to go back to where it all started.

I really enjoyed the character development in this book. Hudson, Mason, and Willow were wonderfully developed characters, and felt very real to me. The authour’s ability to inhabit these different personalities was wise and insightful. The plot and storyline were immersive, and I was entertained the whole way through. I really enjoyed seeing how Hudson related with Bruce Michaels, as well as how he was able to see their similarities, and where he was committed to being a different type of man. The themes of mental health, class, and adolescent rebellion were handled well and were relatable. All in all, I thought that this was a well-written novel by an authour I will definitely read again in the future.

Love by design is book 2 in the series and I absolutely loved reading this book. This is an enemies to lovers sort of read and the characters were so real and so likable. There were times where I wanted to yell at the characters or one in particular but, aside from that I loved reading this story. The author did a great job with the writing and kept her readers interested from page 1.
I thought it was odd how Nicholas just shows up at Mia’s family home like he does but, her family seemed to welcome him in each time.
Mia and Nicholas are working together on a magazine and from the moment Mia had seen him at a gala ( before being transferred to his magazine ) she thought he was the hottest thing on two feet. When she finds out she will be working side by side with him she doesn’t know how she’s going to be able to do her job. It doesn’t help that they bring out the worst bin eachother and he’s always snapping at her. Thank goodness for Penelope ( the older sister of Nicholas ) she keeps him in line most of the time.
Then the author throws us for a loop when we find out that Mia and Nicholas had both met many years ago….WHAT??? absolutely loved this read. Grab your copy today!

Everything, Somewhere by David Duane Kummer is a YA story where coming of age story that is sometimes dark in its subject matter which could be disturbing for some readers. David is a young writer who started writing at a young age and is passionate about telling his stories. There is a lot going on and at times it was hard to keep track on who was who. I would have liked to see a little more character development but was still able to get a sense for what they should be.
In this book we follow three main characters who are teenagers learning their place in the world and pushing those limits. Not everything is sunshine and roses as they start trying to figure out who they are and how they fit in the world and they also look towards their futures. There are some life altering changes in store for them.
This is a thought-provoking story that I am sure a lot of YA’s will be able to relate to.

This is the first book I have read from this author and she has a new fan. I love a good country romance but this author exceeded all my expectations. This is the first book from the Life Won’t Wait series and now I’m addicted. Once I started this book I was hooked to the character’s story. I could not put it down until the very end. It only took me a few hours to devour this amazing story. I can’t wait to see what this author will write next.
Quinn Winters is famous for her dying parts in movies. She discovers that she is in love with music. Quinn tries out for a record deal and she gets stopped by the handsome Tucker. She is so excited when he tells her he sees something in her and wants to help her out. Quinn is ready to become famous but she gets a phone call that changes everything. Will Quinn get her big shot or will she have to give up her dreams yet again?

Hayden, Mason, and Willow
These three are the best of friends. Yet, their lives are so different. Hayden lives down the country road on a farm with his dad who works at the local power plant and farms after work. Mason’s dad is one of the most financially well-off men in Little Rush. He owes the local pizza joint among other businesses in Little Rush. Willow’s parents are divorced. Her dad lives near downtown in a small run-down apartment while her mom lives on the hilltop with Willow’s little brother.
It’s the summer before senior year trying to enjoy the last few moments before having to face the realities of life after high school. All three teenagers struggle with choices. Problems arise, a former Hollywood star moves to town with secrets of his own, and tensions arise between the couple and Hayden as changes in the relationship cause friction between the three friends. How will these three make it through the summer and prepare for life after high school?
I liked this book. It contains very realistic experiences that challenge these teenagers and their parents. It’s a longer book, but stick with it and enjoy the story.

Ann’s life really turns upside down with a murder close by. These not-so-normal incidents keep occurring. Ann’s blind aunt ends up in the hospital after a fall. From there Ann’s life becomes more chaotic. What is happening to Ann? Why is she experiencing these lapses in time?
I loved this book. Its mystery kept me engaged from the beginning. As the puzzle pieces start coming together, you will be shocked by the powerplay in this book.

Seductive Prey (Relentless #1) by Vivian Fiano. This is an amazing read. Its my favorite genre, Romantic Suspense. Its the story of Jordan Smith whose dream is to own her own Dance Studio so when she graduates High school she enlists in the Army National Guard to ensure that will happen. Grant Summers grew up with a drug addicted mom so the police were his saviors so he always knew he wanted to be a police officer. Now he’s a Boston Officer and when Jordan has a crime committed at her Studio they meet and sparks fly. They begin dating soon after and can’t get enough of each other but soon they realize they are being stalked or Jordan is anyway. This guy is so taken with Jordan he will do anything to have her including kill her. Will Grant be able to protect Jordan or will he be to late? Read Seductive Prey to find out!

This is my first time reading this author and I love every word of this story. The plotline was masterfully created. There is a message weaved into the story. It is set in a small town on the Ohio River. This gives the author some creative writing due to the rural setting. I found myself in that small town with the characters. The characters are fully developed and complex in nature Bruce Michaels is a renowned Hollywood actor, who is there because of his personal demons. Then there are Hudson, Willow, and Mason high school seniors with different backgrounds with adulthood coming very quickly. There were questions that they were looking to have answers to. Hudson lost his friends and sank into a deep depression. He finds Bruce and starts a deep friendship with him. Will this new “friendship” be a healthy one or will it send both of them into a deeper depression without a light at the end of the tunnel? I highly recommend this book. I know that I felt some similarities to the characters and it pushed me to finish this book in one sitting.
The Earl and the Peahen by Jean Wilde

The Earl and the Peahen (The Scarlet Salon Book 5) by Jean Wilde. This is such a good read. Its a wonderful Historical Romance and part of a series but can be read as a standalone. Its the story of Jane Mayfield who is as plain as her name implies. She is 25 and still not married but thinks maybe just maybe its not too late. Her mother is not good to her so when a friend offers to give her another send off she accepts. Alexander Gordon an Earl has is rich and thinks he’s got life by the tail but realizes he needs a more fulfilling life. He is as gorgeous as she is plain and he realizes she is not the most beautiful lady but being all alone is getting old and he wants a partner. A weird turn of circumstances causes them to get kidnapped together and spending that time together and working together to escape causes them to realize their true feelings for each other. Another hurdle will be after spending so much time together alone will they be forced to marry once they escape? Read The Earl and the Peahen to find out!
Another great addition to this series! I enjoyed this book from beginning to end! The twists and turn of the world were fantastic and I couldn’t put this one down. I would recommend reading these in order because they’re all fantastic and they deserve to be read! This one is more intense than the others before it but that made it even more enjoyable. I am looking forward to reading more by this author!

The story line was entertaining, but the writing itself needed more polishing.
The author has a beautifully artistic writing style that I really appreciated as a reader.
The story line presents an interesting and emotional perspective of the struggles of mental illness form the inside.
The transitions between thoughts and settings in the first half of the book were rough: disjointed and often confusing.
The second half of the book seemed to be more thought-out and cohesive. At that point, it became a real page turner: thrilling, exciting, and tense.
It ends in a way that I did not see coming. I love when a book catches me off guard.
However, in my opinion, ill-managed mental illness isn’t a tactful entertainment source.

Another gripping trip into the world of the 21st Century Courtesan and I was not disappointed. This is the fourth book in this series that I have read and I have to say each is just as gripping and gives me chills. I really didn’t know what to expect from this one so to see how the story turned was unexpected. I feel as though the author really brings the characters to life and I am right there in the action.
I really like how the author plays out the story and I find myself not being able to put the book down and eager to see what will happen next. I am still very uneasy with the fan but I am hoping that all will be revealed. I really find the story to be unique and lets the reader live via fantasy. I really enjoy this author and will definitely read more from them.
