WOW! This book is amazing.

The veil between the worlds is growing thinner as a US Army Reserve team is brought in to do some high-tech intel gathering. Sergeant First Class Jason “Ranson” McIlwain is part of the team that has been assembled. His girlfriend, Erika Lily, is working on a Ph.D. in Folklore. Erika has spoken with Ransom about these traditions which he has listened to but didn’t believe in these crazy ideas. In the reality of his new mission, Ransom finds out the truth behind Erika’s stories.

Ransom and his team are all connected genetically to some magical kingdoms from ancient times. Each one with their own unique ability due to their genetics helps them on their mission against the Black Queen.

After a gathering at her Professor’s house, Erika’s life is in danger, and the only one that can save her is Ransom. Will the team be able to help solve the problems facing the world? Will Erika’s life be saved in the process?

This apocalyptic novel is a page-turner that tells a wonderful story of things unseen and how reality is just another myth that we learn to live.
