Although this is the fifth in the series, it can be read as a standalone. It is of course, a historical romance. Lots of drama and witty banner. I don’t normally enjoy historical romance but this one was a good read. Jane and Alexander are very opposite, but when misfortune lands on both of their laps, not only will they have to work together, but they forge a friendship as well…or is it more?!
