The Inheritance, by India Kells, is a short, steamy, romance for those 18 and older. Lani is a painter trying to make her way. When she gets a phone call that her uncle has passed and left a decent bit of money to her, the possibilities are endless. However, there is a catch. In order for Lani to get her inheritance, she has to accomplish some tasks. These tasks introduce her to her uncle’s friend, Max.

Can Lani get past her feelings and complete her tasks, or will she forever be stuck?
