Mikayla’s first year at The Grave Digger’s Academy turns out to be pretty adventurous. The seventh-born witch/daughter brings secrets and challenges. Mikayla makes new friends and enemies as she tries to unravel a few mysteries. Great YA book. Fans of Harry Potter may just love this series. Looking for to reading sequels. The characters each have their own quirky personalities. The whole concept of there being a difference between gravedigger and grave digger could keep you intrigued just by that. The headmistress has a few secrets of her own. Mikayla solves a few secrets in this installment but is only left with more answers.
