Revenge (Least Likely Suspect Book 1) by Cooper McKenzie is a wonderful crime book

A mother will go to any length to ensure that her kid receives justice.
Samantha Wycoff goes away to the toilet after crashing a Christmas party, staring at her mirror and wondering, “How the heck did I get here?”Thomas, her son, had been badly battered six months prior and had died. Samantha believes his girlfriend, Velvet Flores, is guilty, but the police and courts can’t do anything because there are no witnesses, and Samantha knows the alibi is a lie. Micah Kerrick, Thomas’s boyhood best friend, offers to help her, but only if she agrees to join his government troubleshooting team. A retired schoolteacher posing as a churchwoman posing as a professional volunteer would be ideal for any mission — with the exception of one. Will Samantha decide to join Micah’s Misfits and make a career change? Will Micah’s handler consent to such an odd arrangement? Will Samantha be forced to resign, or will she be fired?

I loved this story and the concept of it as well.I loved every page of it. Every chapter was exciting. This is the first book in the series and I can’t wait to read more.
