Taking FlightTaking Flight by Brooke May
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Jody Meadows grew up in the shadows of her twin sister. As an adult, she continues to live in her shadow as her sister is a popular country/pop singer. Jody writes the music while her sister performs and gets fame.

Holt Preston is an Air Force pilot. He joined the Air Force right after graduation. He loves the freedom of flying and has no plans to leave as his friends have done as they have settled down.

One night on leave, Holt goes bar hopping and ends up in the same bar as Jody Meadows. Only his friends think that she is Jilly, her famous sister. One touch sends electrical sparks between the two. The connection sets in motion happenstance meetings and both desire more from their lives than they have ever had before.
