Rowan thought that she was invisible to the dangers outside her clan. When her risk-taking lands her on the wrong side of the tunnel, how will she and her cousin make it out alive? Rowan is a spunky, firecracker who does not really fit the traditional idea of how a princess should behave. When Rowan ends up at the mercy of Lord Theodore she never could imagine the outcome. When her risky behavior lands her in hot water it’s up to the clan leaders to decide her fate but her mouth will be the final sward in her coffin.
I fell in love with this book from the very first page. The author’s ability to captivate their audience and make it feel like you are right there next to Princess Rowan and Lord Theodore. This book ended with such a cliffhanger that I can’t wait to read the next book in the series.
