We are back in Aubren with Queen Titania and her cohort amidst some political upheaval that puts Titania’s reign in jeopardy. It is a lot easier to see the teenager that Titania is being ridiculed for in this story as there is a lot of pining over a love interest and some very rash decisions that I wanted to scream at the book not to make. I did struggle to relate to this character throughout most of the book but the plot twists and new form of conflict did keep me entertained and invested. I am also thrilled to report that I wasn’t surprised by a cliffhanger ending.
