The Last Cabin Girl (Detective Josie Thompson Series) by Tom Swyers – Review by Dessalynn Acosta
4 out of 5 stars

Josie is a single mom, working during the onset of the COVID-19 Pandemic. She is fighting to stay afloat, protect her children, and continue to avoid her estranged ex husband, while still keeping everyone healthy. After a myriad of deaths and cryptic events happen, Josie is suspected by the FBI as a serial killer. Was she really having psychotic episodes? Could she really be a murderer? In this thriller, Josie does not know who to trust; her family, law enforcement, a rich, mysterious bachelor? Very interesting plot twists, all the way through to the end.
