Snap Me Up (Full Throttle Cyborgs Book 1) by Landra Graf – Review by Kerry Carr

Snap Me Up (Full Throttle Cyborgs, #1)Snap Me Up by Landra Graf
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I really enjoyed this action packed romance. It was a unique story about a AI being falling for a cyborg. Both characters are very strong willed and determined people. They both want to succeed and neither of them expects the hatred they feel for each other to turn into something more.

Gina is a AI brain put into a body. She wants to be human and so she needs to act like a human without giving away the fact that she is so much more. She is sent to work as a mechanic. While she is on her path of learning and discovery she is also trying to find her creator. However what really shocks her and has her feeling things never experienced before is one of her colleague Snapper.
Snapper is a cyborg and also a huge pain in Gina’s ass. He is so suspicious of her for reasons he doesn’t understand and this causes a lot of tension and arguments between them. When they are forced to work together to build a special engine they start to get closer and the feelings that arise are confusing for them both.
Can Gina learn enough about being human to convince the constantly suspicious Snapper? Will Snapper admit to himself that what he feels for Gina isn’t just pure hate? And will they complete their mission as a team or will the friction and suscipions stop them from succeeding and saving their town?
