This is a retelling of 3 historical stories with a fresh twist and perspective. I loved the unique spins on classics. I had heard versions of 2 of the 3 of them, but it was still interesting to read a new version. I was drawn to read this book because I love mythology and I love when stories are retold by different character POV. I found these stories easy to read and full of adventure, independence, courage, and determination. If you enjoy a good monsters vs gods story, this book will be worth reading.
