The Mind-Reading Hat: Invisible Magic Wand Book SixThe Mind-Reading Hat: Invisible Magic Wand Book Six by Lois Wickstrom

Caspian wakes up the morning of his Unbirthday to find not one but two boxes from his Grandfather. One box contained a brown fedora that was no ordinary hat: it had the ability to read minds! The other box contained a smooth round rock. The hat gave Caspian the ability to hear other people’s thoughts in his head and it was wonderful! The stone was a thinking stone and helped him to come up with ideas when he rubbed it.
Cute little story with a great plot of helping those in need with our talents and abilities. Easy to read. Quick to get tot know the characters and my ten-year-old granddaughter told me it was cute but a bit too young for her tastes. I recommend this book for under 8 years of age as they would be more entertained by it but the plot and message is good for all of us to hear occasionally. Help others when you can!
