This was a great 5 star read. This author has once again pulled me in with her writing and I loved it. Dwarf has a hard time with women, he has been used in the past so his walls are pretty high. While on his way home one night he unexpectedly finds himself avoiding something that came out on the road. This brings him face-to-face with Raven who was very scared.
Lets just say things take an interesting twist from here, and if you like creepy you will like this.

Dwarf is drawn to Raven and wants to protect her. They have some similar backgrounds that also connect them, they were great support for each other. You get a little bit of everything in this read and you won’t want to stop until you’re done. It felt like we got several different stories in one, we do get a taste of the paranormal as well.
