My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This book was gripping from the very first page to the end. The author did an incredible job portraying a journey that no person should go through, but many do. I had so many emotions throughout this story, and I already want to read it again to really absorb everything. A harrowing story about how one man’s dedication rippled outward, tormenting his mind and family. Will his wife, Lisa, be able to love him out of this nightmare or will he suffer at the relentless mercy of his past military service? This is a must read for anyone but especially if you know someone affected by PTSD as it is such an eye-opening experience!
