I loved how this story played out. Levi being the “jerk brother” to Bella (AKA Beccy) when he brought her to the ranch to be a nanny to his little sister Allie. I loved how Bella and Allie became close and how she really did lift the girls spirits.
I was rooting for Levi and Bella from the get go and loved how the author let it play out naturally.
The intensity and drama started in the last several chapters and I could not stop because I was on the edge of my seat to find out what was going to happen.
Having PTSD I appreciate how the author added in the behaviors that Levi was struggling with. Then to get help thru a support animal, my heart kind of melted when Bella took Levi to meet Sargent.
I read the sneak peak for Amos and can’t wait for more from these brothers!

This is a short book that is a nice way to get younger children interested in science. Maia and Fig enjoy a visit from the mermaid Tezzie as they are playing by the waterside. Fig shows Maia how easy it is to use water and a transparent plastic container like a microscope. They learn that a simple rock can be something much more interesting. I like that at the end of the story there is a short section that explains the science behind the story and shows it in easy terms for children to understand.

This is part 2 in the series and after all the trauma and heartbreak from the first one I was dying to get this one to see how the story ends. These books can’t be read as a standalone. You really need to read all the books in order to get the full feel of all the characters and their stories. This book is very emotionally charges and has some elements with maybe a trigger for people. The author handles all these situation in a way that is respectful but eye-opening at the same time. My heart broke for Chains for all he went through and continues to go through but the love that Jackson and Winnie have for him is so strong and you feel that through this story.
Chains has been rescued but he is in a really bad way. After all the abuse and trauma he suffered at the hands of his abductors he needs to do a lot of healing both physically and mentally. Things start to look up for him. He decides to embrace his romance and love for both Jackson and Winnie, his brothers are accepting of it as well which makes him happy. However as good as things are Chains can’t let go and be happy until he knows who wanted to torture him to death and why? Now with the help of his MC brothers and Winnie and Jackson, Chains now needs to face his demons as his past comes back to haunt him and he’s not prepared to allow anyone he loves to get hurt. This story is very brutal to read in parts but you really get the full sense of the MC brotherhood as they all band together to protect their own. I loved this story so much I can’t wait to see who’s story we will hear next

I enjoyed reading this dark romance story. This is a newer author for me which I look forward to seeing what is next. This is a standalone story but I hope to see more from these characters in the future. This is a well written story about Kage and Sydney. I enjoyed their story as well as their growth throughout the story. One had blood all over their hands and the other was in a place that they should not have been. Now they are faced with truth or kill. How will this game end? I enjoyed being pulled into the story from the start. A fast paced, engaging story that is hard to put down. The characters are relatable and supportive of each other. You don’t want to miss what happens to these two. I really enjoyed the suspense that added to the story. I highly recommend reading this book.

This is a story written by an author that I have loved reading from the first book I picked up. This is the sixth book in this series and the best yet. I highly suggest reading the previous books in this series to help your enhancement of this series and the characters. I enjoy this author’s writing skills where they are able to bring the story to life with their attention to details. This is a great series that you don’t want to miss. The characters pulled me into the story from the start. I found them to be relatable and supportive of each other. This is a fast paced story that is hard to put down. There is great growth of the characters and the plot which made the story easy and entertaining to read. A story where taking care of personal threats could change who you are. The question remains will it change you or will you be the same person? Will everyone except who you are? This is such a great story and I just loved reading it. I highly recommend reading this book, series and author.

Sometimes it’s good to dive into a new author’s story. This was the perfect time for me. It held my 3 favorite things, Suspense, Romance and a well written story. Bella Orstwell is mixed up in some Russian Mafia Drama. She needs a place to disappear, what better than a ranch, playing as a nanny. Levi and his triplet brothers have come back to the ranch to care for the place and their half sister, who is much younger then the men of Creekside Ranch. That is all I am going to spill on this book! Oh and let’s not forget the author. She has a twist to telling her story. It is fast paced and keeps you wanting more. Thank goodness there is more to this series. As I am waiting! I hope you enjoy this story as much as I did. Read on fellow readers!

Adorable interwoven tale of three women looking for something and finding love, friendship, and family at a bookstore dedicated to happy endings.
Leona, the owner of the bookstore, starts Sadie and Charlie off on their romance by “accidentally” swapping Sadie’s romance novel for the biography Charlie is buying for his grandmother. Inspired by Charlie’s grandparents, Charlie asks Sadie to marry him just days after they meet. Leona is at it again when she sets up Fiona and Price, a divorced couple looking for a second chance at love. Despite her record for finding other’s their HEA’s, Leona finds her life a little lonely until a brutish handyman tells her he is shutting off the water to her building one day to fix a leak in the apartment upstairs. Jon hasn’t had it easy in the love department and he isn’t looking for anything right now. He has enough going on in his life. The inspiration of Charlie’s grandparents is felt far and wide. Jon takes a chance on love again with Fiona.
Insta-love abounds in these quirky tales of a charming bookstore and the people that are a part of its story.

I enjoyed this sweet cowboy romance story. This is a well written story about Bella and Levi. They are complete opposites with one thing in common, they both have a past that could stop them from finding love. I enjoyed how they pulled me into the story from the start. They have great chemistry and their growth throughout the story made the story entertaining. I enjoyed how the author’s writing skills brought the story to life. The author’s attention to details made the story realistic and I found the characters easy to connect to. This is a fast paced story where the characters had me coming back for more as well as kept the story engaging. I enjoyed how well rounded and supportive the characters were to each other. You don’t want to miss what happens with Bella and Lexi. I highly recommend this book.

Levi is a tender, sweet romance that pulls on the heart strings. Levi is a former Navy Seal that has agreed to provide protection for Bella, a witness in a big mob case. Bella becomes Beccy in a swirl of paperwork and badges. Now Beccy is working as a nanny for Levi and his family. Everything comes to a disastrous head when Beccy’s location is discovered.
The author does a great job of moving the action forward. The reader can feel the suspense. I will be looking out for the next brother to find love!!

Have been a long time fan of this author for quite some time. I love how they bring the stories they write to life, and bring a whole new level of realism to a level that is perfectly done!
Always love this author. I loved this book especially with its connectable characters, action, pure romance, as well as the heat filled romance that intensifies with the action! Levi and Bella were really wonderful characters. I loved the moments they shared, and how they handled danger and situations together! There was never a dull moment as I read. The writing kept me interested and on the edge of my seat. I was hooked, and could not let go. Loved the book, the writing, and the characters! Amazing read!
Wonderful first book in a new series. I can not wait to read more. If your someone like me who loves action and romance, then this book is for you! Highly recommend this must read book! Loved it!

I love the science adventures of Maia, Fig and Trezzie. This story has wonderful illustrations and my great nieces and nephew love the story and I learned something new myself!! Trezzie comes across a small stone that had a picture on it, but it was so small to figure out what the picture was. Fig and Maia learn how to make a magnifying glass to see what the picture was. I thought this was a awesome idea and want to try it myself!! This book is fun to read and I love learning something new as well!

I absolutely adore Aqua Marine, her enthusiasm, charisma, and drive make her a very unique character. She handles a lot of difficult situations in a very believable way. She’s the kind of down to earth, balanced girl every reader yearns to follow. Her journey through young adulthood, and finding herself through the obstacles presented to her are entrancing.
Megan Mackie’s first book in the Working Mask series will leave you itching for more. As Aqua’s story develops, so does her talent and the relationships closest to her. She’s so sassy I found myself laughing out loud and groaning in frustration right along side her. Megan puts you right into the world, and immediately immerses you into diabolical plans that will have you questioning everything. Pick this one up and be ready for some action packed fun.

Levi Delaney is one of three triplets who is an ex-Navy Seal suffering from PTSD. He’s agreed to hide Bella from her tormentor, Dmitri, on his Creekside Ranch under the guise of a nanny to his kid sister, Allie. While on the ranch, Bella is known as Nanny Becc, a name she totally hates. Becc has never been a nanny, a housekeeper, or a rancher but she finds a way to fit in for her safety. Levi and her are like oil and vinegar on most days! His brothers Amos and Elijah are pretty drawn to the pretty Becc right away but Levi feels something a little different when he realizes that. When Becc breaks a major rule, things get a little suspenseful and scary for everyone involved, especially for little Allie. Can Levi ever forgive those who’ve wronged him?
I loved this book! The characters are immediately loveable and relatable. There is a good mix of suspense, humor, and romance. This is a very clean romance novel that I would be comfortable with my teenage daughter reading. I am excited to read future stories about Elijah and Amos! This being my second book by Edith Mackenzie, she is now a favorite author to me!

I love this series so much. It is such a wonderful kid’s book. The story uses education and imaginative learning to make this very visual book come to light! I enjoy reading of Trezzie and her friends. I love how she creates wonders with science. This book had a great visual artistic sense, and yet a fun learning experience. I love how the author uses their techniques through out the books to help children learn valuable things, and yet enjoy reading the book! Loved this book! I think all kids should read this book, and others by this author!

This is the first book in a new series by an author I hadn’t read before. I really liked the blurb and decided to give an author I hadn’t read before a chance. I do tend to read more ‘spicy’, sometimes erotic books but I do also enjoy a good clean romance too, which this book is. In this first book we get the story of Levi, one of a set of triplets. Books for other triplets Amos and Elijah are to follow and I’m now looking forward to those. Levi is an ex Navy SEAL who is asked to protect British aristocrat Bella as she is in hiding waiting to testify against her Russian mafia ex boyfriend. Using the alias Beccy, she’s ‘hired’ to be the nanny of the triplets younger sister Allie following the death of their parents. I really enjoyed Levi and Bella’s story. The characters are very well written and are relatable. The camaraderie between Levi and the other 2 triplets is great o read and I love how young sister Allie has the 3 men wrapped around her little finger. The story flows really well and keeps you entertained from start to finish, wanting to keep turning the pages to see what happens next. If you enjoy a clean romance with well written characters and a good storyline, this is the book for you.

A love story always tugs at my heartstrings. The story is mainly set in an ethnic community in the U.S., around the time of the Pandemic. There are visits to 1960s/1970s Greece, as well as current day Greece. The main characters are high school students who were set to graduate in 2020. Readers are reminded of what families across the nation (and around the world) went through as a result of this- such as separations, missed proms, missed graduations, celebrations held over Zoom.

This is an enchanting piece of children’s literature. Science is featured heavily. Characters learn the importance of teamwork. One character even learns to share, and that we can have more than one friend. Readers learn how to use water to magnify small objects. Readers learn how to become scientists through observation.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when starting this book, but the cover art caught my eye so I decided to read it, and I’m glad I did. The story of superheroes and villains was well portrayed and left me wanting more. The book is geared towards a younger crowd, but poses as a great read even for older audiences. Aqua Marine aka Rhiannon, has to face the dilemma of having both a superhero and an evil villan for parents. Her mother Black Fox, constantly reminds her that even though she is retired, she still possesses great influence. While she tries to be a great superheroe like her dad Reboot. I highly enjoyed the push and pull relationship dynamic of mother and daughter and thought it added an air of comic relief to an already enjoyable story. I would recommend this story to anyone who is interested in a story of someone finding themselves in a world full of people who constantly try to persuade them to be who they want instead of being true to themselves. This story is full of adventure, sibling rivalry, and hero villian dilemma that makes for an interesting read with surprising twists. This book left me wanting more and I couldn’t put it down. I’m looking forward to the next book in the series to learn more about Rhiannon and the heroes and villains of Phoenix City.

This is the 2nd book in the Astoria Bay Thunder Series and it is as good if not better than the first one. I love that this book takes place during the same time frame as the first book but you get to see so much more of what was going on. Tia seems so outrageous but there is so much more there than anyone realizes. Bridger has always been a bit of a bad boy until this last candle puts his job in jeopardy. Will Tia and Bridger bring the best or the worst out in each other? What happens when all the secrets come out? You might keep a fire extinguisher handy cause the chemistry between these two might set the pages on fire.

Good old creek side ranch! Slow romance but it was a good read. Gotta love a cowboy! 🤠 it was a quick read and I think it went a little too quickly but it’s still a good one! Out of all the characters, Allie is probably my favorite! She’s sweet! it’s a typical butting heads between the 2 main characters and of course i love the angst lol. I don’t typically like reading third person books, but this one kept me interested ☺️

Levi is a quick romantic suspense that kept me engaged throughout the story. We meet Bella, a witness set to testify against her devious ex, is sent to a ranch for protection. Levi, an ex-Navy Seal, is her protector who bares his own demons. These two characters have immediate chemistry, whether either of them wants the undeniable attraction. The characters we meet at the ranch are all fantastic and I cannot wait for more of this family’s story to unfold.

Oh my goodness! Have you seen this cover!?!? I knew I was going to love every page and get lost in between these pages and I could be my bottom dollar I was going to invest in these characters so again my family members were left to their own devices …..
So almost right in the beginning something is said that I already know but sometimes as mere mortal reader I forever these things but this was a reminder “ Being an indie author is a lot of work . Between self -editing , self-promoting , self- publishing , being active on social media to build your audience , creating a team of people to support you, writing newsletters , and everything else the do-it-yourself romance author has to do , finding time to write can feel impossible sometimes. And when you do have time , you pray for inspiration and the most wonderful love story to create itself in your brain . “ RESPECT for all indie authors ❣️📕 THANK YOU !
So Destiny is an author with a rather well connected mother but I tell you what this girl is as real as they get she’s beautiful , she’s kind and she’s humble and she deserves every bit of happiness ….
Candi is the best friend of our Destiny and she herself is extremely talented and she has a little surprise up herself for her birthday friend … she calls a favour for photographing except it’s with her man candy actor 🔥Nicco
Nicco just has a way of humanising famous people and I think people often forget they’re people and not the characters they portray and I just fell i love with this man ….
Nicco and Destiny just flow and when he uses her as a “ tour guide” they both realise there’s more between them they’re both wanting to admit
I loved watching Nicco and Destiny unfold from friends to more , yes they had a few hurdles as with any love story but at the end of the day love will always prevail ❣️
I just loved this book and it’s on my top 20 for the year !!! I’ll shout about this one on every street corner ❣️📕

Trezzie, Mia and Fig are back again. This time, we get to learn about magnifying glass. Trezzie found a rock with a pattern. They needed to look at it closer. One of the reasons I love the mermaid books is that they give ideas of hands-on science. The ideas in this book for magnifying glass are cool and things that kids can do a home. The story is fun and engaging. The information is relevant. The pictures are bright and colorful. My favorite science stories to read to my grandchildren. I recommend highly for all younger children.

This book reminded me of a good wholesome Hallmark movie. Levi is a retired Navy SEAL living on a ranch with his brothers, they are triplets. Their parents just died, unexpectedly, and now they have a ranch and a little sister to take care of. None of them ever cared for a little girl and didn’t know what they were going to do. However, in their need Levi receives a phone call and is owing someone a favor. Bella, she is a key witness and entering into a sort of witness protection until they can bring down her ex-Russian mafia boyfriend. Levi is her cover and protector till they can show up in court, “hired” as his sister’s nanny and housekeeper. The five of them quickly get used to living together on the ranch and quickly build a bond. However, it does take some work since Levi is broken from his past and has a lot of rage. Bella quickly becomes his solace but the feelings are not fully understood. Will his demons be able to stabilize to protect his family? Will he be able to keep her safe from a crazy man? This was really a wholesome story. I would say if you need a palate cleanser in between extreme reads, this is a great choice. I thought the characters were very loveable. I enjoyed the progress we see from Levi (maybe having military people in my family makes me love him a little more). I also enjoyed seeing a submissive woman turn into someone who had a mind of her own. It showed just how much love can change people after loss. It was sweet, flirty, and how all Hallmark movies end, with a happy ending!!

Levi is asked to hide and protect Bella while she waits to testify against her Ex so she becomes Beccy the new nanny for his sister Allie. It is a rough start for Bella because it is most definitely not what she is used to but over time she more than fits in, she becomes family. From the very start these wonderful characters draw you in and you just can’t help but love them all. I can’t wait for more from this wonderful author and series.

I love a nice clean romance and this book does not disappoint. Levi is an ex-Navy Seal that agrees to help protect Bella while she waits to testify against her Mafia ex-boyfriend’s trial. I liked the dynamic between the two and liked that Bella was her own woman. I also loved the relationship between Levi and his brothers. I want to read the other stories because I adored all of the Delaney brothers. I also loved how protective they are of their little sister, whom Bella is a “nanny” for. This was a great read and I look forward to the other books.

This book was a good read. The characters and storyline was amazing. There were times I found myself upset while reading it due to events happening. But I still enjoyed it. The author knows how to make you go on an emotional rollercoaster. I can’t wait to see how the rest of the series goes.

This book was such a good read. The author does an amazing job with the characters. Their story is gripping. You feel every emotion they go through. There were parts of the story that had me laughing such as the connection between the characters and especially Bella’s attitude. I love that she is fiesty and stands her ground even against Levi who could be a scary and imposing man. But Bella sees through the anger he shows to the hurt man that lies beneath. Their connection is brilliantly written. Its very push and pull and they push each others buttons something rotten but you can feel their attraction underneath it all which makes the comments and disagreements seem almost like a type of play. Both of them testing the other boundaries.
Levi and his brothers are left looking after their young sister after the death of their parents. Levi is a former navy seal and when he is called upon to help a young woman who is trying to hide he has no problem stepping in. After all it’s just another mission and they need a nanny for their sister so what could go wrong.
Bella has had a bad past that she is running from but thought it all she still remains strong and prepared to stand up for herself even against someone like Levi.
What neither of them expect is the emotions that they start to feel for one another and as much as both of them try to fight it they can’t run from it forever.
Can Bella unlock the secrets of Levi’s past and anger? Can Levi keep Bella safe from her past? Will the be able to save each other?
