Jake (Billionaire Blind Dates Book 1) by Toni Denise – Review by Ayla Eddy

Jake (Billionaire Blind Dates Book 1)Jake by Toni Denise
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Dating is not easy in general. Imagine being a billionaire looking for actual love that isn’t out for your money. Imagine taking a detailed questionnaire to set up a profile for a dating application where you don’t get to see the other person and must rely on the algorithm to pair you with another. Then a date where you cannot see your date. This concept was well written in this story. I couldn’t put the book down.

You want someone to love you for you, but you are a well known billionaire. This is a dilemma facing Jake. Women just want him for his money and could care less about the man behind the money. His friends talk him into a new way to date that would help eliminate the money chasers, blind dating. You have the option to talk prior to the date or leave it to full chance when meeting at the restaurant in the dark where you dine with your date.

Lauren wants a significant other that is well off, but not at the extravagant level of her billionaire boss. Catherine, her friend, convinces her to let her choose a blind date for her. A night of chatting in the dark with a stranger. A date unlike any other with a man that she enjoys talking with though not enough to give him her identity just yet. Intrigued, she agrees to continue getting to know one another through messaging.

How will the two get along when their identities become known? Did the new blind dating work?

Don’t wait. Pick up the book and find out for yourself.
