This book is full of adventure, mystery, magic, and so much more. I loved the character Malaq as he brought some levity to the story.

This is the 3rd book in the Realms Chronicles. I highly recommend you read the books in order so that you get the complete story and character progression. Through the 3 books we have watched Titania grow and mature in the the amazing Queen she is now. The author’s world building is great and you really feel like you are physically in that world and it’s such a magical place. This is a story about good vs evil and when an old prophecy points to Titania being the person meant to rid the Fae world of the evil that is there. But what will be the cost of Titania fulfilling this prophecy? This is a fast paced story of magic, challenges and a race against time as Titania tries to beat the evil before it can triumph. As well as this she is also protecting her people and helping the witches, it is a lot of pressure on one person. Add to this the need everyone is putting upon her to find a suitor, but does she really need one? Or does she even want one?
This is one story that is fast paced and will keep the reader hooked. If you love stories about magic, and a young female who overcomes challenges then this is definately a read for you.

This is an author that I have read every book by her and loved each one. One of the things I enjoy most about this author is her ability to pull me into the story with ease. Her books are well written and hard to put down. This book is no different. It is the third book in this series. It can be read as a standalone but I highly suggest reading the previous books in this series to help your enjoyment of this author. The characters are strong, steamy and supportive of each other. They pull you into their world and keep you coming back for more. They have great growth and their chemistry is off the charts. This is a fast paced story that has a little bit of suspense added to the romance. I really enjoyed this story and found it easy to read. I highly recommend this book and this author. A must read!

Make sure to pick up a copy of Watcher, the first book in the series, for a more enjoyable experience with Messenger. Just as a warning, there is some content that may be sensitive to some readers. A. L. Morrow has written a brilliant tale of Romeo and Juliet, a story of star-crossed lovers but in a celestial setting. This book kept me on a roller coaster of emotions, from sadness at a loss to joy for the lovers being reunited, but then distraught for everything they had yet to experience. I want to go back and read book 1 so that I can put together the pieces of their back story. This was an amazing read and I highly recommend it if you are a fan of a happily ever after story. Small Fry by Stephenie Wilson Peterson is a charming and heart-felt children’s chapter book aimed towards middle-school-aged kids. It is a really well-woven story full of lots of heart and soul- with topics such as bullying, being different, wishing to be ‘normal’, wanting to fit in, and standing up for yourself and others makes the story both fun and a little emotional. Add in family dynamics, friendship, tension, lessons, corruption, a school election, a little drama, fraud, and cheating- and this story takes an intriguing turn. A fun little adventure about embracing and accepting ourselves and our differences, standing up for what you believe in, facing challenges, and being brave. Happy Reading!

After everything that has happened, the weight of responsibility rests heavily on Titania’s shoulders, as an age-old prophecy points to her as the one who holds the power to do what needs to be done to eradicate the evil forces that threaten the Fae, but at what cost? Titania finds herself in a race against time in order to save the world and ensure evil doesn’t triumph. With challenges aplenty- Titania is in for one heck of an adventure- which ensures a gripping read. The first in the series, this book added mystery, intrigue, and danger to the mix. The characters were great. My only complaint was more of a personal thing where I think I’ve gotten used to multiple pov books including who’s pov were reading in the chapter title. Other than that this was a hard to put down book with great detail In setting the scene. Excited to read more from the series!

Watcher and messenger two beings from opposite sides that are always supposed to be enemies. Yet Jace and Cyrus feel a pull like no other and face the worst imaginable if they act upon it. love is not ready to be denied. The two are forced apart and their bond is put to the test and when one thinks the other is dead all bets are off.
This book continues to bring the reader into the imaginative world of the paranormal. No matter what side they are on Jace and Cyrus are good together. The two work hard to find their way and they will fight to keep their love. Emotions are strong in this book and it will pull on your heart. Their story is fast paced and there is a lot going on. I enjoyed seeing the two stand up and fight for what they want. The love between the two shines through in everything that they do. Both of these characters endeared themselves to this reader and I was quickly pulled into their story. This is an interesting take on the story of Romeo and Juliet. The author has created an engaging world with interesting characters and I am eager to see what will happen next.
Having not read any of the other books in the series, it took some time to get into the story and its characters. The world and character building, however, are quite fantastic. I enjoyed the struggle of this band of friends and enemies and the constant push and pull between characters, their views of each other, their past, and their politics and how those struggles weaved in and out of a story of war and sacrifice. The balance between what’s good and right and weighing the cost of that battle is a continous theme while unraveling the mystery of exactly what the narrator must do and give up to achieve victory.

I’ve started and restarted this review so many times. This has easily become one of my favorite series. Titania is such an amazing character. After the death of her brothers and her fathers health declining she had to take the throne of her kingdom. She quickly had to grow up and adapt to the life of doing what’s best for Aubren even if it’s not the hats best for her. She discover she has powers that she cannot tell anyone about. She must protect the Fae from threats that could destroy everything.
This particular story focuses on Titania picking a suitor, meanwhile protecting Aubren from a series of attacks that her mother predicted. These attacks are linked to upper earth and she must help them in order to help her people.
This story was such a page turner and I was completely shocked with the ending. Titania is easily one of the most impressive characters I’ve ever read about. The sacrifices she makes for her people, the growth, and the intellect she uses is outstanding. I also love her cousins. They are super supportive. I hope we get more about them. I also hope Titania is able to reconnect with those she cares about, and maybe one day her mother will come out of her state.
Please if you haven’t read this series go to book one and start there. You won’t be disappointed.

A Spot of Earl Slay takes us on a ride where Naomi and Ella are making a new start in a small town. Upon their arrival they discover a dead body. Needing somewhere to warm up while the police finish their investigation, they meet their neighbors Barbara and Ingrid. They become fast friends and together they try to solve the murder case. This story is quirky and fun. There are relatable topics and the story keeps you sucked in. I can’t wait for the next installment.

The Innovator is the third book in the WaterFyre Rising series by Nadia Han. This contemporary romantic suspense can be read as a standalone, but I’d suggest reading the other books in the series as they show other aspects of the shared past of this group of male friends.
Starting in the prologue, we get a glimpse of Grayson’s past and how he feels after what happened to his friends and him when they were younger. This scene drew me into our main Hero’s life, allowing me to connect to him and to want to protect him. I loved that I got to see how his past kind of shaped his future and shaped him.
I love the strong, sexy, smart heroine, Natalie, who is bold enough to go up against Grayson. Will being stuck together change their minds? Can they get over despising each other long enough to explore their mutual attraction? And if they do, will it then be possible for them both to overcome their past in order to have a future together? Grayson and Natalie’s story definitely has passion, romance, friendship, danger, and suspense. You should definitely check this series out.

The first book in this series is the first book that really got me hooked on reading about the fae worlds. I loved learning about the worlds, the rules and laws, the description of the fae, and the magical elements. This is the third book in the series and it did not disappoint! It starts out in an amazing kingdom that is described in amazing detail – the ocean, the castles, the decor in the homes, and more. Titania is the main character and the first queen of her kingdom, this makes it difficult for her to work with the other kings who do not believe in her ability to rule. She is 17 and her father is accepting meetings so that she can start courting. By the end of the first main event, she has four princes that she has accepted and will begin courting. She is taking a rest and enjoys time with her family, but she is also worrying about the human realm and danger of the omen of three evils. Titania meets with Hunter and his group in the human realm and one of them made a comment about her name sounding like titanium, I had not made that connection and had been reading it incorrectly. This book was fast paced and full of adventure. It kept me up reading late and I truly enjoyed this entire series!

When reading a book that is entirely based in another world, when an author has created races of people, magic and non-magic, I am usually bitterly disappointed when those stories come to an end. CL Schneider not only created a detailed world for her characters, she continued their stories and moved the plot along, intricately connecting pieces along the way. I thoroughly enjoyed Ian Troy’s second installment as he battles himself internally and seeks absolution and answers along the way.

The Crown of Stones Book 1, Magic Price was an intriguing read and great start to a solid Fantasy series. The prologue immediately draws the reader into a time of war and passion, transitioning to a time a decade later with a magic-repressed self-exiled protagonist. The story moves along quickly, interweaving different races with histories ripe with drama, kidnapping of royalty and slaughtering both of the magical and physical variety. Very interesting and fun to read!

This third and final installment in the Crown of Stones series was a heavy ending to the trilogy, taking the reader on a bit of a roller coaster ride jumping from time travel to drug/magic induced hallucinations. Ian Troy feels the weight of his race and others on his shoulders and has to find a way to save them all. The story is long, but worth the read! Be sure you’ve read the first two books prior to jumping into this one!

I have never quite read poetry like this. Typically poetry is not easy to understand, it takes a lot of deep diving to figure out what the poet is trying to say. I appreciated how that was not the case with this book. The poet paints a vivid picture in each of his poems that truly expresses the thought and feeling one would have at that moment in time. The pop culture references are a really great addition to the poetry and although I am not an avid reader of poetry this is one book that I will pick up time and time again. So even if poetry is not quite up your alley, give this book a shot you might find yourself pleasantly surprised.

On a whim I picked up this book first without reading the prior 2. The cover art and font were so whimsical and interesting I needed to read it! That being said I effortlessly fell into Caro’s story and Tataw’s world. It was so fun and entertaining to read, even if I didn’t get all the details! I loved the first person tone. It really brought the story to life! I instantly felt the infinite beauty of space and I loved her inclusion of gods! I can’t wait to start this wonderful journey from the beginning with Child Of Tempus, her first novel in this fascinating series! I highly recommend you join me in experiencing Caro and Milky’s story in all its glory! Happy reading!

Titania is crowned Queen by her father at a young age, and there is fae that do not believe she is fit to rule Aubren. Competing in challenges, she proves she deserves to lead her people. Not only does she have the role of a Queen, but she is a teenager dealing with the loss of her brothers, falling for a boy. There is a lot of world-building, and at times, it was slow for me, but I recommend sticking with it because this story is excellent.

I enjoyed the first book in this series, but book two… Queen Titania has been tried for treason, and now her every move is followed by guards. Reading about Titania’s internal debate on following the rules or doing whatever it takes to save her people was intriguing and incredible. WOW.

To be honest, I was skeptical about this book, but found that I thoroughly enjoyed the story, the writing and the characters. It is a page turner for sure. I found myself not wanting to stop reading to find out where the story was going. There was a point where I figured out the twist, but it didn’t detract from my enjoyment. Sloan and Ridge were likable characters. I really loved the addition of Dylan and seeing Sloan and Noah find friendship again. I had a love hate relationship with Mom and Dad – you’ll understand that when you read the book. I’m glad a took the chance, picked up the book and gave it a chance!

Tricia did an excellent job bringing Titania and the rest of the Fae in Middle Earth to life. With each book in this series, her characters continued to grow and develop. This third book is my favorite, and I can not wait to see where the next book takes the Fae.
