Love Is What It Is: A holiday RomanceLove Is What It Is: A holiday Romance by Marina Hanna
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This is a short story about a holiday romance. It was fast paced romance set in a holiday environment. A atmosphere of sun, sea and good times. The characters were well written and I loved the humour and the depth of each character.

Toni has just come out of a bad relationship so when a guy she has just started seeing invites her to go away with him she jumps at the chance. After all 2 weeks of sun, sea and fun is just want she needs. However that plan fails when she realises as soon as they arrive that the guy she has come with isn’t the one for her.
After she leaves she meets a guy called Mickey. The connection and chemistry between them is instant and they are both wanting to see why this leads.
But Mickey puts his cards on the table and tells Toni that he doesn’t do relationships. Can this just be a holiday romance? What happens as Toni feels her self starting to fall for him? Will Mickey change his mind and give them a chance? And when Mickey’s ex comes back and trys to cause trouble will this relationship have any chance of growing and becoming more than just a holiday fling.
