My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Jude has lived on the streets for years but the Hawkes took him under their wings, helping him through a troubled time. Now he’s considered a Hawke but that’s the trouble, Jude loves Angelina, a true Hawk family member. The fact that Jude lived on the streets has him keeping things to himself. But what he might really need is to face those things head on. Will anyone be there for him? The twists and turns that come up during the story kept me reading well into the night. As with the other Hawke series, this book was well written with great characters and world building.
