“A Picasso in a junk shop
A murdered art dealer
A growing suspect list
Time is running out
All they need is one Lucky Break…”

Lucky Break is the second book in the Trentbridge Tales series by Lee Wood. This is a gritty mystery with crime and investigation, tension, murder, the ‘art’ world, dark secrets, danger, drama, and plenty of intrigue.
I enjoyed meeting Detective James Sheldon in the first instalment of this series, so I was excited to see what he would be getting up to here. Mr. Wood didn’t disappoint, and along with an engrossing story, he has crafted a cast of well-developed complex characters who really helped to bring this whole story to life. This intriguing cast and interesting situations that Mr. Wood had created (in his book/series) would definitely make a great movie or television series.
Happy Reading…

Thank you, Lee Wood!
