A Love Restrained by Becky Flade is a great romance book

Kylee Parker, a police officer in Philadelphia, is committed to guarding and helping. She interprets the work in terms of absolutes such as good and evil, black and white, and right and wrong. That is, until she pursues a drug dealer down a dark alley and discovers that the terrible kid she had a heartbreaking crush on throughout her adolescence has evolved into a more gorgeous and dangerous man.Jayson Donovan is aware that Kylee Parker is better than he deserves. He’s firmly on Kylee’s moral wrong side as the right-hand guy of a local drug-pusher gangster. But despite knowing better, he can’t resist but grab for her repeatedly.

Every page had you hanging on every sentence and I couldn’t wait to see what would happen. It is a very unique story with even compelling people. The story really transports you into this world. I couldn’t put the book down. This is my first book from this author and I can’t wait to read more from this series.
