Amaleigha Makes A New Friend

This is such a sweet children’s book. This focuses on Amaleigha and her pen pal. Her class has decided to become penpals with children in Ukraine. This seems like just a normal assignment, but what happens is absolutely heartwarming. This book touches on current events and does an amazing job making it very relatable to children. I definitely recommend reading this book as it is completely enjoyable and I think many children would like it.
