I’ve never read Laura Hawks before. I am glad this was my first story by her. It definitely opened my eyes to her writing style. Gumshoe and The Mysterious Mushroom is the first in this mystery thriller series. A fun youth adult novel with paranormal ties. I can’t wait to read the second in the series.
