A New Day For Cray is the first book in The Adventures of Cray series by G Pa Rhymes. This is a really cute story that is accompanied by lots of lovely, bright, colourful, interesting, and imagination-capturing illustrations which help to bring the whole story to life.
Cray the Crab is a pincher, and a bit of a bully- he learns a valuable lesson on friendship as his adventure unfolds. The story is cute- and told is a rhyming verse that adds an extra element of interest to the whole story. It also has some valuable messages woven into the story, about friendship, kindness, and (anti-)bullying.
Easy to read. Fun. Intriguing. Wonderful illustrations. Cute story. Well worth the read.
Looking forward to more adventures with Cray.
