This book is a fun, contemporary sports romance that has truly enjoyable characters right at the heart of the story. I loved Piper and Bax and watching their story unfold. They had such a fun feel about them but also had a connection that is strong and deep. There was more emotion behind them that I expected which I think made me engage with them even more.
This is an author that I always enjoy and this book is an example of why. Her characters are always engaging and stories well written. I find it so easy to get into one of her books and this one is no exception. As the second book in the series, this promises to be a really great one to read.
