Outcast (Her Royal Harem: Ember) by Catherine Banks – Review by Jenni Bishop

Outcast (Her Royal Harem: Ember Book 1)Outcast by Catherine Banks
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

In Outcast, Catherine has created a diverse world of paranormal characters. It’s not an easy world to live in and prejudices only complicate it even more.
This reverse harem supernatural fantasy tale has bit of everything to keep the pages turning with action, danger, curses, conspiracies, bravery, romance and lots more.
It is well written, and the storyline is interesting with some wit and humour but there is also pain and suffering.
Ember finds it hard to believe the community could be so close minded and has to deal with aftermath of their rath for those who seek haven. Outcasts indeed in an unforgiving world full of darkness and hate.
There is drama, angst, passion, love, some steam and way much more in this tale.
It is full of fascinating characters and plenty of twists.
Get stuck in if you love paranormal stories.
